Hey guys! I'm barely on gaia right now, and when I am, I never check this thing. SO, I am, right now, putting my quest on a permanent hiatus. I will keep this thread bookmarked, so if I ever decide to pick up again, I'll have it saved. I will also NEVER sell the 800,563 yellow daffodils I currently have, or any I will get in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who helped me with this quest, as far as it got.

-Magician of Ice: Basically, he started me on the whole quest idea. Whether he knows it or not, seeing the dedication he gave to his quest made me want to quest for a million of something, too. Thanks for all the help you gave me, and good luck in your tickets quest, Magi!!

-Stonewaltz: What a sweetie. This girl has given me more than I could have ever asked for - daffodils, friendship, support, and more, asking for nothing in return. I donate pink carnations to her whenever I can, but I don't think I can ever repay her for all the help and love she's given me!

All my donators: Thanks to you guys, I got a grand total of 215,519 yellow daffodils donated to me! That's over 25% of all the daffodils I collected! I couldn't have gotten as far as I did without every single one of you! Thanks again!!

UPDATE: o4.28.o8: I FINALLY broke 800k!! Also, PRICE CHANGE!!

Well, it took me long enough, right? From October to April, that's what, six months? I can't believe it took me six months to get 100,000 daffodils! Wow. Anyways, I'm moving on the bigger and better things! I need 900k! Send me more daffies! I still wanna reach 1,000,000!!!

In order to help me with that, I'm raising my price. I will now pay 0.3g per yellow daffodil. That's 0.3g, not 3g. Yay!

UPDATE: o1.23.o8: New Side Quest

Hey, all. So, I have a large number of sunflowers that have accumulated in my inventory for the past few months. Seeing as how they are yellow flowers as well, and I love sunflowers a TON, I'm going to start a side quest for sunflowers. As many as I can get. I'm only accepting donations for them right now, though, because I'm poor. I'm still buying daffodils, though =D

Update: o2.2o.o7: I'm also buying...
I am now also buying the following items. PLEASE SEND NO MORE THAN 5,000 EXTRA ITEMS TOTAL (not each). I don't want to completely wipe out my savings. Also, you MUST have at least 4 yellow daffodils in your trade to sell these items to me.

-paper bags @1.5g/piece
-tin cans @3g/piece
-tickets @1.25g/piece
-blue and pink carnations @ 0.2g/piece

I know some of these prices are low, but my priority is yellow daffodils. These are just for side quests and friends and stuff.

I have decided this feature is useless, as my gold fluctuates often, and I'm too lazy to edit this. I'll pay for any trade sent as soon as I am capable.

My sell Price is 0.25g per daffodil. That would be 4 daffodils for 1g. I WILL NOT CHANGE MY PRICES. So, save your excuses, I don't want to hear about how you were hacked/scammed/your dog died/your grandma has cancer/anything else, k?

So, this is where I'll put the top thre single sales. Not overall sales. SO, if you sell me 100 daffodils 10 time, that's 1000 daffodils, but your highest SINGLE sale is still 100 daffodils. If you manage to collect enough daffodils to get on here, I'll pay you 0.3g per, rather than 0.25g per. If you have a lot, that can add up ^^ If you are confused, see the example below. UPDATE (Feb 1, 2007): as long as you are up here, I will pay you .3g per for every sale ^.^

1.) dunze_y - 54535 eek eek eek heart (added 11/15/2007)

I may add more spots later, depending on my financial situation and my progress

Example

current top sellers:
1.) User A=500 daffodils
2.) User B=400 daffodils
3.)User C=300 daffodils

Now, User D comes along, and he sells me 450 daffodils, placing him in the top 3 sellers. Rather than paying him 0.2g/daffodil (a total of 90g) he gets paid 0.25g per instead, a total of 112.5g (rounded up to 113g). So, if you sell me a ton, there's a chance you get paid more!!!

Donations of 1-9 daffodils will not be listed, I get waaay too many of those. Of course, i appreciate them, though. You are always loved. If you really want to be listed as a donator, or plan to donate in the future, just save 'em up to get at least 10! For a second donation, if it is less than 10, just be sure to put in the trade title that you have donated before! That way, I can add on to your donation amount. Remember, every little bit counts!

[Jan 07?]maxwell246 - PM'ed me, AND tried to sell to me when I had clearly stated on the front page AND in the title that I was NOT buying daffodils at the moment, because I was broke. Later, after I had blacklisted and ignored him, he PMed me from a friend's account, WHICH IS ALSO BREAKING A RULE. That person has been ignored as well. rolleyes

[o1.21.o7]wicked_faery - Just a total jerk. First, she exclaimed i was ripping her off, although I'm ure if she looked, she could find SOMEone who bought for higher, if she really wanted to. Then, when Magician of Ice, a good friend of mine, told her that if she posed again, she would report her, wicked_faery posted again, JUST to piss us off. No other purpose AT ALL. So, of course, she has been blacklisted.
