Q. What does EDOREI mean?
A. EDOREI? Well, that is a pretty good question! It's just a combined name of the owners of this shop. Edo+Rei= EDOREI!!! 4laugh

Q. What happens if we PM Rei or Edo with a question/commission/or just something random?
A. Well Rei doesn't really mind if you PM her about something, she's pretty friendly, otherwise I dunno about Edo...it depends. O_O;

Q. Why did you put the watermark, in the exact middle of the goodie?
A. Well, it's pretty simple, the watermark or our logo is placed directly on our goodies to prevent stealing. The watermark will be removed for the customer after purchase.

Q. I really love your goodies, they're so cute! How do I know when something new comes out?
A. Well there are two options really, either subscribe to this forum and check to see if we have any updates/goodies. Or if your lazy, join the EDOREI mailing list, just add me, [dark_love_toxicity] to your friends list and the rest is a breeze.

Q. Can we ask for personalization of the goodies & treats?
A. It depends on what types of goodies you order, say you wanted to personalize the Pearl Teas or the Pocky Collection. I'd highly doubt we could put your username/name on it, since it's categorized under Mass Produced Items, hence lacking any custom personalization. But for some of the more expensive items, we will be able to personalize them for your needs.

Q. Why are some of your goodies so expensive?
A. Um...I thought those prices sound reasonable. Well it's matter of the artist really, if Edo or Rei charges a large amount of gold, then they have put a great deal of effort into it. So please respect their prices.

This store does not run 24/7. You may send in your order with the trade at any time, but realize that it may be a few hours or days (if we're really busy) before you get your goodies. However, we will ALWAYS send goodies after accepting your trade. Unless there is a hiatus. We don't feel it's right to take your gold unless we plan to give your goodie to you right after. So if it takes a little while, please do not be upset. We're not gonna take your gold and run. You keep the gold till you get your order :3.

Know that both Edo and Rei have my password. xd Sometimes they log on to see how much gold I have (impatient little... just wait till Sunday!!). So sometimes if you see that I'm online, it might just be one of the ladies checking my cash. sweatdrop I imagine Edo probably runs amok on my account at night... typing things in the forum, like "I'm a red monkey butt." If you see anything like that, it's not me I swear! *I'm gonna go check my posts now...*
