About Lynis

Well I am a 17(soon to be 18 ) year old female who hopes to someday be an artist of some sort. Or have my own manga.xD;; I draw anime and realism and love to color stuff. Seriously. I color stuff at the topic Line Art Jam in the Picture Post with my mad CG skillz(which come nothing close to Kei-Chan.>.>;; ). Why are you doing this you ask? Well for one thing, I thought it would be fun and two I wanna get away from the shop for awhile. Lately I feel a little overworked with school and the shop so I want a break.^^;; Yeah... I'm a lazy b***h but what can I say, I like to live life at my own pace. sweatdrop
What I will draw: OC's, Fan art, Avatars, Dream Avatars(Not cluttered ones for either avatars or dream ones) and animals people.
I will NOT draw: Couples,(includes avatar with copyright characters-_-) GuyxGuy(sorry not good at it yet...) GirlxGirl, Anythinig over PG-13,(Violent is ok, loads of nudity is a no) or Mecha. There you have it folks, all there is to know about me. whee

Stuff about me... well.....I'm a traditional artist by preference....I have the tools and a program to CG my art, but I'm not as proficient at is as I'd like and so with that I call myself a traditional artist....XD....I've have very little formal art training - a few art classes here and there, but I'm not a huge fan... and I took art in school and if I wasn't okay at what I liked to draw I think I would have failed bacuse I hated having to do all the stupid s**t they make you do in high school art....lol.... I'm a relativley speedy drawer and I'm getting more into drawing backgrounds now because I need the challenge, but they cost ya... lol! So yeah..... other than that theres not really all that much I can say about myself!!!! ^u^

Well... I'm not NEARLY as big of a loser as ^o.o^-keira.. I didn't bother to pretend to try to make the thumbnails the same size or anything, but you get the damn idea.... lol! Click on them to see the whole pic....

This one goes against everything that I said about my NOT doing CG work - I did this for a friend and it's one of the few things that I've CGed... mostly just put it in here as a chibi example for you...

This is a chibi group shot that I did for an art contest... yeah nothing more really to say about it....

This one is for the banner for this thread acctually and it's my origional character, who acctually has no name now that I think of it... but yeah.... there she is in all her rebellious glory!!!! (yes I KNOW the mowhawk is amazing...lol) XD

This one I drew while listening to the Pirates of the Carribean II sound track... and yeah... I just liked it so I thought I'd throw it in here too! lol!

This one was an origional character commission that I got and I really like how the wings turned out....

Just my own take on ying and yang....

And the reason I only have six drawings up at the moment is that I recently went through a style make-over, so a lot of the stuff that I drew prior to that is useless as an example... I'll be adding mroe links and thumbnails and such as soon as humanly possible!! ^u^
