{Jul 2 07} After a month-long hiatus, I'm back! The shop is going under renovation, price changes, simplification, and all around spiffing-up. Deal with the damage, please. :] We're currently still accepting orders.

{Apr 5 07} Due to the fact no one seemed remotely interested in them, the special avatars and chibis offer has been canceled. They may come back later. Also, a new kind of chibi style is now offered: simple! Still just as cute, but a totally different way.

Here at {The Heart Stops} Here ---> <3, high quality art is our top priority. Below you will find all samples and prices of each kind of art we have to offer to our treasured customers. Because the market is ever changing, prices are capable for change and may not always stay constant, depending upon demand of the art in general. We offer avatar art, chibi avatar art and, for a greater fee, the chance of owning a picture of an original character you've created.

While the artist will try to keep prices rather steady, they are subject to change on difficulty of avatar clothing, hairstyles, and layering. All avatars are welcome, but please keep in mind that if your avatar is cluttered and has many items on it, it is likely you will have to pay a (minimally) greater price to have it done.

Ordering forms may be found at the bottom of the post. Remember, post them in the tread; don't PM, unless your order is one regarding original characters.

For couples, take the original price of the style you'd like and multiply it by 1.5.

For group pictures, the first is original price, the second is 1.5, and each person after that is .5 the original price. The first two members will have the most detail; by artist's discretion, more defined details will be left out from the rest of the group, unless extra is paid.

Partial shading is included in both line arts; line art is in pencil only.

Anthro options include anything that deal with matching ears and tail of an animal. All anthro ears and tails that are not already a Gaian item fall under this rule; in example, bobcat ears and tails fall under the anthro pay system. Cat ears and a tail will not.

Note on original characters, for both chibis and regular: The prices are not set, as original characters vary greatly. When you send in the request, a price will be estimated by the artist. Wait to hear back from the artist before sending a trade.

To make demands on customers and artist alike easier, we ask that you use the form below to purchase any artwork offered in this shop. Be warned that if you do not use the correct form and do not follow instructions correctly, your order will be nullified. However, if you try again and do everything that's supposed to be done, your order will be taken and added to the list if it is not full.

ORDERING STEPS

Decide upon which art you would like to purchase and fill out the forms completely. If you are making a purchase of two or more separate subjects **, fill one form out for each and send them together with the total amount listed at the bottom of the post.
Wait for word from the artist. If there is space, the artist will add your name to the slots and you will be informed of the addition.
Send the artist (RavenJester) a trade with the correct amount of gold and a title of "Heart Stop purchase". At this point, I do this only to check to see if you have the money. Do not cancel the trade unless you want to cancel your order.
If any, details are to be discussed. The artist will PM you; do not PM the artist first. Drawing begins.
If the purchase is a line art, there will be no checkpoints; once the line art is complete, the trade must be completed and then the artist will PM you the link to the picture. Enjoy!
If the purchase is a colored work, there will be a checkpoint at rough sketch and finished line art (CG color only), when you will be able to point out what you would like changed or redone. If it meets your standards, the picture will be completed, and the rest follows the above step. Rough sketch and finished line art will be PMed by the artist.
Once inking has been completed on a piece, there will be no refund. Cancellation once past the inking stage is 30% (cost times .3) of the original cost of your purchase. Any time previous to inking is still open for free cancellation.
When the picture is complete, enjoy! Tips are appreciated but not required and second-timers are more than welcome again!

All art purchases will use the above process.

**Purchases with two or three different pieces of art are given a 10% discount. Include this when tallying the total purchase amount. Four or more pieces of art are given a 20% discount. Again, include this when tallying the total purchase amount. Each separate piece will not be included in the same slot; i.e., someone who purchases two pictures will take up two slots. The artist will only allow a certain number of double-purchases in the slots at a time. You decide which piece you want done first; the other piece will remain in the "waiting" list until the first is complete. Payment and delivery are together.

I will double check all tallying to make sure it's correct.

Style: Line, CG line, color, CG color and amount of body shown (as in headshot, 3/4, etc.)
Single/Couple/Group: If single, put single. If couple, include the other person's Gaian name. If group, include all names and/or a codename for your group if you have one.
Avatar: A picture of the avatar you wish to be drawn. Use Tektek dream creator. Pictures of all avatars to be involved in the picture must be displayed.
Expression: The expression you'd like your chibi/avatar to have. You can use faces like ^_^ and x.x, etc.
Extra: Anything else? If a chibi, is this a special pose chibi? If an avatar, what kind of pose do you want it to be in? Are there any extra things you want included in the portrait (provided they're in reason)?
Price: The total price for the order.

Clothing: Describe in thorough detail what your OC wears or provide reference pictures.
Expression: The expression you'd like your OC to have. You can use faces like ^_^ and x.x, etc.
Extra: Anything else? What kind of pose do you want it to be in? Are there any extra things you want included in the portrait (provided they're in reason)? Weapons? Companions? Objects?
Price: The total price for the order.
