As the title says, I have created a lottery, mystery box contest, random image contest, and a free bump contest (for the scammer-wary or those who just like to talk heart ). I will be giving away 42,250 gold in the lottery alone! Who doesn't want to win enough money to buy almost any (or every) item on Gaia? I’ll also be giving gold and items to some of the top buyers. Besides many long-term contests, there are many shorter competitions to keep this site interesting. 3nodding If you are interested in entering, just start scrolling or see the table of contents for different contests (though many of you have probably skipped this section anyway). Be sure to read the rules for the specific contest you are entering (and the general rules) to avoid any confusion. 12/28/07 - I'm finally back.....this last month I've been EXTREMELY busy *picture of me as flattened roadkill*, and the keyboard hasn't been working, which consequently makes it very hard to log on. But enough about that. I'm updating the bump contest and changing the lotto, sorry to anyone that's disappointed. Hope everyone's enjoying the holiday season!

The rules for this thread are basically like any you'd find on Gaia. I'll give a warning if something doesn't follow the rules, but please refer to them if you're unsure about anything.

No pms begging or harassing, etc.
Follow all rules and ToS for Gaia
No spamming, insults, or anything inappropriate
No page stretching
Rules may be changed or added as I find necessary
If you break any rules, I will warn you once, do so again and you will end up on the black list
Once you are on the black list, you stay there. So don’t end up on it!
If you have any general questions, please post them rather than pm me, and see if someone else will help you
All contests end when stated, or when the lottery ends.

It's only 1 gold per ticket, making it extremely affordable! Also, for every 2,000 tickets you buy, you will receive 100 free tickets heart . 50,000 tickets will be sold. Remember that the top buyer wins 1,000 gold as well!

Why chose a lottery?
A lottery winner is chosen by the random number generator, which means equal chances of winning per ticket. Also, you can increase your chances of winning by buying as many tickets as you like!

For every 2,000 tickets you buy, you will receive 100 free tickets!

Prizes:
1st place: 25,000 gold
2nd place: 6,000 gold
3rd place: 3,750
4th place: 2,500
5th place: 1,250
6th place: 1,000
7th place: 1,000
8th place: 750

The person who buys the most tickets will receive 1,000 gold! xd

How to enter:
Send me a pm saying you want to enter and how many tickets you are buying, and send me the money (by trade). I will reply and confirm the number of tickets you have bought, and the tickets are yours as soon as the trade is complete!

There are 25 boxes, each with an equal chance of being a winning box. One box contains the Spirit Falcon, and another contains the Mecha Form. Once all boxes are bought, winners will be chosen by the random number generator (to ensure fairness). Each box is 1,000 gold, with a limit of five boxes per person. For those of you with a favorite number or box, you may pick any unclaimed box you like!

This is an absolutely free bump contest, which anyone can enter regardless if they enter any other contests. Messages count as bumps too, but you must number all your posts if you want them to count. Bumping more times also raises your chances of winning something, even if you don't have the most bumps.

If you find yourself napping on the keyboard when nobody else is bumping, I have a new and (hopefully) interesting contest! For all my dedicated bumpers and anybody interested, here is a weekly contest. About the start of the week, a new fuzzy image will appear below. It will be a (cropped) close-up of one of the many items found on Gaia (more specifically, anything you could find on the market). If you know what it is, be the first to send me a pm! If you can't figure it out, don't worry. At random intervals throughout the week I will replace the picture with a slightly more focused, zoomed-out image that will be eaisier to guess. The entrance fee? 20 bumps.

There are two levels, hard and evil (at least, that's what I think. Everyone seems to be much too good at getting the right answer....). Hard is zoomed in and cropped, evil can also be rotated, flipped, or, if it's too easy, recolored.

At current, the winner of Hard gets 50 gold and Evil gets 100, which does add up! If you guess both, you will receive a bonus 25 gold. Guess them both again (in a row) and the bonus doubles. The bonus then stays at 50 gold until you get one wrong or lose it to somebody else.

Ah, referrals.....The one way guaranteed to get free stuff, where simply spreading the word can get you money!

Based on the number of referrals, you will receive:

1 referral: 100g
2 referrals: 200g
5 referrals: 500g + 100 tickets
10 referrals: 1,000 gold

*More prizes will be added as referrals increase*

Specific Rules:
You will get prizes for each level you pass
You must have bought at least 500 tickets or something of equal value to qualify
