Must be fast and efficient. Must be able to make signs, banners, sigs, room layouts, and (possible) moving gifs. Must have an imagination, and share ideas. communications skills also a must have.
My idea is to use one skilled artist for all the artwork in this guild. It will be alot of work, and i should have enough work here to keep you swarmed for the next couple weeks, if not longer.
