I'm basically looking to hire some artists, together with about two certist and maybe graphics maker. If you want to be a part of the staff, fill in a form and post it in the thread, and then PM me with the page number you posted it on. Time to spend on the shop.
Loyalty to the shop, and the spirit to produce work when needed, unless of reasons such as real life or illnesses.
Know how to have fun.
Optional: Must be on the same level of craziness as Dragain. / Must know how to control Dragain when she's crazy.

*I need so many artists, because of the way flatsales of going to work. I recommend that you read that first, before applying. I need to make sure that you have time for the work I'll going to give you.
If you want to be part of the shop, but can't afford to give all out due to time constrains, feel free to apply to being a RP artist instead.

1 student drawn by you or by another artist in the shop via 'art trade'.
75% cut of every flatsale conducted by you.
90% cut of every raffle conducted by you.
90% cut of every auction conducted by you.
80% cut of every custom sold by you.

*What are RP artists? They are artists who, during a shop RP event, will be paid with mule funds to draw for the RP participants. They will have their own 'slots' in the shop, choosing to open it whenever they want to. However, once you open a slot, it means that you have time to do a commission.
Most probably, as the shop grows bigger, there'll need to be more artists here. If you want to be both an RP artist and a Stages artist, it's fine with me as well, so long as you can balance the work between them.
What you get:
1 student drawn by you or by another artist in the shop via 'art trade'.
Several chances for you to take part in flatsales when you have the time, with the same percentage earnings as Stages artists. However, taking part in auctions will be rather rare.
Payment every time someone 'orders' an art piece from you with an open slot.

[Certist / Tagger] 2k for every character you tag. This does not count for every stage, but is a one time deal up from stage 'Prologue' to stage 3. When you have to tag for the graduation, stages 4 to 4.5 / 5, you'll get another 1k.
