confetti~~`` is a charity for all those yearly celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, and gaianiversaries! we started out in march of 2006 and we are proud to serve gaia! we believe that we are the first charity of our kind, though there are more now.

rules and applying requirements

1. you have to have been a member of gaia for at least 3 months and have at least 3500 posts
2. no advertising, it isn't permitted on gaia- i can and will report you
3. don't spam- light bumping is alright, unless you're participating in a contest
4. we don't like hit and runs
5. i know this is a charity but come on okay NO BEGGING
6. we can and will edit these rules as we see fit. i reserve the right to do so, in addition to blacklisting whomever i feel violates these rules

we will be checking over your application & will deny anyone who hasn't met criteria (:

we are currently taking applications for birthdays from august 1-31
please keep requests within a 10k range. also, keep in mind that the further away your birthday is, the more time we have to quest for you.

as of now, we are unsure of how many applicants we will get for each time frame. so, as for now there is an 'unlimited' number of slots. we'll try to do all of them, but if we start getting a lot of applications, then we will just pick a few for each time frame. we haven't rejected an applicant yet! i joined in 2004, though i've only really been on gaia for ~4 years instead of the full 6. i tend to quit and restart gaia rather randomly, but while i'm here i'd like to donate to deserving gaians (: i am now in college & live with my boyfriend/fiance and our adorable kitty <3 i like to cook, bake and hold dinner parties and i want to go to culinary school in the future and do catering/food commisions.

also, if you haven't noticed, in redesigning the thread i decided to remove all the capital letters because i don't like capitalization XD heart

how these following contests work is that there will be a prize of at least 10k (item or pure). sometimes there will be old donation items or just random items worth way more then 10k (: feel free to PM with the pg number if you won & i'll verify for you and send your prize.

random number contest
input: 1 to 1000, if you get a 392, 1000, 705, 219, or 430 you win!
you can't bump and do random number at the same time, sorry. let's give everyone a chance to win, okay?

bumping contest
currently running for july.
(hint: the higher # of bumps you do, the better your prize will be)

if no one reaches 500 bumps, the top bumper will get their number of bumps x 10 gold. so if the top bumper does 100 bumps, then they will get 1000 gold. second and third places will also get their number of bumps x 10 gold up to 10k each (:

you can't win 1st place more than 3 times in a row. no mules to circumvent this.

rules:
1. one bump per post- number them all please.
2. start at one every month, no cheating or skipping numbers-- you will be disqualified and blacklisted from this charity if you do. time resets according to gaia time.
3. bump regularily- don't bump 100 times one day and then not bump at all for the next few days.
4. you must bump at least 500 times to win first place
5. if there is someone else in the thread with you, you must at least attempt conversation
6. any other unrelated giveaways that allow for bumping can count towards this (:
