Story~

The existence of humans with the gift of being bestow powers have longed been known in the world of scientists and researchers. They knew that if they were to go to normal schools; problems would arise. Therefore, together, they contributed to building a school. Not just any school; a high school for the children with powers. But that wasn’t simply just it…they had added a ‘twist’ to everything. They invited individually –picked normal students to attend the school as well. What was their purpose in doing that? Well, the answer was: They wanted the powered students to get along with the normal students. This way, they wouldn’t have to feel so uneasy around people…and it would all be done in this very school: The Belle Academy.

The gifted students are sent a letter by the academy to attend. The normal students are sent an invitation if they 'want' to attend or not. But once at ths school, what will happen? Will love arise, or chaos? The gifted students...will they get along with the normal students? Or not? The story will slowly be written...and only then will you find your answers.


Setting~

The setting is in a finely-built school in the forest near the coast. The dorms are separate from the school. You have to exit from the school gates then take a path through the forest out to another building. They are in Japan, definitely.


The way things run~

The gifted students will attend the school, getting to know everyone that was already there; and everyone that is new. As they attend the school however, they will be told that they must find a partner in which is a normal student. As the days pass the will have to find their partner and work with them until the school year ends.

All students, except the students that are already there, do not know that there are normal and gifted students among them. The gifted will think it was a normal school, so will the normal students.

This is not a school RP. It’s more like a school-life RP. (Romance RP)

1. Once you join, you have the responsibility to be dedicated and stay dedicated.
- I understand that everyone has other things to do and some people are very busy, everyone has a life. So, at least try to post once a day or once every two days. Don’t give me your profile and end up not posting at all. That’s going to disappoint me and waste my time.
2. Keep all contents PG 13 and definitely follow Gaia’s ToS.
-This is the most simple and obvious rule ever. It’s in other RPs too, so you should know it by now. Cussing is alright, but please don’t overdo it.
3. If you are going somewhere, have problem with your computer, have a limited amount of time to be on the computer, can’t get on for a certain day, won’t be on because of this and that, busy, etc. PM me.
-I need to know. If you are gone for too long and you don’t tell me, I’ll remove your profile. If you still want to be in the RP and I had already removed your profile because of this, tell me and we’ll talk it over.
4. No bumping or posting ‘Can I join’ or ‘Hello’, anything along those lines.

Personality: Aya is a somewhat forceful girl, but she always looks out for her friends; as much as she enjoys teasing them. She can also be a bit flaky and rebellious, seeming a bit disinterested at times. She falls easily into depression, coming off as quite reserved and sometimes cynical. Outspoken and level-headed, Aya always gets to the point. When it comes to things of romantic nature, Aya tends to be quite shy about her feelings, substituting words with actions.
Bio: Aya was born in the U.S. She lived in New York with her American father and Japanese mother; making her half-and-half. As a child, Aya received the best from her slight above middle-class parents. She lived as any other city-raised child would. At a young age, she showed an interest in music, eventually becoming quite talented in it. In school, she was on the choir, later being accepted into a group called the Madrigals. At sixteen, she quickly rose to become one of the most talented members of the group; but she often lacked dedication. There was another boy in Madrigals, his name, Danny. He was the lowest bass, and also the most handsome boy. Aya had a crush on him as long as she had been in Madrigals. One day, she found herself alone in the band room with her crush, stuck doing cleaning duty. She couldn’t believe her luck. The two worked in silence, until they both bent to get the same music sheet. Was it luck then? Not a chance in hell. Nearly bumping heads, each looked up to apologize. It was almost like something out of a cheesy anime. Inches away from each other’s face, Aya felt ever so warm. She must’ve been a hundred degrees! Part of her screamed to get away, but another part of her…well, it just wanted Danny. He himself looked pretty clueless, so innocently unaware. Aya felt herself leaning forward. That is—until quick realization shattered bliss fantasy. She jerked herself away faster than Danny could realize what was going on. Her face enflamed, she ran. And she stayed away; cutting choir practices and Madrigal get-togethers, which was not the first time. However, this time it was in fear of seeing Danny again. In fact this has lead the instructor to believe that Aya has no further reason to remain in Madrigals; her decision: lose the defiant soprano. Losing her position in Madrigals, threw Aya into a depressive state. When none of her friends even consoled her, including, Danny, she quickly realized her mistake. She grew to accept the fact that it was indeed her fault; growing confident enough to believe that she was ‘too good to be kicked out’. She even got over Danny. Now, her mother believed that it would be best for her daughter to take a break from all the pressure of Madrigals, requesting to her husband that Aya should be transferred to a Japanese school. It would just so happened that the school Aya would be sent to be indeed, Belle Academy. A depressed Aya feels no reason to care, allowing her parents to do as they please. Secretly, she hopes going to Japan will take her mind off her failure.
Other: Knowing no one in Japan, Aya naturally has no friends. However, she finds herself unable to care quite as much as she should, her mind still set on a low. Just turning seventeen, Aya seems a bit isolated from the students of Belle Academy. She is viewed as not quite a ‘new student’, nor an ‘old’ one. Being so devoid of human contact, this upcoming event in her life does nothing to help Aya’s mood.

Personality: Allison is a random, fun, outgoing girl. Her love for good old western cowboy things makes her hyper and loud. Growing up with 3 older brothers and no sisters, she learned to fend for herself physically and emotionally, so she is very strong and a good friend. When she gets excited, she gets this funny western accent. Though she's often out having fun, she will be serious when the time calls for it.
Bio: Allison's was born in raised in Montana, U.S.A. She grew up on a farm, learning to love all animals, but especially horses. Her upbringing made her a total cowgirl. She was a bright students with only straight A's. At the time she recieved an invite to Belle Academey, her mother was terminally ill. She'd been in and out of the hospital, and when Allison recieved the letter, she was urged to go. Before she left, her mother passed away. Allison cried a lot at and after her mother's funeral, but a couple days before her departure for Japan, she pasted on a smile and said goody bye to her friends, family, and the animals on the farm. She arrived at Belle, made friends, ade enemies, and went on with her life. She never forgot her mother or her home, and sometimes became homesick, but eventually that fake optimism became real.
Other: Allison doesn't know why, but ever since she could draw properly, she's been sketching crescent moons all over. Doodles on her notebook, intricate designs in a sketchbook, all the like. She also has a horse plushie that has special meaning for her.

Personality: Hikari is an all-round succeeding girl who gets good grades and is obviously very mature. Well, seemly mature. Others think of her as a great role model because of her elegance and calmness. She is also known for her talented self: mastering whatever she touches. But even though others doubt it, she has a fun side to her that makes her not just the usual ‘caring and kind’ but more like….supporting and spirited. She’s very organized and works fast to finish everything: a reason why she was elected as the president of the student council. Hikari is responsible, true, and courageous…unlike other girls. She is not afraid to try new things.
Bio: Hikari lived with both parents in Japan. She was an only child. But as the only child, her parents expected a lot from her. She needed to be on top and always ‘prefect’ at all times. She didn’t want to disappoint her parents…but she was afraid that what she had to do for them was pulling her away from the things she really wanted. However, it turned out that Hikari was a natural to succeed. She began to seek her own dreams and found that they awaited her at Belle Academy. The letter had come to her…her parents, including Hikari herself, accepted. Once at the Academy, she found what she was looking for as she was elected as student body president for two years in a row. She got to do what she wanted to do and help other students out.
Other: Hikari is the student council president. She is also the only one that can tolerate Stille, or anyone else for the matter.

Personality: Myuu is calm and quiet, usually taking everything slowly, but works efficiently. She’s patient and can’t be easily angered, plus she’s very obedient and neutral. She is quite reserved and doesn’t seem to trust others very easily. Myuu is very mature for her age, as people would say. She comes off as mysterious and shy, since she doesn’t like to talk about herself, resulting in you can never tell what’s on her mind. She keeps to herself so much that she doesn’t have friends. She’s touchy, but intelligent.
Bio: Myuu lives with her grandparents after being abandoned by her parents. She never talks about it, or uses her powers to talk about it in this case and just looks to the future. Her grandparents don’t send her to school, but teaches her themselves. They are constantly searching for a good school for her, however. But when they were sent the letter from the school, they immediately sent Myuu there, wanting her to have a true school life. They didn’t want to always keep her inside and live with them forever.
Other: Myuu can’t talk. Her power helps her with that problem, but she often doesn’t use it. She’s also sensitive to touch.

Personality: A quiet girl, she often isolates her from the masses, but most of the time, she's not even aware of it. When befriended, she can be quite talkative.
Bio: Elle was raised in a sheltered community with maids, butlers and so forth in the Italian countryside. She was tutored in Japanese, English, and German, which made the trip to Belle much more enjoyable than it would have been. Her parents very rarely came home, so they weren't very aware of her abilities. They assumed the invitation was merely a result of their excellent parenting.
Other: Though not necessarily a "power," she has a natural green thumb - possibly honed in the huge gardens of her family's estate. It probably helped a bit that she didn't have to move much to water the plants...

Special Power: Shiori has some manipulation over lightning. That’s because of the entity, Sanga, inside her that allows her to do so. Since it is using her body as a host, Sanga lends Shiori its power. It can speak to her through her mind, or materialize as her see-through mirror image to talk to her.
Personality: Shiori acts very mature for her age and is often capable of cowing senior students by pure force of personality. She tends to get flustered and angry pretty easily, giving her an outspoken and very expressive character. Shiori is very obsessive in what she does, and likes things organized and on time; a perfectionist and always helpful. Because of her nature, she is quite intelligent, despite the way she looks. However, she is more laid-back when it comes to things like romance. Shiori can be quite the romantic, often day-dreaming; the only time when she is not worrying about her duties.
Bio: Shiori was born in Japan into a wealthy family. She was allowed to travel abroad. She stayed in Japan during elementary school, but studied in America for middle school. Therefore, she proves herself to be quite knowledgeable. Shiori loved to study poetry, becoming quite literate. She was also a very good student, earning a lot of respect from her teachers. However, her parents never quite communicated with her, being more interested in their business. Shiori didn’t mind, she had Sanga. For as long as she could remember, the lightening entity was always inside her. At first, she thought it was just an imaginary friend, but Sanga quickly grew to be more than that. Throughout the years, Shiori has grown quite fond of the spirit, getting used to the power quite easily. Her parents didn’t know. They had no reason to, but that didn’t bother her at all. However, when they ended up divorcing, that bothered her quite a bit. She was in 15 when it happened. Shiori was to go with her mother, along with half of her father’s fortune. Nevertheless, Shiori grew to accept that fact and moved on. As long as she had Sanga, she didn’t care. In fact, she seldom talked to her mother, even after the divorce; not that her mother took it very hard. When Shiori was invited to Belle Academy at sixteen, her mother obliged. Shiori’s hard work during her first year earned her the right to be the student council secretary; in which she has grown very devoted to.
Other: Ever since a child, Shiori always had a horrible fear of insects. The sight of them merely sickens her, and could change her into a loud brat as long as they’re near.

Personality: She has a very hyper personality only increased by sweets of any kind. She is very childish and will do very annoying things that drive people away from her sometimes on purpose sometimes accidentally. She had been left alone for most of her life so she is quite lonely but she finds enjoyment of talking to animals. She is quick to anger and when this happens she can be very loud and passionate. She is naive and curious and is quite intelligent but is so oblivious to things that she seems a bit on the slow side. She is a big dreamer and always wants to help other people but usually ends up screwing things up and or blowing something up. She can be really clingy once she's found someone to be her friend but the friendships never last very long for her because she can be a bit cold sometimes when she doesn't want the person to get hurt.
Bio: Colette lived in Japan for as long as she can remember by herself. No one who got to know her ever stayed for too long. They were all people who were just passing by or said they would stay but left. It started with her parents when she was six. When she discovered her power one day she told her mother. She nearly fainted and told her to say nothing to her father. Of course this girl doesn't listen to anyone and told her father all about it. She was almost immediately ostracized from her family. No one wanted to take in someone with a “tainted soul" who was a "freak". She would sit in her room alone for most of the time because her family didn't want her outside. The only thing she was allowed to do was go to school which was the only place where she actually did something right. But she would always act weird and strange to drive people who wanted to get close so that they wouldn't find out. She would much rather they not know about her power. Her mother and father finally left her when she was entering the 5th grade. Social workers worked around the clock to try and find her a home but she refused each one afraid to be cast away. She lived on her own for a long while and every now and then would take in people looking for a home but soon they would leave because she would burn something or accidentally drop something important of theirs. She took passion in her school work and once she got the letter from Belle Academy she decided that she'd go there but only to do school work and not to make friends or any thing social.

Special Power: Yume always wears something over her eyes because of her powers. When someone looks directly into her eyes, they will become temporarily drowsy and weak; a sort of hypnosis if you will. However, Yume herself can’t control it at all, that is why she often avoids people’s gazes. The only exception depends on the person. If Yume feels comfortable with them, they will merely feel a warm, dreamy sensation. On the other hand, if she doesn’t like or know them, it is a chilling stare that instills fear and weakness.
In her true ‘form’, a normal weak-minded human will be petrified at a single stare. Also, she can now have the power to drain small increments of the victim’s life-force, making them temporarily weak by taking the energy that fuels their powers. She enters this form while looking directly at the full-moon, or when her emotions run high.
Because of the nature of her powers, Yume possess unique abilities concerning sight.
Personality: Yume is a devious, domineering, and forceful girl who is out to get what she wants. She often likes to take matters into her own hands when she doesn’t get her way. She looks down to others, and is quite self-centered. Prone to be extremely envious, she holds huge grudges. You wouldn’t get that by looking at her though, often seeming aloof and lazy; she usually remains composed—even though almost everything seems to annoy her. However, she tolerates Gabrielle and Rya, sometimes even showing genuine concern for her cohorts. She doesn’t like to express it though, preferring to keep her deeper musings to her self. Yume is quite unpredictable, even among close friends.
Bio: Yume was born in Japan. She lived a fairly normal life, except for one fact. The females of her family are sealed with a curse. It made no difference in age, for all were born with this trait. The Gorgoneion Eye passed down from mother to daughter; it has circulated in her family for ages. Bound by the curse, none has ever seen the light of the full-moon; for which they do, the power of the curse intensifies. No one has ever been able to look directly into another’s eyes, risking to drain them of their energy. However, the curse began to dwindle over the years, down to the simply effect Yume has today. Nevertheless, Yume is rather annoyed by this. For the majority of her childhood, she had to convince everyone that she was partially blind—though she sees so much more. Throughout the years, Yume became more and more spiteful of the normal humans around her; envious that they lead a normal life. However, she just decided that she simply hated them because they were nothing special, rather than to think she was simply jealous. She strived to be the very best, her impatient yearning for victory taking her to many heights. It never ceased to amaze people, thinking she was a disabled nobody. Yume always worked for the top, not stopping until she proved to everyone that she was number one. In many ways, she certainly seemed spoiled. However, she worked just as much as Hikari did, when she was accepted to Belle Academy. Yume was second only to Hikari in the election for student council president. When she lost, Yume naturally held a grudge. It was the final decision from the headmaster, who chose Hikari instead. When Yume asked ‘why’, the headmaster merely told her the student council president was loved and respected among the students; their character was chaste. If she failed to understand ‘love’ and the value of honesty in her character, she would fail accomplish what Hikari did. Instead of ‘understanding’ the headmaster’s words, Yume was merely filled with hate and envy; for the fact that she lost to ‘just a normal human’. She believes she should take back what’s ‘hers’ and ruin Hikari for stealing it away. However, Yume was no slouch herself. Though her academic grades weren’t as high as Gabrielle’s she partook in many school activities and sports. Her best achievements were usually on the field, especially in tennis. She very much has students who idolize her as they do Hikari. She never bothers with them though, preferring to goad around with Rya and Gabrielle. Yume had a unique way of reaching out to Gabrielle, and has been her friend since they first came to Belle Academy. She recently met Rya last year, but quickly gained a connection to her. Their relationship is most atypical… Together, the three became some sort of ‘group’, with Yume as the usual instigator of their actions.
Other: Besides sports, Yume absolutely loves to drink lemonade. Whenever she’s relaxing, you can almost always find her with a cup. Whether it’s strawberry lemonade, limeade, or the classical, Yume always has a taste for this sour drink. As strange as it may be, she always uses some sort of curly straw…which may signal some sort of childish actions from the past she left behind. This habit is usually accompanied with the popular snack, Pocky.

Dislikes: Those that are annoying, those that have a big mouth, fakers, fire, those that cause disruption for no apparent reason, annoying people, William, normal students, her family, coconut
Special Power: Memories. Rya has the power to manipulate the ‘chain of memories’ by the movement of her body. Her powers are actually dangerous and extreme; therefore, the headmaster had to take extra precautions on looking after her. Her power’s base is mainly made up of the ‘spell-scale’ system. She also has different abilities in which she can control her power in different ways. She can erase anyone’s memory. She can take anyone’s memories, but its sort to the same as erase—instead she removes the memory from the person and 'keeps' it. She can also take a memory that has already happen and make it happen again. She can also restore or read anyone’s memories. Lastly, she can create a memory and give to someone…even though it didn’t actually exist or happen. However…depending on how ‘much’ of her power she uses, it affects her-spell scale. If it’s something little, than it’s alright, but if she erases someone’s memory at a large scale, she has to give up one of her own memories. If she take’s someone’s memory, she can only keep it for an hour and in that hour she temporally loses all of her memories except the one she took. After an hour, she will get one memory back—the memory of how to use her powers. Then she can return the memory and get her own memories back. She can only keep a max of two memories a day…since it’s two different peoples’ different memories. She can’t really take two memories of the same person. In other words that bigger the spell the worse the affect will be on her. There’s a catch—her powers don’t work on her, the only time it does is when it takes affect on her body.
Personality: Somewhat of a snob, Rya feels superior to normal humans. She believes they shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the gifted students. Sharing this belief with Yume, they seem similar in personality. However, Rya takes things at a lighter approach, seeming a bit airy and unconcerned. Rya usually just goes with what Yume and Gabrielle plans; usually supporting Yume on what she says. Preferring watching to doing, Rya usually enjoys watching from the sidelines as Gabrielle does the work. She also tends to be much more flirty, often daydreaming on things of romantic nature; she can do flirt with almost anyone--teachers, students, girls, guys—you name it. She particularly likes to goad around with Yume on this area, as she usually earns a reaction; whereas, Gabrielle simply gets flustered and ends up avoiding anything of the sort. Though, she can be serious when the time calls for it, and will stop at nothing until their desires are carried out.
When Rya is around others, she acts the way she acts: that’s her personality, right? However, when alone—she’s a miserable girl who is mad at the world. Anger, sadness, added with loneness never left her soul, even though it seemed she had recovered. When reminded of her past, or pushed to far on the subject—she automatically loses control.
Bio: Unlike other students, Rya had no choice but to attend Belle Academy. Her parents were very protective of her, thinking everyone will look down on the family if they knew about her power. As much as they disliked their daughter, they kept her: not wanting her to be anywhere where they couldn’t reach. They kept a hold on her throughout her life. When the letter came, her parents refused and threw quite the fit. However, they were forced to turn her over after the Head Master, himself, came to take her. But before all this, Rya was quite ‘normal. She went to a private school and had friends: just like normal children. She got good grades and was a favorite among the teachers. On top of all that, she was an excellent dancer and actress, ‘professional’ to be exact. Out of everything, the good grades and even being a great actress—she prided herself over being the best dancer. Everyone admired her flawless steps and how her long orange hair swept with her as she twirled. School plays and drama classes—she was chosen to be in them all. She even danced in plays outside of school, in result, she grew quite the reputation. Everywhere she went, she made a memory—everyone remembered her. Her life was as flawless as her steps and as written out as the scripts she remembered. But in a single day, her life changed for the worse. Her parents were in a quarrel. They never told their daughter about her powers…but the subject has kept them auguring for years. Rya was supposed to have stayed after school for a rehearsal of one of her plays. Thinking that was so, her parents sat in the living room and talked it over as civilized as they could. Soon, however; they broke out in yelling and shouting. Rya was heading over to the theater when the intercom turned on. ‘Attention all actors and actresses, rehearsal has been canceled today. I repeat rehearsal has been canceled.’ With sigh, slightly disappointed, Rya turned around and started heading for home. When she reached the door, she reached for the door knob—only withdrawing her hand, startled, as something was thrown against the door. She stood at the door step, not knowing what was going on. She was about to enter, but voices arose. “What should we do!? This letter…we can’t just give her away! As horrible as she may seem, we must keep her! We can’t afford anyone to find out about Rya’s disturbed powers.” yelled Rya’s mother. “What!? We should just get rid of her! We didn’t want to keep her in the first place. Why must we now!?” The argument went on. Unknowingly, her parents spilled everything. All of the secrets they kept from Rya and their feelings about this ‘power’ of hers. She was shocked—terrified. She had...powers? What? Why didn’t anyone tell her anything? She ended up slipping in through the back door and locked herself in her room. She sat in the corner of her dark room, thoughts running through her head. She didn’t eat nor sleep—she was lost and confused. This had an affected on her. Her grades dropped dramatically, she lost the will to do anything at all. Everyone started to question her—being as popular as she was…rumors spread. She ignored everything, questions and gossip. The only thing she didn’t lose faith in, was dancing. She continued to dance silently in the theater—having lost all inspiration to do anything else. Everyone still remembered her for her dances.
But one day before she went to school, her parents were furious. Not only was she not normal, her grades were horrible. She was in the worse condition, pale and thin. They yelled at her, but she stood there silently, glancing to the side. Her father grew angry and next thing she knew, he had slapped her across the face. She landed on the floor. He started to yell, spilling everything and explaining how she should be lucky that she was still living in this house. Her mother gasped, Rya wasn’t suppose to know! She held her husband back, telling him to not go on. Rya was lying on her side on the floor, she slowly got up, using her hands as support, and she sat up. “Cut the act—there is no need for you to stop him…mother.” She said in a tone she had never used before. She head was still lowered. “I know everything, how foolish of you both to think that after yelling at the top of your lungs, no one would hear.” This simply just added to her father’s rage as he kicked his daughter on the floor. Rya grew silent once more, but again she got up-trembling. “I hate you, I HATE YOU ALL!!! You don’t want me? I wish I was forgotten by everyone anyway!” Her own rage grew; she pounded her fist onto the floor out of anger. Suddenly, a silvery light filled the room and spread far like ripples in the water—which soon disappeared. When the light had vanished, Rya’s parents were lying on the floor—Rya, herself, was exhausted. She was sprawled on the floor, breathing heavy. Soon, she managed to drag herself up. She didn’t know what happened, and she didn’t care either. She quickly grabbed her backpack and rushed off to school. She stopped at the school gate, leaning against its wall to take deep breathes. She kept on telling herself that nothing happened at home and going to school would take her mind off of things. At least school was normal….but she was wrong. As she entered the school, she spotted her friend. She said, ‘Hey Atha!’ She ran over to her. Atha however, kept on walking, half talking to her other friends. She didn’t respond to Rya. Rya blinked in surprise, and she stared to panic slightly. “Atha? Atha!” she said, but ended up shouting. Her friend gave no response, like as if she wasn’t there…like as if she had forgotten her. All of the determination, feelings, and hope she had left in her—drained out. She dropped to her knees, weeping. No one knew her…no one remembered her anymore. But suddenly, her sadness turned to rage. She was angry at everyone…the hate grew inside her. She finally returned home—in doing so, she saw the Head Master standing there. Her parents were awake and confused. ‘Come Rya, we’ll be heading to Belle.’ He told her. She wasn’t interested; her eyes were dull as she stared at her parents. She suddenly gave a sarcastic laugh. ‘Really? How ironic. Fine, I’ll go with you—from now on…I have no family.’ Her eyes showed anger as she said these words…and she just left.
Ending up at the school (half of the school year had already pasted), she did absolutely nothing. In her room, she sat day and night. Finally, the Head Master picked Yume and Gabrielle to tend to Rya. When she first laid eyes on the two, for the first time—the anger in her eyes slowly dimmed. They slowly befriended her; she even took their offer of running for Student Council Vice President. And just when she decided this was where she wanted to be, the Head Master moved her away. During that time, she lived in a custom-made home. They tired to help her control her powers—what they ended up with were ‘punishments’ that would hurt her. Again, she was angry…but when she tired to merely wipe a person memory, her chest began to hurt…the pain moved to her head—next thing she knew…she had forgotten something. But what is it? She did not know…As the new school year started, rumors had it that she would return…back to the school that called out to her….
Other: Because of her power, Rya has excellent memory. Also, unlike Yume who’s power had been passed down from the family: the Head Master wasn't really concerned about it too much because the family made sure every family member attended Belle even without an invitation. Whereas Rya had completely lost control of her power, therefore the Head Master is always watching her.

Personality: Gabrielle is a very shrewd girl; capable of proving that she is very clever and sharp-minded; she seems somewhat uptight. In a way, it makes her seem likes she’s constantly scheming of something. However, unlike Yume, she is very moderate in personality; preferring not to use extreme measures. She is quite loyal and diligent in whatever she does; taking a level-headed and logical approach to her tasks. Efficient and protective, Gabrielle has a secret yearning to simply be ‘useful’; a fact that makes her seem somewhat lonely at times. She herself isn’t quite award of this. Thus, she values time with Rya and Yume very much.
Bio: Gabrielle was born and raised in Paris, France. She lived in a fairly wealthy family and went to the finest schools as a child. Her parents always pushed her to be the best; often piling her with extra practice and courses. Gabrielle did just that, excelling in academics at a young age. She did all kinds of things, the piano, cello, flute, painting, drama, choir, etc; can you say multitask? That summarizes Gabrielle’s life pretty well. As the years passed, Gabrielle was handed the burden of doing more and more; that was her duty as a daughter? No. More often than not, she disliked what her parents set up for her, but yet she had always done them without regrets or questions. In her mind, being perfect for her parents was being useful; however, on her fourteenth birthday, that view began to warp. After being put down by her parents, even for trying her absolute best, Gabrielle began to feel the natural—it was unfair. She became quite dull and drained, yet, she kept at it. However, she was never the same, seeming hollow and simply drifting by. It was during that time that she discovered her powers, which she kept hidden. If she showed her parents, it would only make her seem like a freak; someone is isn’t perfect in their eyes. When she was fifteen, she was invited to Belle Academy, her parents, believing this would do their daughter some ‘good’, sent her away. At the school, Gabrielle functioned as she normally did. She passed her classes easily and quickly adapted to life at the academy. The only thing she failed to do was establish a social relationship with anyone, for she was so disheartened. It was until she met Yume at fifteen that Gabrielle began to reemerge into her previous self. Yume seemed to share a similar record, having excelled in her school work as well as Hikari. Though unlike Hikari, Yume seemed different—somewhat like Gabrielle herself. Believing that Yume understood what she feels, she and Gabrielle became close friends. For Gabrielle, feeling like she was wanted and needed was good enough. She later became an office aide for the school, running teachers’ errands and such. It was because of this that she also met Rya. Gabrielle was left with the task of helping out Rya; entrusted of this because of her reliability. It was because of Gabrielle that Yume and Rya were introduced to each other; and also the beginning of their little ‘group’. The three have known each other long enough to become close friends. Gabrielle tends to be the maternal one of the group, looking out for Yume and Rya as if they were sisters. To her, nothing could be more important.

Thankfully very few people have managed to find their way onto her bad side but they can deffinately vouch for her horrible side. It is generally very easy to get onto her good side as long as someone she trusts hasnt bad mouthed you - if thats the case well, think about how much you want to be on her good side and act accordingly. If your desire isn't that great i suggest you dont bother - one wrong world will make sure that you are peramently listed in her bad books. Her mood swings tend to happen around 'that time of the month' but can be induced by too little or too much sugar. When she is on a high (emotional or other) she will always be hyper - sugar isnt the only factor in her hyperness, although it does contribute. for all her short comings, close friends and family will tell you that putting up with it all is worth it =] As the love and attention she returns is three-fold.
Bio: Her mother died when she was eight and has lived with her father ever since then. As a result she is quite rough so to speak, not having many female influences in her life she is a very blunt 'what-you-see-is-what-you-get' person. It wasnt until her mother died that her abilities started to surface. She had mostly developed her ability of influencing mood in the first few years after her mother died in making sure her father didn't fall into depression. Her ability to copy herself was quite an accidential discovery, it started when a few of her friends started to play a highly twisted game of hide-and-seek. Long story short, while playing in the game, instead of inducing the seeker into sleep she had accidently created a copy of herself right in front of the seeker - effectively making her 'it'. Since then she has been trying to develop her copy abilities better and have a greater control over it.

Bio: Su-Ying started off as a kitty on the street…simple, no? She lived like any other cat; not knowing a thing about her powers. One day as she was walking through the streets of Japan; she met a girl. She was different and prefect in every way. This seemed to draw the little kitty in for some reason; wanting more than anything to get to know her. Hikari. That was her name. She played with her and for once in her normal life; Su-Ying felt special and loved. She was happy, very happy as Hikari started playing with her often. She would wait in front of her door every day and Hikari would come out to feed her and such. But she soon learned that Hikari was going to leave to some place called ‘Belle Academy’. Leave her? Was she ever going to see her again? She immediately fell into her state of uncertainty and depression. This was when her powers showed themselves. Because of her wish to stay with Hikari and if she could be a human to do so, she turned into a human. It rained that day, heavy rain. She stood there in the rain, confused and scared. What was wrong with her? She’s human!? She began to cry because of her confusion. Hikari went looking for Su-Ying to bid her farewell before she left. She knew the kitty usually stayed in one of the alleys. When she got there, instead of finding a cat, she found a girl. First she didn’t know what was going on, but she noticed her ears. ‘Cat ears?’ she thought. She dropped her umbrella once she found the logic of it all. Su-Ying turned around and saw Hikari. What was she going to do now? Was she going to be thought of as a freak and Hikari will no longer like her? Hikari approached her, Su-Ying backed off. But suddenly, the words that came out of Hikari’s mouth were surprising and much different as she would have expected. ‘Your name is now Su-Ying. How about you come with me to a place where your dreams will come true?’ First the cat didn’t know what she was talking about….but wait, she gave her a name? Then does that mean…Hikari want to take care of her from now on? Her tears stopped the sun shown out from beneath the cloud, ‘Hi..kar…i.” was all she said. From that day on, her name became ‘Su-Ying Trieu’.

Bio: Tyler comes from a poor family. For the first ten years of his life, he lived with his mother and his sister in a small home in a cheap little suburb. They didn't have a lot of money, because Tyler's father was a deadbeat, so his mother worked as many hours as she could.
When Tyler hit the tender age of ten, his older sister held a low-paying job to help with the family funds. She overworked and overstressed herself, and eventually slipped into depression. One day, while Tyler was in school and their mother at work, she just slit her wrists with a kitchen knife. There was a small note by her side that simply read "Goodbye."
Tyler's mother came home from work early, and found her there, dead in a pool of blood on the kitchen floor. Tyler himself did not actually see the body, but he loved his sister very much, and losing her was terrible. It's a touchy subject these days.

Bio: Caleb was always at the short end of a stick. His mother who also had three other kids two older and one younger never paid much attention to him. He never had any thing special about him. His oldest brother was an amazing drawer, his second oldest brother was great at building things and his younger sister always beat him in grades at school. He was very distant from his family and was constantly picking on his little sister Colette because he really was jealous of her and had nothing better to do. Once she was cast from the family and they moved he would sit by the door to where her room would be and didn’t let any in it. Once she left he was left alone for most of his life not quite cast aside but being the youngest everyone was to busy for him. This is why he developed his loud and annoying personality and was very much in a sense like Colette. He knew about her power and was determined to find her just so he could make fun of her again. For some strange reason not known to many people he got accepted into Belle Academy and decided to go there. After a year he heard that there was a new student whose description fit his sisters. He is now determined to find this girl and whether she is his sister or not he is going to annoy her again.

Jane is a secretary for a large telecommunications company and George is the owner of a very successful coffee-house franchise. He also has a younger sister, Camille, whom he writes to often. Camille is a gifted dancer and has promised to join him shortly in Japan on her fourteenth birthday to attend a prestigious dance company. His family lived quite comfortably and never experienced financial strife. However, when he was 15, he moved to Japan to be with his Uncle Trevor to further pursue his musical studies. Uncle Trevor was quite distant and proved to be no outlet for communication. He was always at his job in advertising and it was often that René cooked for himself. Unfortunately, the strict practice regime at the institution he was accepted at, did not suit René's laid back nature. Along with the students sole ambition to achieve the top grading, René was quite lonely and this effected his composition skills. Due to the lack of commitment for the structure practice system and his waning composition ability, he was forced to leave a year and a half later. He received his letter for Belle Academy after this.

Bio: William led the normal life. Grew up with his parents, went to public school, got a summer job, recieved an invitation to Belle Acadmey, parents sent him off, spent his first year there, still attends the school now. Pretty simple. no? Other than being Vice President of the student council, he hasn't led a very complicated life. Maybe that's why he can take everything so easy.
Other: Secretly, he is a midievil times geek. He likes to read about the legend of King Arthur and the Lady of the Lake and Merlin, an other such things. But no, he does not resort to games like Dungeons and Dragons.

The word of a bear being in the city was soon in the papers. He finally was taken in at the age of 15, when he passed out in front of a house. When he woke up, he was in a bed with his future parents near-by. He had been running a normal life and has been practicing his powers in secret. When he received the invite, he was going to school. He opened his locker door when the usual event takes place, his stuff falling out on top of him with the letter on top of the pile.

Personality: Stubborn, bored, and wishing there where more interesting things to do with this life, Cyan is somewhat of a ‘disappointing student’. He has the brains to be placed in advance classes but he’d rather not. He acts like a lazy bum and he doesn’t turn in this homework, just to get kicked out of this advance classes….yes, that’s just how irresponsible he is. Cyan is somewhat of a pain in the a**, but he knows when to call it quits. Annoying his fellow classmates is considered his hobby. He always seems bored, but he’s carefree as can be.
Bio: Like many other students that were gifted with such power, Cyan had troubling excepting this powers. However, he didn’t let it stop him and moved on with his life. He was way too carefree to be thinking about how his powers were to affect his life—he simply didn’t care. He went through school like any other kid; making friends and such…he had a normal school life. He never told anyone about his powers and he never seemed bothered by his gift. When he was sent the invitation, he didn’t even bother to attend. His school life was fine—why change it if it ain’t broke, as the saying goes. ‘Only students that have trouble with this lives because of their power so there’, that was what Cyan thought. However, when he heard that a family member was attending….he quickly changed his mind: the boy needed to find out something. He had heard a rumor drifting around the entire family about the Fayyte’s terrible lost. Cyan knew that the parents died and their son was living alone. He didn’t know who the kid was or where he was, but he wanted to find him. They were considered from the same family and by looking at things—they would be considered cousins. That’s why they had different last names. He wanted to see the cousin he never knew—they were distant cousins. His parents told him that the boy was disrespectful and refused to stay with any of his relatives. Wow, seems like this kid was hated. Cyan; however, found the boy interesting and wanted to find out if these mere rumors were true.

Personality: Riku is a very calm and collected person. He can be shy at times, but likes to be around other people. He gets flustered really easily when he's around cute girls.
Bio: Riku was an orphan. He never knew his parents, and was raised by a foster family. he got along with them very well, but as he got older, he had different plans for his future that took his entire family by suprise. he wanted to travel accross Japan, no, the world to see new things and paint. His family declined of course, so out of respect, he listened to them.
He eventually found out about his artistic powers when he drew a sketch of and anime character, and she came to life! The family gladly accepted her into the family, and they got along well. She was named Kira, mainly because she chose the name after watching TV for the first time. (you know the reference XD) She found the name...cute...how odd. After a few years, Riku and Kira found out that Kira hadnt aged a bit, she still looked like a middle school student. She came to Riku one day and said "Make me look older! I mean, look at me! Im short, I have almost no figure, and worst of all, im completely flat chested." So Riku agreed to help her out...somehow. Riku scrummaged through his old pile of drawings and found Kira's. It still looked as new as the day he drew it. He began the procedure, and finished with a great result. She was so happy, she couldnt believe it.
months later, Kira had grown to like Riku...a lot. She was in love with him. It took a while, but Riku finally accepted to go out with her, for he had fallen in love as well. They decided to go on a Date one day, and as they were ordering at the Cafe' she dissapeared. Riku was baffled and curious to know what was going one. He later recived a phone call from his mother saying. "Riku! is that you!? Oh thank Buddha! The house is in a blaze!" That had to be it. Kira's drawing had been burned to ashes. He tried drawing her again, but before he could ever finish, he felt to weak. He couldnt bring her back. Thats when Riku deided to go off and search Japan, because the last thing he heard from Kira, was "Wouldnt it be great if we could catch our dreams, just cause we wanted to?" riu set out on that journey, to catch his dream. Personality: Kard has a bit of a serpent’s tongue. He tries with all his might to be original in both character and appearance, sometimes at the cost of contradiction. He likes to make people turn their heads, even if it’s for completely unflattering reasons, and strives for recognition as a poetic genius. Cocky at times, he tends to down on other people and has trouble keeping secrets if they make him look better than them.
Bio: While he grew up, Kard was pretty much the Black Sheep of his family’s Middle Class neighborhood. Lacking any sort of advantage or a simple reassurance of being in the right, he was always picking fight, may it be verbal or physical. That alone made people in general shy away from him, and he never had any friends in the first five years of his life. That didn’t bother him at all, of course - they were beneath him, anyway – but it did make him a bit lacking in the social dept. When he started school his behavior didn’t change at all, but this time people started picking on him. Alot. But still, he kept himself above the storm and made his way through the first six years of American grammar school unscathed and happy as a clam. At the beginning of middle school, however, he began feeling unrelentingly bored and it showed in his mood. His temper would rise without warning and it would be taken out quite easily upon others. That was when he became aware of his, “powers.” In the middle of lunch one especially warm afternoon, he made to bruise someone’s jaw, aghast to find his hand going straight through the innocent bystander’s face. From this event he found that, with enough concentration, he could manipulate the density of objects around him. Hence, from then on the teasing stopped, but the level of isolation that had followed him increased tenfold. He moved not long after that, which didn’t really change much, but he learned to control his ability to some extent in the two and a half years to come. He doesn’t know loss, nor what it feels like in the death of a loved one. That doesn’t stop him from pretending.

1. Use something to represent OCC.
-Such as (( )), [ ], { }, etc. In OCC you can use ‘**’, but only OCC.
2. Post like as if you are writing a story
-Use punctuation, grammar, and such. No ‘*walks in*’, type of thing. Of course…no chat-speak!
3. Try to at least post full one line or one line and a half.
-You need to give the person you are RPing with something to work with
4. Remember to tell people when you are leaving.
-When you leave, try not to leave the person you are RPing with stuck. Make your character leave or anything along those lines. But if you are in a rush, it's alright, don’t fret over it!
5. Read the previous posts. If it's too long, ask other person about what has happened. Don't want you to miss anything important, do I?
6. Romance is indeed encouraged.
-No cypering, please. If you want to do that sort of thing, take it to the PMs. It’s gross, so don’t do it! Another simple rule that is in other RPs, too. And I will allow yaoi/yuri!
7. No killing, god-modding, or auto-hitting.
-Since this is mainly a romance RP, keep the violence at a low.
8. Keep an even amount of boys and girls.
9. Boys can play girls and girls can play guys.
-I have no problem with that!
10. You can have more then one character.
-You can have a lot of characters, I have no problem with that…but not too much.
11. More then one person can have a crush on any one person.
-Just not too much of course.

Ryuuya D. Fayyte strolled over to the school gates, stopping to take in the large building. He let out a long sigh. The school gates were closed and he was the only one there at the moment. He decided to enjoy the silence while he still could. This was his second year at this school, Belle Academy. He knew its secrets and had sworn to secrecy like all old students must. The old students were not to tell the new students what will fall upon them. He eyed the path he had came from; waiting for students to appear. Perhaps he could find his old friend, Luke.

Myuu Mae sat uncomfortably on the plane. She had already bid her grandparents farewell, but she missed them already. She wasn't excited, more like waiting what would happen to her at this new school. She stared out of the plane window; knowing she would soon arrive at the airport and would be off to Belle Academy with her. She held her pouch of things which held simple things like books, tightly...feeling slightly nervous.

Jake pulled back on the accelerator, blasting past traffic at illegal speeds. He smiled, and pulled the cluth, shifting to a lower gear as he got close to the school. Belle Academy. He sighed, and popped a wheelie as he got up to the parking lot on the side, making sure no one was looking. He shut off the engine and pulled the bag off his bike, locking it up. He also had his guitar strapped to his back in a soft case, hise amp and what not in the bag. He whistled softly, and began to look around for students. He didn't see anyone yet. He shrugged, walking over to a patch of grass near the path of where he thought students would be arriving from, waiting to see who came.

Ala stepped out of her silver volvo covering her eyes from the sun. She walked up to the school with her headphones on listening to one of her favorite songs on her mp3 player. She hummed to it silently. She passed a guy that she haddent noticed before, but decided to ignore his gaze. she sat down at one of the benches with her back towards him.

Jake watched a girl walk by him and ignore him as though he didn't exist. He actually wanted to say something, but just by the way she didn't even look at him, he was discouraged against doing so. Although, he was used to having no one talk to him, because it had always been like that for him. He sighed, and took out his guitar from the case, it being an acoustic/electric mix. He quickly tuned it, and began to play a song he had just figured out how to play recently, Your Guardian Angel. He even sang softly to the tune, although not very loud, for fear of having someone hearing him.

Elle strode own the narrow sidewalks on her way to main gates of Belle Academy - the first day of a new school year. Who wouldn't be nervous? But it felt different this year. Something was going to change! She knew it! But thn again, that's what she always told herself on the way to school, egged on by the butterflys in her stomach. She tried to calm herself by kicking the smallest pebble she coul find, but it didn't help. The gates loomed ahead with only a small crowd surrounding it. She could only recognize one of the people, but not by name. She didn't know many people's names, but it was fine that way. She proceeded down the paths waching her classmates interact. They must be the new class.

Ryuuya glanced up at Elle, seeing her ride in from the path. He thought about continuing to enjoy his moment of silence, but he had seen her around before. She had to be an old student. He gave his hair a small ruffle before speaking. "You're an old student right?" he asked her simply, giving her a small wave in greeting. "Welcome back."
