Alright I promised a charity if Gaians donated to my quest. I was just setting it up and BAM! A very nice person donated my last portion of gold that I needed. I didn't even open the thread yet. That's how gaians should act, but me, I'm to lazy and slow to do that so creating a charity thread was perfect for me. The Illuminating Charity illuminates the meaning of charity. It's not just about giving away free gold or stuff. It's about the attitude in which you do it. Everyone on Gaia should have a warm, caring, thoughtless attitude. There is no table of contents because I want you to read EVERYTHING on the front page. :] Below is the old welcome that was here when this was very briefly my quest thread.

Quest Welcome

Hello and good day. This is my first quest thread and I decided I'll attempt to gain gold from friendly gaians and create friendly gaians. Hopefully my attempt wont be in vain. As most of you older members know, Gaia's members are being greedy and stingy with their gold. Back in the old days people would donate without a thought of themselves. I wish those old days to come back. Donating randomly is fun. It gives you a warm feeling inside and it makes you a better person. Old members are quitting because of those "n00bs" that spam in non-spamming zones, chat speaking people, and plain mean people. All these "n00bs" are questing for items ridiculously out of range and expect people to doante to them every waking moment, especially if they use funky capitals. The inflation didn't help either. I'm only questing one item right now so no problem. I will see if anyone has the old spirit. I will put my trust in those gaians. Though I kind of doubt anyone actually would read this paragraph.

When you donate to the charity please make it clear you donating to the charity by titling the trade in a clear manner. Send the trade to the charity mule, The Illuminating Charity.

Yukimi ~ 6000 gold. eek I finished my quest now. I didn't even open the thread yet and she donates a whole lot. My minds changed. A new charity is opening up soon. wink

Rules

1. Follow Gaia TOS
2. No flaming
3. No complaining that you didn't get a donation
4. No begging everyone, actually, no begging period
5. No chat speaking, etc.
6. Respect the staff
7. No trolling
8. Stay and chat for at least 3 days and get to know some people then post a form. Remember the page numbers you posted on. coming later...
9. Fill out the form properly
10. If you don't get a donation don't complain
11. The staff and I will decide who gets the donation during a council meeting
12. Don't PM any of the staff for donations, unless your giving a donation
13. Don't quote anything from the first page
14. If you just stay and post your donation form and bump around for a little while and don't return later, you will not get a donation
15. I have the right to add or take away rules
