PLEASE read this calender every so often so that if you miss the announcement you can still see it here. [color=blue][size=16][b][u]Information about this thread and account.[/b][/u][/size][/color] [b]What is the Even Forum you ask? Well, it's the place we will be holding all ES major events. All of the School Balls and dances, the tournaments, will be here. Each time we have a new event, the first page post will be redecorated so that it fits the new occasion. It also helps us to be able to have the social events away from the Regular thread. From this thread, we could post major announcments, have news, etc. on the decisions being made for the schools, that way, no one can say: Nobody told me! I'tll be right here. I know of a few certain people who are probably wondering: Who made the decision to have a mule and why wasn't I in on it?! This is stupid! Well...If we had asked everyones opinions, then we would have gotten no where...Just like the little fiasco with the voting, and the arguments that followed it. We've grown tired of waiting for the imatures to grow up and learn to compromise with others instead of having it their own way. So this time, we just took charge and went through with it. Who is alowd to have access to the school mule?! We haven't completly decided that. But will soon. It will most likely just be one or two people. If you have any questions about it, send it to this account to have them answered. Now then! On to the fun stuff! [color=Red][size=18][center][u][b] :heart: Current Event :heart: [/b][/u][/color][/size] [color=red]Yup! You guessed it! We are having a Valentines day Ball! The name of this years Valentines day ball will be Rythm of Love. [b]WHEN: Valentines Day. IT WILL BE AN ALL DAY EVENT. Because of timezones, it tends to be difficult to have a specific time of day. :sweat: [/b] Those who wish to join in on the fun of this ball MUST post that they are coming at the new counting thread, so that we know you will be here! Why? Well, lets take a look at some of the special perks that will be at this ball, shall we? This year, we will have THREE LISTS of participants. Thos who are a COUPLE, those who are SINGLE AND DON'T HAVE A SPECIAL SOMEONE, and those who are SINGLE AND EYEING SOMEONE. Why? Well, no one wants to be alone on valentines day. :wink: Those in the Couples list, will of course, be going together. Those on the singles list, will be paired with someone by two anynomous people. In that way, they'll have a date for the evening as well. :3nod: Those who are eyeing someone, ask them out in the counting thread, and that way, we'll know you want to go with them. :wink: [size=15][b][u]There's a catch? :shock: [/u][/b][/size] Well, not really a catch. The girls who are on the list of singles must bring a gift that is worth no more than 500g for their blind date. :3nod: (Don't worry boys, I'll be getting to you in a second.) Those girls that are part of a couple may discuss prices if they want. There is no max or minimum on prices for gifts between couples. Now, why only the girls? Because the boys will be giving the girls gifts on the celebration of St. Whites day. :3nod: We are going to keep a record of who gave who a gift on Valentines day, so that no ones get's off easy. :3nod: For more information on St. Whites day or the Lotto, please PM this account with your questions or put them on the counting thread. [center][b]~Locations~ First, the seating area, where those can sit when they are done dancing and would like a bite to eat. for those who could not find the plates, cups, bowls, and utensils on the buffet, each table is furnished with just about every proper eating utensil you care to name. [img]http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l5/RunsInCircles_2006/pantlind_01.jpg[/img] There is also the dancing floor, which stretches for over half the length of the entire ball room. It has beautiful hardwood floors, and handmade curtains on either side of each window. The ceilings are guilt, and intricately carved in designs of every race, from Kohan, to Cyran, and angel, even maybe a few demons and elves. [img]http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j67/BlueFairy_02/broom.jpg[/img] Across a long counter beside the bar and behind all of the tables, you will find a large buffet that has food streching for over fifty feet in both directions from the center, where a large ice sculpture stands tall and proud several feet above most students heads. There were also several smaller Ice sculptures through out the buffet, and on a few tables.
