1. Who owns this shop? Sajhiri own the shop and *Washu* is her right hand. Sajhiri is the artist and roleplay coordinator. *Washu* is a co-plotter. Sayuri_Nitta is shop manager, and Shiaree is the roleplay coordiator.
   
2. Who the heck is Silva Regia, the chick who made the posts? Silva Regia is the shop's shared account, created for the purpose of both being able to update and maintain the official thread posts.

1. THE SILVA REGIA ART AND CONCEPT ARE RESTRICTED! Sajhiri contacted the moderators on the subject of people losing their fey or being banished from the shop and continuing to rp it regardless. This decision was by a concensus of moderators and will be enforced.
   Moderators

   And here is the verdict, on discussion, regarding RP character ownership:
   
   The art is yours. They can't use that. The SPECIES is yours, They can't use that either.
   
   The personality, however, since they came up with it, is theirs. So they can take the personality and name and plunk it into another 'body' (as it were), but they can't use your art or your species concept at all.
   
   
2. THE SILVA REGIA FEY ARE ROLEPLAY INTENSIVE. This means if you don't have the time to devote to a minimum of 1 journal entry a month, (either a compiled roleplay with others, an individual roleplay, or a classic diary-style entry) do not attempt to own one. After 2 months of no activity Sajhiri will start to worry. 3 months of no activity will get you IMed or PMed asking where you are. No reply, or one that doesn't fly (ie I'm uninspired, I'm on hiatus but didn't bother informing you), will get your fey turned over to a new roleplayer with NO REFUND. Although you will technically remain their Kithain, another person will be chosen to roleplay as the fey. They will not have to pay for this, and except for extenuating circumstances, the fey will never revert to your control. You can RP with the new player normally, and you may still display the kithain version of the cert, but all the fey's actions and choices from then on will belong to the new player. There are tons of pets out there to stick in your sig and look pretty without any further responsibility. If you aren't prepared and able to roleplay, go buy one of those instead.
   
3. FEY HAVE PERSONALITIES! These personalities are partially defined by Sajhiri, and their Kithain are expected to maintain these documented personality aspects when roleplaying them. Although you have leeway to enrich their personas, these basic personality traits should remain and be prominent.
   
4. DON'T BE A MUNCHKIN! Fey will be statted and possess and learn skills and abilities. They will be able to raise them through roleplaying review and point awards from Sajhiri and the shop staff, and these stats should be reflected in their roleplaying. The system is a simplfied adaptation of RIFTS, so if your fae has a low physical beauty score, they shouldn't be prancing around as if they are the Tyra Banks of Tir Nan Og!
   
5. DON'T TREAT THE FEY LIKE PETS! These are not pets in the sense that you feed and water and pet them. They are rational independent beings and you are not their owner, you are their kin, a distant descendent of their line who has a connection to both their blood and their soul. They should be treated as such.
   
6. PLEASE KEEP IC/OOC SEPARATE! Please remember that the Fey are characters, and that their views and behaviors may not be those of their Kithain. Do not get angry at the player for playing their character, keep your anger IC, dealing with the Fey. Also remember what you know IC is limited compared to what you know OOC. You only know what you have actually learned through roleplaying, not through reading the OOC info in this or other threads, or chatting OOCly with people.
   
7. DON'T STEAL SAJHIRI'S ART! If we catch anyone stealing her art we will report you to both a moderator, and the web host you are hosting the images on. If you are stealing her bandwidth along with her art, we'll feed you your liver. Owners may do minor edits to the art to fit them into a smaller signature space, make icons and banners for journals and such, but may not make major changes. If in doubt, consult with Sajhiri first.
   
8. IF THERE ARE NO FEY LISTED AS AVAILABLE, THERE ARE NO FEY AVAILABLE! That means don't pester Sajhiri or *Washu* about when the next ones will be along. Don't pester Sajhiri or *Washu* to make a specific totem fey unless you've won or purchased a custom slot.
   
9. NO CO-KITHAIN! It is simply not possible for two people to bond with a Fey and people sharing their breedables usually results in disaster.
   
10. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAMING OR TROLLING IN THIS THREAD! The only exception is in the case roleplayed arguments. Anyone flaming or trolling will be blacklisted and reported to a moderator for breaking the Terms of Service. If a new user or someone who is not accustomed to the Breedables makes an error, or someone breaks a rule of the thread, it is the shop staff who will deal with them. Do not berate, yell at, flame, or harass them or you will be blacklisted for a 1 month period. A second offense will be a 2 month blacklisting. If you are blacklisted 3 times, you will be banned from the thread and lose your Fey if you own one.
    
11. SAJHIRI HAS FINAL SAY ON WHETHER OR NOT YOU GET A FEY! Being able to afford an auctions, raffle, flatsale, and custom is not a guarantee you'll get one. If Sajhiri feels you are not mature enough, are too combative, too insistent/whiny/pushy/arrogant/munchkinny or any other of a slew of irritants that disrupt the thread or would be a detriment to rp, she will refuse you. There's a not-so-fine line between posting an admiration or appreciation for the art or concepts of the Silva Regia and badgering people, whining, begging, and vowing to get one someday. The former is welcome, the latter is not.
    

1. YOU MAY ONLY OWN TWO (2) FEY! As these are RP intensive characters more than 2 would be difficult for anyone to maintain. However, if you have 2 fey and choose to breed, you MAY KEEP ONE (1) OFFSPRING if you can meet the fee, even if this pushes your number to 3 fey.
   
2. YOU MAY ONLY HAVE ONE (1) FEY FROM EACH COURT! If you own 2 Silva Regia Fey, if one is of the Sun Court, the other must be of the Moon Court or a Sleeper. You cannot have 2 from the same court or 2 Sleepers. This restriction has been lifted for the time being.
   
3. YOU MAY ONLY BUY ONE FEY FROM A FLATSALE/AUCTION/RAFFLE/CONTEST! Although you may have up to 2, only one can be purchased via each means to gain one. So If you gain one from a Flatsale, the other must be gained via Auction, contest, or raffle.
   
4. CURRENT FLATSALE PRICE: 25K (gold only please). Please do not complain about the price, as an enormous amount of time and effort goes into each one.
   
5. FLATSALES WILL INVOLVE A WRITING CHALLENGE. At the time announced, a choice of two scene scenarios will be presented in the main thread. Users will have 10 minutes to ponder and work out their ideas for writing the short scene. There will then be a post to start the challenge. Users will have 15 minutes after that post to enter their written piece by posting it in the thread, along with the totem of the Fey they are trying to get. All written entries will then be judged by Sajhiri and *Washu* and the Fey awarded to the best ones.
   
6. COURTESY IS REQUIRED! Anyone participating in a flatsale is expected and required to be courteous, polite, and encouraging to the other participants. Any sour grapes from those not winning will earn them a banishment from the shop. Any gloating from the winners will disqualify them from their win.
   
7. CURRENT STARTING BID FOR AUCTIONS: 25K This is the base opening bid for an auctioned Fey. Please do not complain about the price, as an enormous amount of time and effort goes into each one.
   
8. WHY AUCTIONS? Auctions will be held for Fey who have a special function within their court, be it a position of power, heir to a title, etcetera. An example of this would be a King's advisor or court magician.
   
9. AUCTIONS WILL BE 5-7 DAYS IN LENGTH! They will usually be for a single Fey at a time. There may be pairs auctioned at some point.
   
10. WHAT YOU CAN BID! Auction bids may be comprised of pure gold, or items listed specifically as acceptable in the auction thread.
    
11. CURRENT RAFFLE TICKET PRICE: 250 gold (gold only please). Please do not complain about the price, as an enormous amount of time and effort goes into each one.
    
12. NO LIMIT ON PURCHASING RAFFLE TICKETS!You may buy as many raffle tickes as you like, or as few as you like. There will not be a set number of tickets to be sold, they will be sold to anyone who wants them, as many as they'd like.
    
13. RAFFLES WILL BE RUN FOR 7-14 DAYS! This is to ensure that everyone who wishes to enter, has a chance to earn the gold to buy their tickets.
    
14. CURRENT CONTEST ENTRY FEE: 250 gold (gold only please). Please do not complain about the price, as an enormous amount of time and effort goes into each one.
    
15. CONTESTS WILL INVOLVE FAN ART OR FAN FICTION! Contests will either be fan art contests, where you draw the Fey and/or their Kithain, or illustrate roleplay scenes, or they will be contests for Fan Fiction, where you submit short stories, poetry, etc. based on a scenario or theme given at the time of the contest. There will be non-Fey prizes for runners up in these contests as well.
    
16. CONTESTS WILL RUN FOR 2 WEEKS TO ONE MONTH! This is to ensure that no one is rushed in making their entries, and has time to plan them out and make detailed works.
    
17. ALL TRADES GO TO SAJHIRI! Please make all trades after flatsales/auctions and for contests/raffles to Sajhiri. She will distribute funds to those who get them.
    
18. PET TRADES Pet trades will be considered for the following pets: Fa'e. Others may be considered over time but all but the Fa'e will have to have special consideration that Sajhiri will not need to RP them regularly, even if they are RP intensive. Feel free to PM Sajhiri to inquire about a pet trade with her, but please understand that she may refuse based on her interest in your pet.
    

1. JOURNALS ARE REQUIRED! Each Fey should make a minimum of One (1) entries a month as a journal/diary piece in their chambers or a compiled rp. If you cannot manage that due to circumstances on any given month, please just let Sajhiri or another shop staffer know the reason. Sajhiri is VERY LENIENT about this. However, pushing it will result in the turning over of your fey to a roleplayer. Your character is a necessary part of the storyline, and their absence affects everyone. Poofing with no RP/diary posts, and no shop posts, and no word to Sajhiri about the why you are leaving or are too busy to rp, etc, is grounds for a turnover of control. NOTE: Posting a hiatus in your sig or announcing it in another thread is not good enough. PLEASE post your hiatus and when to expect your return in your fey's chambers as well as the main shop thread.
   
2. JOURNALS ARE ALSO CHAMBERS! Roleplay scenes are permitted and encouraged within your journal. Please just indicate where a roleplay scene begins and ends. Chambers are considered private places in the castles, so please only post in them if you are the resident of that chamber, or if said resident has invited you in for a scene.
   
3. OOC IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE SHOP AND MARKED THREADS! Please do not post Out-of-Character posts or comments in any of the Silva Regia threads in the Guild which are not marked [OOC].
   

1. CURRENT BREEDING FEE: 0-50,000 gold )See BREEDING MAY INCUR A FEE, below.
   
2. BREEDING FEY MUST BE ADULTS! I'm not into letting teenagers get knocked up. Call me old fashioned but it's my shop, and I'm standing firm on this.
   
3. BREEDING REQUIRES ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE This may be fantasy, but it's also biology. Mating requires a male and a female, and carrying/birthing a child requires a womb. Same sex couples do have the option of researching/questing for a spell or item to change the gender of one of the pair for this purpose, but their gender change will only be reflected in the pregnancy picture, it will not appear on their standard cert, even if permanent, unless the player pays a fee for edits to be done to their existing art, or they ascend, the art for which would reflect their gender at the time.
   
4. BREEDING HAS A POINTS COST If you win a breeding slot, there is a 100 point cost per parent. This is to disuade breeding for the heck of it.
   
5. BREEDING MAY INCUR A FEE! Parents have several options to them concerning their offspring:
   
   • Keeping the child: If one of the parents wishes to RP their child themselves, and does not already have 1 child in their control, they may pay a fee of 50,000 gold.
     
   • Choosing a Kithain: If the parents wishes to have their child roleplayed by a person of their choice they may pay a fee of 25,000 gold.
     
   • Auction for a Kithain: If the parents wishes to breed, but cannot afford fees, or don't have someone they wish to give the child to the care of, they may let the shop auction their child. They in turn will get 5% of the final auction price each.
   
   
6. BREEDING SLOTS WILL BE GIVEN BY RANDOMIZED LIST There will be a bi-monthly sign up. For one week, I'll post the list asking for sign ups, and at the end of the week I'll give people 48 hours to confirm they want the slot and can afford the fee for their choice of handling the child if they are chosen. Those who do not confirm will be removed from that list. After the 48 hours, the Gaia randomizer code will be used to choose someone off the list. You must reapply for the next list when it opens. Both parents must have been played actively in the 2 months prior to the list opening.

1. CURRENT ACENSION FEE: 25,000 gold )This is the price of the additionl art, which is highly detailed and will have it's own specialized cert.
   
2. ASCENSION REQUIRES AT LEAST 7TH LEVEL That is the minimum level you must be to sign up for a quest.
   
3. ASCENSION IS DANGEROUS AND HAS A COST This is detailed in the guild's Character Sheet section, but your fey will lose something physical, mental, or emotional that is dear to them by ascending.
   
4. ASCENSION TAKES 2 LEVELS If you ascend, the changes will be gradual. You may choose to hold the 2 levels worth of xp and then apply to ascend, making the changes instantaneous, or you may let them happen gradually.
   
5. ASCENSION SLOTS WILL BE GIVEN BY RANDOMIZED LIST There will be a bi-monthly sign up. In most roleplayed scenes, stats will not matter, as players can agree on outcomes OOCly and go from there. However, in GM-run scenes (Run by Sajhiri or another designated Assistant GM), if your character attempts actions which could have positive or negative effects on them, players should use the Gaia dice system and their character sheets.

Custom Fey horses are here! These beautiful animals have thick manes and tails which form into curls. They have standard coat and mane colors, though their eyes, hooves, and markings are often odd or unusual shades. They may be breedable in the future!
