Forestdweller, 3D. I've modeled the body. Her hands, and feet as well. My next task will be to do her head, ears and hair.

Forestdweller, 2D. I need to do a 2D piece to go with it. I'll be posting her design. Please feel free to check out her post as well as the other characters.
•Trouble I'm Having•
...
Fur. That's right fur. I can get the tool to work fine for hair, but to modify it well enough to act as fur seems futile. Apparently the brush tool is the cause as a number of people have mentioned in problem forums.

Crashing. I seem to crash 3D studio Max fairly often. At least once a session for me. Usually it's a result of the hair tool but even when I'm modeling a rather simple piece it will still freeze, or some of the tools will stop working. I have narrowed it down to the boggled, and slow computers.

Necromancer design. I don't want a D&D necromancer. Real necromancers were those, usually of some upper class, who sought to contact the dead to learn from them. Many of the necromancers were actually men of the clothe who did it in secret. However tools such as Tarot cards, and Ojiwibi boards were also used. So I guess any fortune teller might count as well.
•Input Welcome•
...
Any design, or whatever input is welcome.
Any concept designs on: Jabberwocky, Forestdweller, Necromancer, and Windigo would be loved. I'll try to get the concept art up soon.
Any 3d modeling/skinning/or rigging tips or advice would be loved.
Any bios or names people think up for any of the characters is always welcome. I intend to give people credit in my presentation but am looking for really any input.
