Why rent out your item? Simple: Most likely it's not on your avatar and just sitting in your inventory. Maybe it doesn't match your new look, or your just keeping it as an investment. Either way, it can earn you gold now! But be warned: If it's already in this post, I probably won't take two (unless demand is unusually high for it). Even though the items aren't currently being rented out it doesn't mean you can't sign up for it. Signing up does not mean I keep the item until it's available.
