Appearance: About 6'2". Short, messy grey hair and bright blue eyes(Carbon copy of Holland, sans the sideburns and goatee). Wears a black trenchcoat with a grey martial arts gi top, black pants, and grey fingerless gloves. Also wears a yellow ascot around his neck (A gift from his father).

Personality: Duncan is very laid back, more so than he should be, as he is often told, but has a very strong sense of right and wrong. He's also very good and finding loopholes thru that strong sense of right and wrong when it suits him. Although his temper often doesn't allow for it to be seen, he is actually very intelligent. However, he is very stubborn and moody. He does whatever he feels like doing and if he doesn't feel like it, he simply won't do it. No "if's," "and's" or "but's." He’s also something of a coffee addict, and always likes to drink a cup before he pilots an LFO.

Short Bio: Soon after Duncan was born, the Gekko State was disbanded, Holland and Talho not wanting to put their own child in harm's way. Being Holland and Talho's son, Duncan was never much of a pushover, as he had inherited many traits from both of them. He had a temper that could be attributed to both Holland and Talho, and a firm sense of right and wrong that he definitely got from is mother. One thing that he undoubtedly inherited from Holland was his feel for the TRAPAR. His father being one of the greatest ref boarders alive, Duncan practically grew up on a ref board, and mastered the sport by the age of nine. By twelve, he could skillfully pilot an LFO and had reffing skills comparable to his father's in his prime. At nineteen, he found the Gekko-Go in the hiding place it had been left in after the original Gekko State broke up. In its databanks he found out all about the original Gekko State. Appalled that his parents and Hap never told him any of this, Duncan stole the Gekko-Go and started a new Gekko State. They live as a group of mercenaries, and he enjoys giving the military trouble for no other reason than living up to the name Gekko State, but Duncan's main objective is to find and meet Renton Thurston who, according to Holland's logs aboard the Gekko-Go, saved the world.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: Duncan started the new Gekko State to further the cause for human/coralian coexistence, find Renton and Eureka, and find good waves wherever they may be.

Name: Saffron Sorel

Age: 19

Affiliation: Gekko State

Position: LFO Pilot (Nirvash typeReSET)

Appearance: He wears a white and orange tee shirt, with white being the dominant color of the shirt, while orange is only the color of the right sleeve and from the right shoulder to the bottom of the thee shirt, He wears pants similar to those worn by Holland, a kind of dull khaki brown cargo pants.

Personality: More like his father Dominic he has a bit of a weak will and will grudgingly agree to do some of the more tedious, distasteful tasks that others ask him to. However when piloting the ReSET he takes on more of a determined mindset, like that of his mother, Anemone. His mother’s previous pet Gulliver often accompanies him and he seems to be the only one that Gulliver will actually show some affection towards. Like his mother he suffers from some unknown sickness that gives him occasional headaches and rare nosebleeds; however, this condition is not anywhere near as prominent in him as it was in his mother. Also unlike his mother he is completely mentally stable, until it comes to matters military related.

Short Bio: The Dewey Memorial Coralian Experimentation (DMCE) Squad, Led by Mikka (one of Deweys kids), of the UF forces, asked for, and then took 14 year old Saffron, from his parents to be a part of Project ReSET. When it was found that he did not bear all of the necessary genes to pilot the ReSET, the same unit further experimented on him until he bore a large hatred for the military in general. On the plus side however, technology had advanced enough so that he did not depend on drugs to keep him sane.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: Duncan Novak broke into the DMCE squad’s headquarters with intentions of stealing the Type ReSET. In taking the ReSET, he met Saffron and found out that Saffron was the Military’s pilot for the very LFO he was trying to steal. He offered Saffron a place on the Gekko-state, Saffron readily accepted.

Gaia Username: Sir Ross Mohan

Name: Ross Mohan

Age: 23

Affiliation: Gekko State

Position: Second in Command

Appearance: 6'1'', blonde hair short, has a scanner over one eye in the shape of an eyepatch. His eyes always have some kind of glasses over them. he has chips built into his hands, face a chest, leaving black chips exposed, he wears cybernetic gloves and a head set when he pilots. He is never seen without a cigarette.

Personality: calm, but headstrong. he's constantly wondering or appears to be wondering. the time he spent piloting as well as the surgery to link him to his KLF took a toll on his life. he's quiet and never laughs. he had a huge bond with his LFO the military Terminus TypeR-505 he was linked to. When his KLF was destroyed, he lost his mind, and fell into a deep coma, waking almost a month later having no ability to feel Trappar anymore.

Short Bio: Ross has no memory before his days in the SOF. He always felt a little off. He had an amazing knack for piloting, as well as reffing, almost as if it came as second nature. Due to the links built into him, he could hear his KLF's Archetype. One day he ran from the new SOF, that formed after Dewey and the corruption was removed from the Military. The NEW SOF used Ross and a few other children to create perfectly linked Human-LFO Pilots. But the children became frightened and ran with their LFO’s. The gang of children where attacked by Sawyer Team, and 4 of them were returned to the military, 2 died and Ross was picked up by the Gekko State, losing his LFO in the process.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: Ross was saved from the military by the Gekkostate, and thusly teamed up with them in hopes the Gekko State can help with saving his remaining comrades.

Name: Rion Ritelth

Age: 14

Affiliation: Gekko State

Position: Engineer/Hardware

Appearance: Messy borwn hair, blue eyes, about 5'2", wears a white long-sleeved shirt with blue stripes going up the sleeve. Wears baggy shorts that are light gray, and shoes that are the same color.

Personality: Generally a guy who thinks that being positive is a good thing. Sometimes he can be a bit shy, and sometime he can be outgoing. He's got all those prolems a groing boy has as well, and these always affect his outlook on people. He likes to help people where he can, and can work hard when necessary.

Short Bio: Rion grew up loving to break apart things and then rebuilding them. He went to many schools and eventually became very intelligent. He's also worked at garages and helped out with the repairs. He can also fly an LFO in a pinch.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: A master of engineering, he was working in a wherehouse where the Gekko-Go stopped for repairs. Duncan Novak was very impressed with the repair jobs, and offered him a position with Gekko State.

Name: Kurodashi(Kuro-rin) Goro

Appearance:~Picture coming soon~Looks like he is 28. He is about 6'0" tall, Pale skin, turquoise eyes, short black hair parted over left eye. Wears special contacts that double as vital sign monitors. Usually wears slacks and a white or grey T-shirt. Wears a green and black jacket when Reffing.

Personality: Kuro-rin is usually energetic but when work is involved he is totally serious. Likes to enjoy his youth and is constantly cracking jokes with the crew and usually ends up running away from the female members. He consistently and reliably gets a gut feeling when unusually strong trapar waves approach.

Bio:Born to a wealthy family, Kurodashi Goro (Kuro-rin for short) had an unusually high IQ. He grew up and went to school with Renton before he was moved to advanced classes. Later he joined the U.F at 13 and became an intelligence officer at 15. He came across the Nirvash in the U.F. Database and notice a recent report on Renton.
Shortly after, he went AWOL following the Gekko-Go in search of answers. Coincidentally, he arrived in areas shortly after the Gekko-Go left and didn't have much luck. The last time he saw Renton was as the typeZERO entered into the zone with theEND in close pursuit. When he heard reports of the Gekko-go being spotted flying more than 20 years after Gekko State disbanded he attempted to track it down and sneak aboard. But, when he was caught by Duncan he formally requested to join the new Gekko State. Kuro-rin has a habit of finding lost parts and making others dissappear. He has been working on a private project Codename: Kaze-Go.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: To find Renton who he was good friends with before he left, and to relax.

Name: Victor “Prof” Raimi

Age: 42

Affiliation: Gekko State

Position: Gunner

Appearance: Prof is about 5’11”, with bright hazel eyes, and crew-cut black hair. He always manages to keep well groomed and his hair never seems to get any longer, much to the befuddlement of the crew. It is assumed that he gets his hair cut every time the Gekko-Go makes a landing. He wears a shirt and tie with black pants and an old army camouflage jacket on top.

Personality: Prof has kind a parental nature, and tends to treat everyone like one of his students. Duncan always teases him that he doesn’t know how to stop being a teacher and “leave people the hell alone” It is, in fact, that nature that earned him the nickname “Prof.” A trained military professional, he is very serious when he’s working. He is also very protective of the younger members of the crew, and while he is very firm with Duncan when he feels he needs to be, he also serves him as a devil’s advocate.

Short Bio: Growing up as a war orphan, Victor Raimi idolized the Gekko State as a child and was 17 during the Second Summer of Love. When he was old enough, he joined the military, specializing in actual infantry combat, rather than LFO combat. Living thru several government reforms, he eventually became a teacher at a military training academy. Over those years, he trained hundreds of cadets, particular among them being Duncan Novak. He was the kind of teacher that students felt they could confide in him when they had a problem, and spent many off hours talking to students. He left his position to join the Gekko State.

Why did your character join Gekko State?: When Duncan Novak discovered the Gekko-Go in it’s hiding place, Prof was the first person he came to. Prof was the one who convinced Duncan to leave the military, if he thought he was doing the right thing. Duncan said he would leave, if his mentor came with him. Prof agreed.

Name: Carson Steel

Age: 40

Affiliation: U.F. Military

Position: Captain of the battleship Bismarck

Appearance: Carson is about 5' 11", and wears the official uniform of the U.F. Military with all honors and rank insignia. Off duty wears t-shirts, fairly dark pants. He wears an old space captain's hat while in command of his ship.

Personality: Carson is not afraid of the truth, honorable, courageous, but a bit of a flirt, crazy over old novels about travelling the stars. He will not back down when challenged, especially when one of his crew is on the line.

Short Bio: Carson joined the army at the age of 17, starting as a KLF pilot, he quickly earned the name Precise Angel, almost never missing his targets, but never killing his targets unnecessarily. He always completed his objectives, so long as the men under him would survive, abandoning a mission in order to keep them safe. He was often heard saying, "People respond more to trust than to butchery." He was sent on the track for special operations, but changed his career to ship command. His record was filled with commondations and few reprimands until his first command at the age of 35, the experimental battleship Bismarck. It is designed to carry four KLF squadrons, three laser turrents, and a crew of a hundred. He has earned the respect and gratitude of all who serve under him. He maintains his pilot skills with his customized KLF.

Why did your character join the Military? He watched as the Second Summer of Love transpired and was compelled to join the military in order to protect his family and all that was precious to him. Being that near to death made him aware all too much how power can change a person and almost destroy everyone.

Name: Sylvia Pyke
Age: 24
Affiliation: Yugao-Go
Position: Captain/LFO Pilot (505 has had all extraneous armor and weaponry removed and now boasts a single laser cannon on its left arm and a pair of boomerang blades. As it is a great deal lighter, and with modifications to the frame and board, Sylvia's 505 is also siginficantly faster than a standard Terminus-series LFO)
Appearance:
Sylvia is about 5'9" and wears the jacket shown in the picture on top of a grey fishnet shirt. She also wears black satin pants and black shin-length boots with a red stripe running up the sides.
Personality: Sylvia has a generally jovial personality, but is deadly serious when matters of the ship and business are concerned. She cares about the well-being of her crew above anything else. She loves to dance and party and go to raves, and she's constantly playing music, whether its in her quarters or on the Yugao-Go's comm system. Although generally laid back, she can be very intimidating when she wants to be.
Short Bio: Sylvia grew up as the black sheep in a ridiculously rich family. Her partying nature and carefree attitude always had her at odds with her parents. Although she lived amongst the uppercrust, she never felt she was better than anyone else, and had many "common" friends. Her family was appalled when Sylvia made the decision to join the military, and she hasn't had much contact with them since. It was in the academy that she met Duncan Novak, and the two became a couple, but when Duncan left the military to form the new Gekko State, he left her, without a word, as well. A year and a half later, she was a candidate to become a member of the SOF, and was stationed at a military base as one of the soldiers appointed to guard the Nirvash typeReSET when it was attacked by Gekko State. She met Duncan again, face-to-face, but he but a bullet in her knee to get past her. Soon after her recovery, Sylvia left the military and became a freelancer, opting to take a Terminus 505, rather than discharge pay.
Why did your character leave the military and how did they come to join the Yugao-Go?: The military held memories of two lost loves for Sylvia, and she left shortly after her recovery from her injury. After leaving, she used her family's money to buy the prototype SL-1400 battle cruiser, which she christened the Yugao-Go.

Position:Sensors/Communications/LFO Pilot (505 has been heavily modified with increased weaponry. Weaponry includes twin head mounted laser canons, and a full auto modified gun with and underside explosive launcher and a laser-sharpened edge on both ends of the board. Armed to the teeth, Coreen's 505 is the most heavily armed of the Yugao-Go's LFO's
Appearance:
Most of the time he wears a t shirt of various greens kind of just splotched together in random patterns , and straight black pants. He occasionally wears a a blue jacket with white lines on the arms. He usually wears some sort of boot, hiking, army, it always changes. As well he changes between wearing a tan Australian style hat, and a black beenie with red symbols on it. All in all he has no fashion sense, he just wears what is comfortable.
Personality: One of those completely laid back happy go lucky guys. What ever happens, happens, and what comes comes. He is almost always smiling, or laughing. He love humor, and loves telling jokes. He sees it as his mission to make sure every one is happy, and the mood is never horribly sad, or dull. That is not to say he succeeds all the time...or even half the time. Things never seem to get him down. He is not one of those optimist that see the glass half full, nor is he on of those who see it half empty. He sees both sides to it. He does have a serious side, and it is shown when combat comes, or when the need calls for it. Just because he is laid back doesn't mean he is stupid, lazy, or even disorganized.
Short Bio: When he was younger, both his parents were murdered. He was nearly killed himself, but was lucky and left only with a scar on his face. He was with drawn, and hating of the world for a year or so, even though he was living with his aunt. He finish school, and decided to join the military, by now he was starting to come back out of his shell. He was made a pilot of a 505 and was pretty good at piloting. When his squad was destroy in battle he fled the military in the LFO. He found himself hiring out his services to who ever needed them...or would pay the most. He had become a mercenary, and was doing what ever odd job came his way. On one job he was supposed to raid a town for supplies, but when he got to the town he found the people so happy, and joyful. He could not understand why, he made himself live there forgetting the mission, and there he rediscovered himself, and became who he is today.
Why did your character leave the military and how did they come to join the Yugao-Go?: Even after finding himself, he was not happy. He continued to work as a mercenary, one job was to find and locate the Yugao-Go. In his research his discovered what they had been, and what they were now. He saw himself in them, he saw what he was, and what he had become. He knew that he would find a place were he fit in with them. He hunted them down, and requested to join.
