Something got too close to the deck,
Boxes full of dice you see.
The TANT's magic rubbed off
And something new has come to be.
Two kinds of tiny creatures.
Pets as far as we can tell.
Too many for us to keep.
So we've decided to sell!
But this is the time of giving.
At least that's what I hear.

To spread the holiday cheer.
To translate for the wondertwins: It seems like a large box full of dice has been affected by the TANT deck. The dice have separated themselves into pairs and no matter how many times they're rolled, they always show the same value. On or around Christmas Day, a one of two types of pets will emerge from the dice. The value shown on the dice seems to have an effect on the pet's type and color.
And since it is the holiday's, these pets can only be bought as presents given to others. You may not purchase any for yourself, but you can place yourself on our hopefuls list if you've got your heart set on a Dice Pet.
