Back in the 1800's the seas were feared for not the rough waters and the unknown creatures that lingered there, but those who sailed these seas. Indeed, pirates were the ones who ruled the seas at this time. A particular pirate with the name of Captain Villaz Vanguard was a feared pirate. He was the captain of the Nautilus, the fastest ship of the oceans. Captain Villaz Vanguard is a wanted man for stealing from many ships and causing much chaos and destruction from land. However, he has been nearly impossible to catch because he always attacks from the sea. An interesting tactic indeed.
However, many don't know the reason why he attacks from the waters. Among the raids and thieveries Villaz Vanguard has gone through, there was one that went wrong. The young captain had raided the wrong person and got in serious trouble. A curse was placed upon him banning him to ever step foot on land or else he would die.
While the Natilus was docked secretly on an island, an escaped convict climbed on board as a stow away. However, he had no idea that the ship he climbed on was the ship of a priate. And this particular man wasn't fond of pirates at all. He loathed them really. Especially since he found out that the ship he was on belonged to the son of the very pirate that killed his parents.
Normally, Villaz would've just killed the stow away right away, but he had a plan for him. There was a treasure that many pirates were looking for, but none except for Villaz Vanguard knew its location. The treasure was called The Sea of Saphires. It was a large amount of treasure hidden on an island far away. The problem is, this treasure, which is a whole pool of saphires, that may have the power to lift his curse, is located right in the middle of the island. And this causes a problem for the pirate captain.
So, Villaz plans to use the stow away to get the treasure located on the land he has never touched in many years.

Captain
Name: Villaz Vanguard
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Homosexual, but flirts with everything
Apperance: Villaz is about 6'2'' or so. A rather tall young man. His hair is long and somewhat wavy from the water that is constantly on it. It goes all the way down to the back of his thighs and is always pulled back neatly into a ponytail, tied with a black ribbon. His eyes are blue as the sea he loves. However, his left eye is pale and glossy for he has very little sight in that eye, and it is usually covered by a patch that looks like the eye of a demon. He has a young, and handsome face, but still gruff from the many years of living on the sea and toil. His body is thin but still built from all the work he does on the ship.
His skin is tanned from standing under the sun, although there are a few tan lines that look ridiculous if the objects covering them are removed. A couple of teeth are fake and are replied by gold. He has a slight limp for he was shot in the leg with a musket. He normally wears a long blue coat that he stole from one of the navy men he killed. Underneath is a white shirt torn in several places and missing a few buttons and the buttons are never buttoned in the right hole. Also his black slacks are always tucked into his black boots.
A blue bandana is always worn on his head and he always wears plenty of jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, and rings. A black Skua is constantly perched on his shoulder, which is strangely named Penny.
Weapons: A long cutlass that is kept in his left side and his flintlocke pistol is always hidden away in his shirt, and tucked into his belt. Although he tends to use whatever is around him, even if that means breaking a good bottle of rum over his attacker's head. After drinking its contents of course.
Position: Captain
Personality: Villaz is an overly sarcastic person. Cocky and quite the narcissict despite his flaws. He thinks it is what makes him the best looking pirate on the seas. Many people think he's drunk all the time, but in reality, despite the fact that he's always drinking out of a flask, a non-alcoholic beverage is usually inside. The reason for his strange actions is merely because he is insane. Spending so many years on the sea caused the wheels in his head to turn backwards. Villaz is quite the flirtatious being too. He'll flirt with anything that has legs, hell, he'll flirt with anything that has a heart beat. And if he's drunk enough, sometimes without one. However when he is drunk, he tends to be overly violent and will pick a fight with anything. He also has an unexplainable hatred for seagulls.
Bio: Captain Villaz Vanguard, son of the infamous pirate Captain Theodor Vanguard. Villaz is a pillager, thief, pirate, entertainer and down right nutcase all in one. Wanted on the land feared on the seas. However, no one could lead the perfect live. Especially a pirate. Many years ago, when he was still a young lad, he had gone thieving on an island uncharted and unknown. Hidden in mist and guarded by a large jungle. He had stolen a treasure that belonged to the witchdoctor of the island. Upon this act of thievary, a place had been cursed on young Villaz. A curse that would never let him set foot on land, for if he did, he would suffer a grave death. Now, he lives with this curse, not having set foot on land since the curse many years ago. However, he heard of a treasure, The Sea of Sapphires. It is a treasure that would make him far richer than any other pirate ever was, and what was even better, was that this treasure, had the power to lift this curse off of him. But the only catch is, it's in the middle of an island. Not surrounded by water at all. And due to the curse, he can't get it. So now, he must find away to get to that treasure and lift the curse off himself.

Name: Fierro 'Raven' Alcott
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Standing at an easy 6'1 perhaps only 6' - he just likes to give himself that extra inch and make himself feel taller, despite only being about two inches shorter than the captain. His build is lithe and lean, very very subtly toned, he clearly lacks any strong muscle definition. Though he has strong legs, and can carry more than his fair share of weight, a right hook from him isn't exactly going to send you flying half way across the ship. But in all fairness, despite his body type, Raven isn't quite the image of helplessness. In fact he appears to be quite the opposite - a rather chiseled though slim face tells a rather sordid tale, pale skin seeming to have never seen the sunlight has gathered no colour, no matter how long he spends on the ship deck beneath hot sun. Fierro's hair is just as pale as his flesh, cut in short, choppy strands, barely dusting a pair of dark, grey eyes. It's those eyes that disgard any pure appearance he may have, and a stern expression is often hard to break from his face.
Often dressed in ruffled style clothing, beige jackets, trimmed on the edges, white shirts with sleeves longer than those of his actual jackets, and a pair of dark brow breeches and leather boots that look a little worse for ware. He doesn't pride himself on dressing prim and proper, you can't afford to as a pirate aboard as infamous a ship as the Nautilus. But he does like to try and look less scruffy than the crew, thus always keeping clean shaven, as little dirt on his flesh as possible.
Weapons: For medium range and usually as the first offensive to attackers at a distance, his Blunderbass is the first to come out - attached to the hip of his trousers at all times. Though like most pirates, when it comes to one on one battles, his Cutlass is always beside him, and a Dirk hidden in the sid eof his boot for those 'just in cases'.
Position: Leiutenant
Personality: Calm, quiet though highly opinionated, being silly or mischevious doesn't really rank high in Fierro's list of priorities. Often the reasoning voice behind sveral arguments and fights, he doesn't appear to favour a punch up over something less volatile. Though he he can be considered strong willed, there are a few people, very few indeed, that can actually sway him against his better judgment - play him into submissiveness even if he'd never admit it. But this musn't be regarded as being passive, as Raven is far from passive. He trains like any other pirate and he fights when his Captain tells him to. That cutlass he carries has slid through many a man's flesh and bone without a trace of remorse, as he carries out his duties valiantly and with little mishap.
Also the first person to stand out again mutiny of any sort, he is loyal to the very end, even if it meant his own death - that is what he believes comes with being on board and serving a ship. The same philosophy he takes into any relationships he gets involved in, though unfortunately, being aboard of the Nautilus and with it's reputation - relationships are few and far in between. And unlike his Captain, he doesn't grope or try to ravish every and any member of their crew.
Bio: For as long as Fierro has known, he knew he was destined to be a pirate, to sail the open seas, to serve a Captain, not to be one himself. Somewhere down the line, there was nobility in his blood, but closer to his time, his father and his father before him had been a pirate on several ships that sailed the oceans. And in his younger years, when Fierro had come across the young Captain Villaz, he swaore he'd follow in his father's footsteps as well. Even before Villaz was cursed, Fierro served him, trusting in him as a captain that would bring their crew wealth in treasure and adventure - it hasn't been a boring day since then. Though the curse has seemed to have changed his Captain from the day they first met, he has never questioned any order given, and his life has bonded with the ship he sails on. Till death to they part, and even then, into the murky waters does Fierro follow.

Name: Salmarnez Kanns

//He stands roughly at 6’4 with quite a lean figure hidden by his baggy ill fitting shirt and leather long waistcoat. Salmarnez has a large amount of hair that ranges between red and brown, held back by a red slither of fabric that’s tied around his forehead and pushes most of it over the right side of his head flowing over his right eye for no apparent reason other than the claims that it helps preserve the eye’s sight for night navigation, his eyes themselves are a pretty standard brown colour and surrounded in what could be described as charcoal but it’s just another supposed fashion that Kanns has picked up from somewhere. Both his ears have three piercings in, one on the lobe and two halfway up, filled with chains of beads, feathers, metal work or teeth the style seems to continue down his person. Around his neck lies a choker styled trinket with a golden metal link chain and beads with a similar gold on the base, next to this lays a rather dull beaded chain followed by a more interesting one with a pendant on. Around his wrist also lies a vast amount of bracelets and clasps leading up to a piece of fabric that’s always wrapped around his left hand.
This fabric hides what looks like a burn mark but it’s actually the black spot that displays his curse, of course he doesn’t willingly show it around and doesn’t even know if Villaz has recognised his affliction.
Kanns is always found wearing the same style of clothing – ill fitting white shirt, brown leather waist coat, a strip of fabric around his head, a belt across his chest that keeps his gun in place, a second larger piece of fabric around his waist with beads attached, and another belt that holds his cutlass. Thick trousers and the stereotypical pirate boots, underneath the edges of his waistcoat another belt can be seen holding up his trousers, he also has two leather straps keeping his shirt in place around his wrists or just above for reasons unknown.
He has a pierced nose and lip, all his piercings are representative of one of his many skirmishes and some are things that a witch has told him to do to bring luck or protect him from being sent to one of the accursed undead ships. His right arm has tattoos and brands all the way up from various naval ports, pirate ships and people leaving their “mark” he even has one that shows that he’s condemned to death in Spain though as of yet the Spanish haven’t relocated him.
Weapons: A cutlass on the left hand side of his belt and a flintlock pistol tucked into the right side of his shirt, though has been known to strangle people with the various items of jewellery on his person.
Position: Master
Personality: Kanns is incredibly dishonest, nearly everything he says has to be taken with a pinch of salt purely because he seems to be the captain of the “what about me?” patrol, if there’s nothing in it for Salmarnez, Salmarnez simply isn’t there. Of course he does most of the things he’s ordered to due to a vested interest to get things that he wants as well as a ship to stay on. He seems to have quite a crud personality, making comments that are vulgar and rude nearly all the time without a care for who is listening or whether it’s appropriate. Most people see him as a bit of a fool, when on land he tends to sway about in a drunken fashion as well as having a slight slur and slightly vacant eyes most of the time but this is just how he is, on land it’s more that he’s used to his sea legs than anything else. Sal is known to be quite lazy at times and will happily sit about on his a** taking a midday nap until something that actually needs attention arises.
Though, despite all this crude, drunken and lewd behaviour there is a hidden loyalty, despite his constant selfishness when he’s fighting on your side you know it, even if he does barter your soul with the supposed enemy or give your possessions away. He does have a nice rum obsession as well as a hatred for nearly every animal since they seem to have a habit of taking his trinkets. He will never leave the ship without his effects and throws a pretty big strop if he’s forced to.
Behind the swaggering self interested madman there is an honestly nice and intelligent man, he just runs the show behind the scenes.
Bio: Salmarnez was first discovered by Nautilus in the middle of the ocean on a sinking rowboat trying to negotiate terms with a tiger, after shooting the animal in the paw with his only bullet and kicking it in the face. Obviously the creature was not amused but more concerned about the fact it was floating in the middle of nowhere on a sinking bit of wood, saved moments before the ship sank Kanns claims to be in debt to Villaz but that just adds to the multitude of people he owes. Working his way up the ranks Villaz seems to have proven his keep.
Villaz is not the only person cursed though, obsessed with making a name for himself and gaining treasure along with his old crew (who subsequently he abandoned in the rowboat… with the tiger) came across witch who claimed to have the secret to immortality, instantly liking the idea his captain took up the offer and didn’t hear out the rest of the terms. The rest of the terms were that each night they suffered a painful and horrific death that got worse each time, suicide would end the affair but bring on worse in the after life as would being trapped at the bottom of the ocean (as the pressure would be too strong and keep the cursed down.) in each instance Salmarnez would find himself upon one of the many cursed ships manned by the undead living in a world of nothing but misery and pain.
Of course he is still escaping it.

Boatswain
Name: Arsenic Vangelis
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual; will screw anything human.
Appearance: Arsenic is 6’3 and has quite an athletic frame, most likely from the amount of time he spends clambering around the rigging he isn’t overly muscular but it’s obvious that he does enough taxing work to earn his six pack. The Boatswain isn’t exactly tanned but is healthy in colour and usually has a slight grubby appearance to him from the various things he smothers the ropes with to keep them from wearing so easily. Vangelis has perfectly straight black hair that seems to have been left to its own devices, if he doesn’t move it the strands would happily fall in front of his face long enough to touch the base of his chin. The black lengths don’t really go much further past his shoulders possibly and inch or two but that’s as far as he allows it to go before cropping it off himself.
Nick is normally found wearing tattered black trousers and a similarly loose tattered white shirt when he’s up in the rigging, keeping the sails or sorting out cables purely because it’s a rough job and being over dressed isn’t his style. Otherwise he can be found looking somewhat more presentable but with the same basis of black trousers and a long free shirt.
His facial features aren’t all that interesting a long sloping nose, high cheek bones, a smirk always upon his lips and eyes surrounded in a fan of black lashes that house almost cat like eyes. A mixture of light green and brown causing a weird yellowish hazel that seems to get more exaggerated when he’s angry. Arsenic’s body is also smothered in a collection of scars, wounds and burns that he doesn’t seem that bothered with really.
Weapons: A Scrimitar around his waist, Flintlock pistol under his shirt and a dagger in his left boot.
Position: Boatswain
Personality: Arsenic is a trust worthy man, he’s a character whose loyalty you can but your faith in. Once he has gained your trust he won’t go against you unless it’s something he very strongly believes in and at that he will just question, he’s quite intent on getting things done which is most likely why he’s a Boatswain, he’s punctual and has a keen eye on nearly everything that’s going on as well as not wanting to look bad by other people’s mistakes. Though he has a very fiery personality, he has a habit of threatening people and using violence if they don’t get on with things that he thinks need to be done urgently. He also has a habit of lashing out and throwing punches at anyone that says a bad thing against him, the crew or the ship taking things to heart and generally letting macho pride take over.
On shore he often wins money by challenging people to fight him in taverns.
Bio: Arsenic was actually born Nicholas Vangelis, brought up fighting with pirates for money much like his father Davet, though he soon grew tired of it and watched his father’s slow demise as he got older – still challenging fights for money - until ultimately he was killed. Strangely Nicholas felt very little remorse, changing his name to the well known poisonous element Arsenic Vangelis soon made a name for himself on boats working his way up and finding himself interested in the upkeep of a ship and the slight sense of power more than being a captain or a first mate. He found his way onto Villaz’ ship roughly around the time he was cursed, after their previous boatswain had some how managed to hang himself in the rigging.

Name:Galvan Cline (Mute)
Age: 17
Gender: male
Sexuality: homosexual
Apperance: He looks mostly Japanese getting it from his mothers side of the family giving him a rounder face, dark grey, almost black eyes and black hair. He cut his own hair for it to be a very choppy and angled shoulder length hair cut. Both sides frame his face loose pieces often fall over his eyes. He regrets cutting the bangs too short to go behind his ears. The hair is colored a Raven black. It’s thin and silk looking but not so thin that it looked gross. It’s well kept and often very messy.
Galven's face isn’t exactly what you would expect. His nose is small, but definitely not a button, he has low cheek bones that look soft, rounded cheeks and more acute eyes. His cheeks can often be slightly pink as he is prone to being embarrassed easily, not being very blunt himself. He has a single chin and natural long fanned eyelashes that encase a very soft light blue eye, they seem so pure but They have malice and deception hidden in their depths. His facial appeal is in the eye of the beholder. Pinkish lips aren’t thin nor big, they look thin normally because he hold them that way, but he has been known to make a pout when faking anger. Behind the lips hide well-taken care of teeth, the only bad thing about them is the two top middle-side teeth. The are oddly pointed, giving him a fang appearance. Not that he minds it.
No one knows how skinny he is, because of his tenancy to ware baggy clothes and the fact that his face is so round. However he is healthy. He has a fairly lean build, but not half as bad as it could be. He has small shoulder more like a girl as he tends to take after his mother. Galven has no noticeable muscles, he has the unnoticeable muscle around the pelvis that gives him a good sprint. This makes him able to outrun . . . quite a lot. A small size eight footwear and smaller hands, but they are in no way delicate, calloused and used over time.
He is a man of contrast when it come to cloth picking. He usually wears white and black. His most used outfit is a simple loose white shirt left open and pulled at the waist, then a pair of easy moving black leggings for running anf moving on deck. They have been hemmed to fit his shorter legs. He wears worn boots on his feet, they are dirty and worn but light and easily balenced.
All in all standing at a short 4'11 and weighing at a slightly thin 98lbs. He isn’t very scary at first glance, a good target for those with a little more muscle due to his speed however and his involvement in such dangerous activity not to mention his past he can hold his own in a fist fight. Not to mention the glare helps a whole deal.

Position:Coxswain
Personality:Just like the clothes he wears and his good days from his bad days, his own personality is all about contrast. He often acts like he hates the world. he seems passive at times and says that men don't cry. truthfully however he is pleased by the smallest things, He cares for friends family and is affected deeply when cruelty is ensued. He is anything but passive ont he inside. He holds in many of his emotions, due to his training. He has what many people call a dam in his eyes, his troubles build up as do the tears behind his black eyes until it can hold no more.
He can be really weak. He deffinatly isn't mentally weak when it come to verbal fights or any such things. He doesn't have super low self esteam. he knows his weight is fine and he's not worried about looking bad, however he does have a weakness in others. he can't stand letting compleat strangers or his friends/Family be hurt in any way and easily will pick a fight if it happens. he is also very loyal not only those close him him in freindship but also his worst rivals. he has his own problems when he fights someone serious, but if that person had a reason for the fight and could hold his own Galven would easily step in and fight beside him. Once he has a problem with someone their problems also become his.
That said he looks out for everyone and leans on no one. he may not voice it and he may be slightly harsh about it but He's a good listener and when he gets going, or knows you he is a great advice giver. He always has two shoulders free for anyone who needs him but he has yet to find anyone he can trust so deeply as to lay on them. Though he is always looking for the special one, secretly and hopfully.
He more naive then his language tells. he is quick to judge within a week of knowing someone he can suddenly think he's in love with them. these fealings can pass but only if not acknoledged. If his feelings are encouraged he is easy to manipulate in turned of his trust in the honest person. he may not ever compleatly trust someone but trusting them enough to help them or asure them in their cause somes all to easy. Which is why he is so causious giving out all of his trust.
He has the habits that are unnoticable enough at first but at a second glance you may be able to start reading him. His left hand will pull on the hem of his shirt or clutch at his pocket, depending on what he is wearing if he is nervous in anyway. He is easy to make blush and pouts only when he's not really angry. After a while you may be able to notice his fake glare, when he's looking for a friendly fight, from his real glare when he means buisness. To most though both look menacing. He will also rub his cheek on his shoulder when feeling warm or uncomfortable. He of course glares when he is angry and tilts his head to the side giving an annoyed look when irritated.
Bio: He was born into a very rich family, he grew up with the best of everythign when he was a kid, a loving mother that always cared for him, an older brother that tried to teach him everything and a hard working father that made plenty of money for the family. However good things never last. when their small town was raided by pirates, his father and brother, always the heros tried to stand up against the pirates they met their end that day.
After all the debree and fire was cleared away, a few days after the large scene their was still no sign of his mother, his body or otherwise. She was missing one of few who's body never turned up, unlike his father and brother who were burried the following week. The boy grew silent and introvent. It didn't matter who he had been, his families money taken he ended up working, on a ship I did meanial things like hoist anchor, swab the deck but it was something that payed his way to bigger town and bigger places. He was soon doned the nick name mute, seeing as he never spoke, never asked stupid questions and did as he was asked without a single voice of protest. His was one of the mnay boats taken down by a pirate ship. Many would think he should hate pirates but he didn't. After all, pirates were men of the sea that had found a way better for living. An easy way out. It was above all else what he aspired to be.

When his ship was taken underseige there were few survivors he was one of the few. He aksed to join. he had been on ships for a better part of four years then, he knew how to steer them, make them, sail them and anything else. He wasn't a leader.
It wasn't that he wasn't able to talk he had just lost the need to able to comunicate without speaking and not really wanting to speak. It is rare that people will hear his voice he will carry out almost any order, if he doesn't agree with it he might ignore it all togetehr but that is rare. The prirates life is just a form of work for him. He respects his captain and crew highly. Though only select few have a heard a word and only the captain a strait sentance.

Apperance: Vincent is just above 6 feet, but his long, lean limbs make him look taller. His long red hair, a benefit from his Irish background, falls to about his waist even when he does put it up. Since he is a doctor, he does like to keep it back though he'll take it down on occasion. His eyes are a deep chocolate brown and very sharp, a good thing for a doctor to possess. He always wears his black pants and shirt, though they are starting to get a little ragged. Showing just hints of amazingly pale skin, another inheritance from his Irish parents. Though not all of him is as smooth as it appears.
Weapons: He does of course have a cutlass but he rarely uses it. Vincent, as a doctor, doesn't particularly like fighting but he will if he or the captain he is loyal to is threatened. He also has several throwing daggers in his possession that he uses with expert skill.

Personality: Quiet and calm. He's got the perfect personality for a doctor. Despite his bright hair and good looks, Vincent is very good at fading into the background which is exactly where he likes to be. He's extremely intelligent and has seen a lot of the world. More than most people even realize. Vincent is completely loyal to his current captain just as he was loyal to the captain before him. His old captain died a pirate's death, at the point of a sword.
Bio: Vincent has travelled every where that the seas can take him. England, Africa and even into the far Orient. In fact he spent most of his younger years as a student on the ship of a Chinese merchant, which is where he learned to be a doctor. His father was a pirate and his mother an Irish barwench, so they were extremely poor. Vincent got himself hired onto a crew as soon as he was 13 and capable of pulling in a net full of fish. He hides a fair amount of strength behind his slim body and quiet personality. His sharp intelligence was soon discovered and he was able to talk his way up to the captain's favorite confidant. Then, after he'd learned all he could from that captain, he left the ship to find himself a new one. Whenever Vincent feels that he's learned all he can then he moves on to learn more, though until that point he is completely loyal, he feels that his loyalty is the price he pays for the knowledge he receives. It was when he was 14 that he was captured stowing away onto a pirate ship in the southern tip of African, he talked them out of killing him and once again found himself pulling up nets. He jumped from that ship at the first port they came to and soon worked his way East which is where he met the old Chinese merchant who started to tame his wild spirit and taught him the art of healing. After the man died, Vincent once again returned to the west to showcase his newest intelligence. It was by perfect chance that he happened upon Villaz Vanguard's crew and his silver tongue came to his use again. Now he is the doctor for the undead captain, still content to rest in the shadows and learn. Happy to let the rest of the crew underestimate him.

He is not very tall, standing a head below most men. Having sex from a very early age has made his frame very slim and feminine, but the tough life on the streets has formed tiny, yet strong muscles that make his body look really well-toned and petite.
His features are really soft and gentle. His hair is a dark blonde with locks of coppery colour. It reaches somewhere below his jawline, so that it brushes his shoulders. His eyes have an interesting color that changes according to the light and his mood - from light blue, through green to midnight dark-blue.
The expression on his face is always somewhat melancholic and serious. He smiles rarely, but when he does his whole face lights and makes him look angelic. There is something in his whole presence that makes him look like a young aristocrat.
Weapons: Dagger and a couple of small throwing knives, hidden in his boots.

Personality: Theo is one of those people who ignore themselves in order to help the others. He usually take cares first about those around him and later if there is time and means he pays attention to his needs. Having grown up on the streets had made him into a really sensitive and open youth to other people’s pain and sorrows. He is ready to suffer without saying a word just not to worry his friends as he doesn’t want to be anyone’s burden.
He is very responsible and serious. And the things that had happened to him on the streets made him somewhat close and quiet. But he still does everything is capable of to protect the ones that are weaker than him. He even tries to protect the ones who are stronger than him as he doesn’t want them to get into troubles or get hurt.
Bio: Theo grew up on the streets of the seaport town. His mother was one of the whores there – something not unusual for a woman with no real family. So it happened so that she got pregnant by some sailor – unknown, and Theo was born nine months later. His mother died of syphilis when he was only eight and the poor boy had to start to live completely on his own, trying to survive in the harsh environment of the port…
For a while he managed to live thanks to the trash from the taverns’ kitchens. But after one starving week he found himself weakened in a dark street behind a tavern. A sailor came out from it and saw him. Let’s say that it ended so that the drunk man took the boy for the night and did to him things no boy should know before manhood… In the end of the night the man left the bleeding boy in the dirty bed in his room in the tavern and threw at him a couple of copper coins, enough for him to get a hunk of bread – more food than he usually had for a week… And the little Theo decided that he would become a toy-boy for the sailors in the port who preferred male boys’ love…
He managed to become a servant in the kitchen of the very same tavern where he had lost his virginity, but he served the clients in more than one way…
The only things that were of benefit to Theo were that he managed to survive and to learn how to cook. At the age of seventeen he decided to run away from the port as he had got in some… gambling problems and there was a very big chance for him to lose not only a couple of limbs, but his life as well. He managed to find a job as a cook on one ship and now is preparing for his first sale, leaving the port for the first time in his life…
Of course Theo had pretty much no idea of the exact name of the ship as it was given to him written on a small piece of paper and the youth couldn’t read. So he simply went to the harbor and got on the first ship that he saw to be getting ready for sale… Yeah… It wasn’t the ship he was supposed to go to, but a pirates’ ship. No one stopped him or asked him who he was as he helped some sailors to get on board a big keg of wine and afterwards remained in the kitchen, sitting in the corner of the room as he realized that everything was moving in there, getting seasick and remaining completely unnoticed.

Apperance: This particular gentleman stands a height of six foot two and is blessed with broad shoulders and a trim waist. If he were living in the real world with society he might dress like a gentlemen but as it were he doesn't. Tieing his shoulder lenght dark auburn hair back in a ratted strip of cloth, Viktor wears a cream colored billowing shirt that is open at the top of the chest like a broad V and is covered by thin strips of a white rawhide leather material. The fabric is ripped on the left side from cutting it on a jagged rock. For pants he has baggy black pants that are kept up by a deep red shredded sash. His shoes consist of a pair of worn mud crusted boots that have surely seen better days. For his lack of decent attire, Viktor surely makes up for it with his eyes: a beautiful hue of blue-green with amber gold flecks around the iris.
Weapons: A gun that he stole from one of the guards at the prison as he was escaping and a somewhat rusty blade that was among his possessions when he was thrown into prison which he managed to retrieve during his escape.

Personality: Anyone wronglfully accused of murder is sure to have some problems right? Epsecially when that man is in fact a murderer! They just pegged him for the wrong one! Before the incident of his parents' death, Viktor was your typical teen in the 1800's. However, afterwards, he grew angry and resentful of the world and the people in it. Now, several years later, he is a somewhat 'loose cannon'. While he doesn't jump to rage he is prone to very odd behavior patterns. Also, he talks to himself! That's right! There is a little voice in his head, the voice from his youth, that talks to him and torments him endlessly! Why? Because he buried away his childhood persona and forced himself to grow up too soon and create his own personality even if it doesn't work out so well somtimes. Some might call him crazy, others might call him guilty. The little voice in his head calls him a 'meanie' or a 'monster'. His little self-creation of a personality is charming, suave, cool and collected. Almost the opposite of what he thinks in his mind! His thoughts are tormentive, erractic, and considering himself insane. No one has a clue to any of it really! Except for when his past and present cross together and he starts seeing things that aren't really there! On occasion his childhood pal takes over his body and puts the adult Viktor it something of a sleep.
Bio: His family wasn't rich but he wasn't destitute either. Having an elder brother to look up to he thought the world was a good place with good people! Though, after his parent's died, his ideas about the world drastically changed. His elder brother, Lucian, became reclusive and mad. Mad to the point where he too believed Viktor was the culprit. This shortly lead to Lucian's death by the hands of his younger brother after a heated brawl.After being wrongly placed in prison for the murder of his parents, Viktor escaped and hid himself away on what he thought was a deserted island. To him he was wrongly accused for murdering his parents but feels guilt for the murder he did commit. This man is responsible for murdering his older brother but as far as his home town is concerned the elder died by accident. However, Viktor is put to blame for his parents' deaths. While surviving off of the fruit of the land on this island, he starts questioning his sanity and also realizes he should've just kept himself in prison! When he sees a lone ship on the shore, he decides to embark on the vessel as a means to redeem himself by getting back to socitey and prove his innocence for his parents' murders. Though, it will be quite hard to prove your innocence when the guilty party is dead! When he comes upon this discovery, he is nearly drawn into a fit of insanity and guilt. Now he is upon this ship, unknowingly and awaiting capture.

Captain: The supreme commander aboard his ship. The men sailed where he told them to, fought when and whom he told them to and on the whole were ruled by him. The highest ranking.
Lieutenant: The second in command. The duties of the lieutenant were more or less to act as the captain's deputy. He commanded in the captain's absence, often took command of prizes, and during battle should have positioned himself in the forecastle while the captain was on the quarter or poop-deck. That word makes me giggle
Master:The master of any ship was in charge of navigation and the actual business of sailing the vessel. In matters of seamanship the master should have been obeyed entirely.
Boatswain: The boatswain (or bosun) was one of the most important men aboard any sailing vessel. He was responsible for "...all the ropes in general belonging to the ship: with all her cables, anchors, and sails; her flags, colours and pendants...". He was also responsible for making sure every man was correctly on watch and at his station. During battle it was a small group of the best seamen under the command of the boatswain and his mates (if he had any) who saw to the sailing of the ship while most of the crew worked the cannons. On many ships the boatswain was also responsible for discipline. In some ships the boatswain also took on the duties of master gunner.
Gunner: The gunner's duties included taking charge of all the ship's cannon, ensuring they were properly maintained and that the crews were trained in their use. He was responsible for ensuring all the gun ports were closed in bad weather and for making sure all guns were secured. In battle the gunner would often be near the helm, advising the helmsman on how to steer so as to be able to aim the ship's artillery better.
Carpenter: The carpenter was an officer responsible for the maintenance of the ship below the deck level (including the hull, decks, bulkheads etc), in the same way that the boatswain was responsible for everything above the deck. He was responsible for replacing damaged or worn masts and yards, repairing or replacing the rudder or any other timber which needed it and for stopping leaks. Carpenters were usually experienced seamen as well as tradesmen, and often enjoyed a similar rank to boatswains.
Mates: A mate aboard a sailing vessel could be anything since many officers had "mates", but unless it is otherwise specified usually meant "Master's mate". Master's mates were similar in rank to boatswains, sometimes above and sometimes below them. If a ship had no seperate master, only a captain/master then the term "mate" was often used to mean second in command (still literally the master's mate) instead of a lieutenant.
Pilot: An officer partly responsible for navigation, particularly in shore navigation. Sometimes the pilot was a permanent officer on the ship, but often was just hired (or pressed) for a particular piece of coast or harbour.
Coxswain: A junior officer with duties similar to the boatswain. He was also in charge of the second largest of the ship's boats.
Sailmaker: not only was this man responsible for mending the ship's sails, but he also had charge of making and repairing flags, and often making slop clothing for the men.
Doctor: he was responsible not only for the treatment of injuries but for seeing to the general health of the crew.

The Stowaway has climbed on board and is now caught by Villaz. He pistol whipped him a few times, and is trying to get him to find the Sea of Sapphires. Afterwards, Spanish Guards find the ship and start to fight the crew. The last of the guards was killed, but not before shooting Villaz in the stomach.
