But I just found out that a very close friend of mine is...

I guess I'd like some advice...should I get involved? Or should I leave her to fight her own battle?
I'm pretty worried about her.

If she wants help then by all means go to her, if she denies it and say theres no problem then all u can do is watch her veryu closley. but u must make sure she stops b4 she hurts herslef
