Dragon's have roamed the land freely. However, recently there has been a decline in the population. Humans have taken it upon themselves to help out the dragons by raising them from the egg stage to mature adults. After each owner has shown proper responsibility, the watchers give them an egg to guard at all times.

You can come here and interact with other people and their dragons. All gaia rules apply including,

The little fiery egg sits in its little roost with a few tree branches to shield it. The little wyvern that rests inside the egg is anxious to get out but knows it's too soon. It squirms a little on the inside as it waits for the instinctive knowledge that it's time to come out into the world.

((I own a little Fiery egg!))

Ogreon was one of the watchers for the roost. It was just an ordinary day when he found an abandoned egg. It had a bow on it. As if it were intended to be given to him...

The little wyvern inside the egg instinctively senses another outside of the egg. He tenses up as if ready for battle, though he hasn't even hatched yet. He squirms some more and tries to move, but is unable to. Only twitching the egg a bit.

Ogreon took the egg back to the roost. It was a weird egg. He never seen its kind of breed before. He noticed that another owner was in there. "Hey what kind of egg do you have?"

((Just a quick little question. How does the changes occur? Like time period wise?))

"I believe it's a wyvern egg. It's fine with me." The owner snuggles the egg closer to her warmth and to protect it from the elements. Most eggs needed nuturing to grow so the babies could develop normally.

Ogreon eyed the egg carefully. Trying to find out what stage it is in. That way he can know if it would hatch soon.

The egg began shaking violently. Ogreon set the egg onto a straw bed set to the side for new arrivals. In a few moments the egg cracked and a smalll grey dragon came out.

Amira sat the small egg down among the warm sticks and blankets. She wondered if it was warm enough but then remembered how dragons sometimes used the warmth of their fire to keep the eggs warm. With little around she built a small pit of fire that was close enough to the egg in order for it to keep warm.

The little one inside moved around touching the shell, pushing on it for fun. She curled around in the warmth of the egg, floating herself to sleep.

Amira felt the small pushes against the shell and smiled. She pulled the blanket up against the egg. "Just rest for now, you will get to explore the world soon enough."

Amira sat and watched over the little egg, wondering if it would wake up anytime soon. Noises of other dragons and humans traveled softly against the walls of the Roost, letting her know she wasn't alone, which made her smile. She wanted others here just in case something went wrong.
