05: Please inform us how you will have you images hosted, ie. your photobucket or imageshack? -image shack is slow loading and your own hosting is preferred-
06: Please refrain from PMing us unless necessary
07: No stealing, or use of our graphics, entire conding -we realize coding between profiles is similar but there is a difference- is not permitted
08: Please ensure your images meet the gaia graphics guidelines as stated below.
09: Do not ask us to use copyright or non-priveleged images. Read here to see what images are acceptable for usage.

Although avi art, tags, fan art, edits etc are acceptable to use, and we are happy to use them, permission from their original creator is required before we can use them for your profile. Please either have them post their permission here, pm us, or pm you -screen shot needed- for us to start. The permission must give us the allowance to crop, remove backgrounds -not sigs-, size and opacities

This post provides information on the sections that can be included in a profile, and what each one entails.

N A T U R A L

S E C T I O N S

Avatar

This section includes the image of your avatar, and if specified the outfit display. Please be sure to specify in the form what parts of this section are desired.

About

The About section is linked to the content of your "About Me" section in account options. This contains information you wish to share with others, some people include images or quilt here as well. This section includes your "view posts", "view guilds", and "view shop" links, if you do not want them visible please specify.

Comments

This section displays comments that other users have left for your viewing. As default we do not include the displayed avatars. Instead, if you wish them shown, see "quirk sections" for explanation.

Details

This section includes information that you have provided such as your town, and stats such as post count. It can be displayed as stats only, info only, or both shown; please specify when ordering. By default we do not include the interest tags section. If you wish them included see the "quirks section" for information.

Friends

This section displays a portion of your friends list.

Journal

This section displays your journal text header and or banner image. Should you wish entry links to be displayed as well please specify when ordering.

Multimedia

Hosted video displayed. Often from you tube. Can be visible or set just for background music.

Wish List

Displays your current wanted, questing, and bought items.

C U S T O M

S E C T I O N S

Custom sections are, if you will, 'made up' sections. Frequently used custom sections are a separate quilt, featured art, or links section but they can contain anything you desire. These will have an additional cost.

Q U I R K

S E C T I O N S

These are found naturally in gaia pfrofiles, but as default they won't be included so be sure to specify and see if there is price add ons for them.

Friends in Common

Displays the page viewers friends that you both have on your friends list.

Speech Bubble

The tiny bubble, often found by the avatar or artwork that contains minimal text that is edited in the account options. Should want an elaborate one, this will qualify as a custom section.

Commentor Avatars

The avatar of the commentor is displayed to the side of their comment. Sometimes a background image is included behind each avatar.

Interest Tags

A new feature of the details section. It is modified in 'interest tags' under account options. It is favorite movies etc.

Signature Section

Displays the content of your gaia signature.

There are three types. Commission, freebie, animated. I will try to keep my samples mainly commission type but sometimes I do display freebie or animated ones. Freebies are ones containing copy right images. Copy right images can ONLY be used in freebies. These include but are not limited to anime/game/movie/play screencaps or official artwork, photos of celebrities etc. Animated ones I do only for bribe or auction. Fan art and avatar art is OK as long as you have permission from their creators.
