Prices, Rules of the “Trade”, and Order Form
All drawings will be colored most likely with colored pencil unless upon request you ask that I use markers, or if I think markers would work better for your ava. Since these drawings are a little smaller, colored pencils gets a little more detail. If you do not want it colored, please say so in the “Anything else?” part of the form and I’ll set up a specific price based on what it is that you want.
Prices
Face only: 200 gold
Waist & up: 500 gold
Full body: Bribe only. Doing a full body takes away from the whole point of me drawing it
quickly. I prefer to do waist up.
Anything else (like bust up or knees up): We can negotiate.
Multiple avas: above conditions x number of avas
Plushie/Pet: add 50 gold for each plushie/pet
Words: add 5 gold for each word
Extra items: add 10 gold for each "extra" item after the first one
I will obviously draw all the regular clothing on an avatar, all jewelry, and up to one "extra" item (like a Katana or wings), anything more than that where I have to try to work around it, I will charge 5 gold each extra item you want. Too many items=more time it takes.
So if your avatar has wings, a katana, a scarf, and a Coco: Wings=free, katana and scarf=20 gold, Coco=50 gold.
Oh, and Pixies are considered extra items since they are fairly simple to draw. Basically, anything with eyes is considered a pet/plushie.
Rules of the “Trade
Rules of the "Trade"
1. I only take 2 commissions at one time. So if 2 are already on the list, you will go on the waitlist.
2. Fill out the form in a post and I will send you a PM for confirmation (with price) when you get on the Current list.
3. When you respond to my PM, also set up a trade with the desired amount of gold. I will not finish the trade until I complete the project. This guarantees that you have the gold to spend and that I finish the project.
4. When I have finished the drawing, I will send you a PM with the final drawing and finish the trade.
5. Thank you.
Warnings (things that you should take note of):
1. You have five days starting from the day I send you a confirmation PM to respond to that PM and set up a trade with the desired amount of gold. If you do not respond in five days' time, you will be bumped to the bottom of the waiting list. This is to ensure that other (responsive and paying) customers get a fair chance at receiving their art in a timely fashion. After five days have passed, I will PM you again to let you know that your order is still active but you will now have to wait (since you kept me waiting). If another five days go by and you still do not respond to the PM, you will be taken off the waitlist and you will have to re-input your order. If this happens a second time, I will not take any more of your requests.
2. You have one week after I send you the final PM with the finished image to save and host it in your own way before I delete it from my Photobucket account. If you need more time (I do understand), please, just let me know. I do keep the originals and back-ups for myself, so you won't lose anything. This just ensures that you will not use my Photobucket account to host the image (bandwith and all...).
