Reference. Aside from the link above, there isn't much more to say. She is a woman of oriental complexion in her mid-20s (Think Gong Li, who despite being 40-something still looks like a young supermodel!) with shoulderlength jet-black hair.
She is well tonned but not uber-muscley (martial artist not wrestler!) and is extremely lithe and graceful.
Her left arm has been replaced with a robotic version, she always leaves it bare.
The most complex thing is her robes; which are multi-layered.
On the bottom she wears a metal chestplate (She is relatively flat-chested so it doesn't look like a Maddonna-esque metal bra!) Which goes up to her neck. It also has armoured shoulderpads (not huge, just noticeable) which come out through slits in her coat. The armour also has a pinky/red tabbard which hangs between her legs from the waist down. She is wearing thigh-length tan leather boots
Above this is a white silk sleeveless robe which is open to her midriff (revealing the armour) this is embroided with a pink blossom pattern, she also wears a matching glove on her right hand.
This is held shut by a large leather belt at the waist. The buckle holds a large sphericle red jewel. There is a second smaller belt attached to this which hangs a little lower, small bags and unknown trinkets hang off it. There is also a leather strap going from her right shoulder to the left part of the belt. There is a small holster where they meet with the butt of a ornate pistol protruding from within.
Over this(!) is a long black coat with only one sleeve. The coat has a high collar and slits for her metal shoulderpads. The coat has a red & pink blossom tree pattern on the back and sleeve.
She also wears a skull pendant on a leather thong around her neck (as in the non-lingerie kind. She may be into that kind of thing elsewhere but certainly not in my books!)

(This all sounds incredibly complicated, but this
picture with labels should hopefully clear things up!)
Also, her sword isn't
actually blue; it is metal like a normal one but has a faint blue aura around it. This is supposed to represent the fact that it is a power-weapon; full of deadly electrical energy etc, but if you can think of a cooler/easier way to represent this then go for it!
Extra. Anything with her looking off into the distance is cool! Alternatively a fencing stance would be incredibly cool, but as the model is static, I've no idea how this would work with her clothing!
Payment? Depends on the stance etc. For something static but detailed say 25-30k, for something a little more dynamic say 25-35k
