Welcome to the TOS OVA Thread!!
Please read the first few posts on this page made by me,before commenting because a question you have, may of already been answered!
On June the 8th OVA one of Tales of Symphonia the Animation was released. It has now been subbed. (Check thread). OVA 2 was released on August the 10th 2007. OVA 3 was released October 24, 2007 and OVA 4 was released December 21, 2007.

There are now going to be EIGHT OVA'S not just FOUR!!!

The ONLY main characters in this OVA are Lloyd, Collete. Refill (Rain), Genius (Genis) and Kratos. For those of you who are fans of Sheena/Zelos etc they may well appear in OVA 3 or 4. Depending on how far into the story this OVA progresses. For those who have played the game they will understand that these characters don't come into play until later.

Lloyd Irving the main character of the story, found abandoned at the bottom of a cliff he was raised by a dwarf. He is stubborn, loyal and cant stand to see something wrong happen in front of him. Lloyd is a gentle idealist who wishes for peace in the world.

Lloyd fights with double twin swords

Collet is the "Chosen One of Sylvarant", a being destined to save the world from destruction. Collet is a kind, selfless girl who always puts others before herself, she is fairly clumsy and one day she will climb the tower of salvation and become an angel.

Collet fights with double chakrams

Though he is often portrayed as a coward and thinks of himself as such, he is actually a very strong boy. Despite being so young he is very intelligent and he is Lloyd's best friend.

Genis fights using black magic

Refill is a cool, calculating thinker. Refill's knowledge is even greater than that of Genius, and she is often seen correcting Lloyd or Genius whenever they misbehave (often accompanied with a kick/slap), although she has to do so less often as the journey progresses

Raine fights using white magic

Kratos is a mysterious mercenary ,with a traumatic past, who appears in Iselia, he takes on the job of protecting Collete and he has an unusual interest in Lloyd's swordsman skills.

For those Tales of --- PSP owner fans!!!

There is a game out for the PSP called Tales of World. At the moment I dont know much about it - Ill try find somethings out for you soon!! What I do know is that it features most of the Tales of characters all in one adventure playable on the PSP. (That includes Lloyd,Zelos,Genis,Rid loads of others and two new characters - I think sweatdrop )

sadly i don't have a gamecube and even sadder i didn't get 10 min in the game before i got messed up with the battle system. sweatdrop
