i'm not a big fan of fanart but i will do it if i like teh idea. i will charge what i think your picture would cost depending on how much stuff your avi has on or how many more avatars beside your own are in on it. transfer method would be a small thumbnail size for approval/proof.
gold then transfered if met with expectations.
