That is why Dreams Come True is here to help you with all your questing needs. It is my personal mission to help fellow gaians get their items at an affordable price with as little hassle as possible. Please read the entire thing. So, you want to know what Dreams Come True can do for you? My shop is here to help you with your quest by purchasing your quest items so that you can gradually pay them off. You don't have to worry about fluctuating prices, lack of availability, or trying to save up money for an item that constantly seems to jump just out of reach. So here are the basic principles of my service:

In order to make an order for an item, you will have to post this form in the thread:

The Max Price field is not required. However, it is convenient if I cannot buy your item immediately. Because if you see an item you want and the lowest price is 25k, that price may jump by the time I can buy it. So if you say that you want to pay a max of 30k, then I will not buy the item if it is higher then 30k (but I will PM you asking if you want to go higher or not). However, if you leave the field blank, you are indicating that I may go ahead and purchase the lowest marketplace price.

Once your item has been ordered, I will charge the balance to your account (which you will be able to find in my guild) and then post that I have done so in the thread. It will show you the date you ordered your item, payments you've made, interested you've accrued, and ending balances. This way you can keep track of where you are in paying for your item.

exclaim The amount of money I have available to spend on items you want changes constantly, because I am spending and receiving money constantly. SO! Check below to see how much I currently have.

exclaim So at the moment, I have this much money in reserve: 156k

exclaim arrow I cannot order an item that is over my reserves unless you have the extra money and are willing to pay upfront so I can purchase your item. Otherwise, you'll have to be put on the Waiting List. And if your item costs a whole lot more then what is in my reserves, then you may want to hold off on making an order and check back in at a later time. 3nodding

The most important part of finally getting your dream item: Payments. In ordering an item, you are essentially taking out a loan from me. So you are going to have to pay me back, with interest, before you can get the item you have ordered from me. My interest rate is .1%, or 1G for every 1,000G you owe me. So on a 20k balance, you will owe me 20 gold for every day that balance remains unpaid. When you make a payment, however, the interest is lowered. For example: If you pay off 5k of that 20k, leaving 15k, your interest becomes 15G every day your balance stays 15k.

exclaim When you send me the final payment, I will include in the trade your item. PM all trades to this user, Kanshisha no Yume.

But what if you don't want the item anymore? Or can't afford to continue paying on it? Or you someone donates you that same item? Simple. You can cancel your hold on the item. I'll sell the item, refund you for every piece of gold you gave me with the exception of the interest. If you never pay on the item I hold and decide to cancel, you will owe me the interest that item accrued.

And what if you forget about your item? Things become hectic at work or with school and it doesn't get paid on? Well, you ordered the item. That makes you responsible for paying me. So, to make sure that your item doesn't sit there and gather interest that you can't afford to pay, I will allow you to go without contact (sending trades to me, posting in my guild or thread) for 30 days. After that, I will PM you a notice that you haven't paid on your item and that it is still gathering interest. If after a week you don't respond in any way, I will sell your item and you will be responsible for the interest it accrued.

This is the most important part of my service. Understanding how your account works, how much you owe, and how much interest will be charged on your balance.

When I buy your item, I will make an account for you in my guild, and begin tracking how much you've paid on your balance and how much interest is being charged to your account. The day your item is bought, it will begin accruing interest. If you pay on that day, you can avoid interest. Once it hits midnight here (central time), interest will be charged, and any payments sent after midnight will not count for the night before but for that very day.

Basically, this is how your account information will look:

Starting Balance

[date] Payment amount - days between payments - interest acquired - ending balance

OR! With numbers:

Starting Balance: 26,000

[12/3/06] 0 - 1 - 26G - 26,026
[12/4/06] 6,026 - 1 - 20G - 20,000

December 17, 2007 - I am going through and revamping my service. Hopefully it will reopen by Christmas! Sorry everyone for it being down!

May 26, 2007 - Awesome news everyone! I had a few moderators take a look at my service. Luckily, they decided that it did not qualify as a bank and therefore will remain open! Also, in celebration of Yume's birthday and memorial day weekend, no interest will be charged on friday, saturday, sunday, or monday. That is the 25th through the 28th. NONE! So have a good weekend guys!

May 22, 2007 - THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! A new "policy" was recently made by a gaia moderator that "banks" are no longer allowed. Therefore, my service could be closed. I don't think it will, but in the EVENT that it does, this is how things will pan out:

1) The business will close. I will no longer accept requests for items.
2) Those of you still using my service have two options. Pay me back completely within two months of the day the shop closes and get your item. Or you can request a complete refund, at which point I give your gold back with the exception of interest.
3) In the event that I must return gold to some of you, you may have to wait until your items are sold or I get paid back by other account holders. But you will be fully repaid within two months of your account being closed!

Everyone, I apologize for this. Let's ALL hope that it doesn't come down to this. I thank everyone for their support heart

Are you going to have the time to make that gold? It's not very fair to order something from me only to cancel. December 19, 2006 - This is a special announcement. I'd like to thank everyone for using my service, I appreciate it, but I need to cover a few things. When you make a payment, PLEASE check to see if I'm online. Because if I'm online, I'd prefer that you'd stay online for a few minutes so that the trade can be completed. It doesn't help me having money sitting in the bank when it could be going towards new item holds. If it continues, I may end up adding the payment to your account the day the trade is COMPLETED, instead of sent. sweatdrop If I'm not online, then try to complete the trade as soon as possible after I confirm it on my side. Also, I'd like to announce that on the days of December 24th, 25th, and 26th, NO interest will be charged to your accounts during that time.
