Welcome to Les Croquis! Here, we offer traditional art done with pencil in shades of grey and black.

Proper headers and link banners are on their way!

I, alxkat, am not the artist. I am the manager and banner-maker. The artist shall remain unnamed.

Rules

1. Please post orders both in the thread and in a PM to me.
2. Use the form to order.
3. If you avatar is too complex (too many layered accessories, overly numerous complicated accessories), you can either pay an additional fee of 500g or allow your avatar to be simplified in the picture. Whether your avatar is too complex is at the artist's discretion.
4. Please, do not order when slots are not open.
5. Artist will not draw anything inappropriate, such as your avatar nude.
6. You must upload the finished pic on your own after receiving it. I can't leave it taking up my space forever ^^;; Please have this taken care of by a month after receiving the pic.
7. No refunds/cancelations once the order is placed and accepted unless the artist is unable to draw the pic for some reason. I'm sorry, but Artist puts time and effort into these pics, and it isn't fair to her to not be payed for a pic once that time and effort has been spent.

More examples will be added as art is finished. Enjoy! The picture at your right part of a special, extra-large picture not for gaia. If you want something like that, you'll have to ask me specially.

Prices:

Head only: 1000g
Waist up: 3000g
Full body: 6000g
Couple (waists up): 7000g
Group 3+ 9waists up): add 2000g per person
Couple (full bodies): 10000g
Group 3+ (full bodies): add 5000 per person

For an extra 1000g, I will photoshop the pic off the paper so your art won't have the shadows and smudges in the background.

FAQ

Q: OMG, why aren’t your pictures anime and CG’d?!
A: There are plenty of people out there who do cg anime, go find one of them.

Q: But I really want you to draw me anime style.
A: Artist can draw your avvie more anime-ish if you’d like, but it will still be in pencil.

Q: I’m on Gaia even though I think the anime style is stupid, I want a realism picture.
A: Artist can do realism, too.

Q: Your prices are so high, wtf is wrong with you?!
A: It takes Artist a lot of time to draw them. We won’t lower just for you.

Q: Whay does Les Croquis mean?
A: That is for me to know, and you to find out.

Q: Who the heck IS Artist, anyway?
A: That is for me to know, and you to…not know.
