Sure, you may be part of the Resistance. But what is it that you resist?
In this day and age, Gaia remains in broken shards. As the Zurg forces multiply, and the pro Zurg sentiment continues, Gaia's culture dwindles. With spies, warriors, and false resistances all over Gaia, it is no wonder the people are willing to bow to the Aliens to seek a peaceful refuge. As a Gaian, I understand the importance of the preservation of Gaia as a whole, but what alternative is there to giving out under one last sign of complacency? The Zurg demand peace, they do not ask it, they demand it. They demand peace, or their own eternal presence. Why should Gaia give them this last bit of satisfaction?

I Reject You.

Gaians For Gaia hoists the black flag of defiance. This group will be meant to maintain Gaia in balance, to unify a separated people, to bring back Gaia to its former state. I do not ask you to go off killing Zurg, and I most certainly do not ask you to join the peaceful complacency. There are hundreds of ways to wage war. A war of solidarity must be kept. The Zurg will leave, they must leave, for a people can only be pestered for so long.

So I ask you this my fellow Gaians. Where do you stand? Will you look beyond the simplest and easiest decision, sign away your life for complacency? Or will you stand together, in pride, hoist the black flag, and say "Zurg, Go Home"?

It seems that to many would prefer to submit than stand. Some say there are still "hostile" Zurg but thats "OK" because there is enough that aren't. Does anyone else see a problem in that? I do. Others have said we should accept them willingly and openly, even though they have attacked every single Gaian in almost all forms. Thats including politically, economically and physically. Yet still Gaians, if you can call them that, want the Zurg to stay. If the Zurg had came and just hung out I would be fine with their presence. The fact is since the Zurg have very first been spotted there has been problems and crisis. If this is what they bring to us as race, we already have plenty of it. I don't think I want to "embrace" more.

If I came to your home uninvited and brought complication to your life would you view it the same? If someone you don't know comes over without invitation and starts messing with your belongings and lifestyle, I'm sure you wouldn't tolerate it. In fact there's a word for it, "trespassing".
