Customers:
1. Please place your orders using the form below. I charge 1 gold per bump and am considering having specials/sales.
2. Please send your trade to me, Hikari Minamoto. Do not send it to a staff member!
3. Please do not post in this thread other than to place an order, ask a question, bump, or chat. Absolutely no advertising! Ask if you want to be posted in the "Affiliates" section of the thread.
4. Please do not be rude or abrasive to me, my staff, or other customers. I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody I choose. (This also includes guests of your thread. If they so choose to harass me or my staff, we will discontinue our services to your thread until they have been removed or dealt with in the appropriate way).
5. If any of my staff is rude/mean to you or guests of your thread, a full refund will be given and the staff member will be immediately removed from my company. However, there must be evidence of the fault (direct quote or whatnot...)
6. We do not work on time limits. We will get the job done at our own pace. However, if you really need it done within a certain amount of time, you may try to bribe us. It doesn't mean we'll accept however.
7. No refunds will be given if your thread is deleted/banned/removed for any reason. It is not our fault and we can do nothing about that. However, you may put your order "on hold" or if you'd like to close the shop, I'll return your money to you.
8. Because of certain requests, I am forced to lay down the law here. No requesting more than 2000 bumps at a time, and no asking us to bump your thread more than 100 times a day. I mean for crying out loud! We're not on Gaia all day. We have lives out there...in the real world.
Staff:
1. Do not be rude to me or my customers. I will not hire you if you do so.
2. There are no prerequisites for hiring, but please post why I should hire you in here. If it's a good enough reason, then you're hired (but I will not hire you if you post something stupid such as "because I'm cool" wink . Also, see rule #8.
3. You will be paid 1 gold per bump in a regular thread. You will be paid 3 gold per bump done in threads that ask you to space out the bumps (every 5 minutes or whatever). You will be paid on the basis of how many bumps you have completed over the week. I will pay you over the weekend (usually Friday night). Do not harass me for payment if I cannot get it to you right away.
4. Always number your bumps so it is easy to keep track of how many you have done each day. Post your number of bumps in here so I can mark it down for you on your "timesheet". If you do not post it, I will not mark it down. This means you don't get paid.
5. I will tell you which thread I need you to bump in. You might be moved around a bit if I need you in another one.
6. If you and another staff member are working in the same thread, please pick up where the other left off. It won't be so confusing that way. This means number bumps CONSECUTIVELY!!! x.X"
7. If a customer or customer's guest is rude to you, stop working in that thread immediately and report the incident to me. I will deal with it. Do not take matters into your own hands and harass them back, because I will remove you from my staff immediately.
8. If you do not bump at least 100 times a week, you may not remain on my staff. I must say this because I am sick of people asking to be hired and then they never bump. It's a real pain having to clear out my staff list every few weeks when I find out that threads haven't been getting bumped. If you are going to ask to be a professional bumper, for crying out loud -- bump!
