This section isn't meant to be all that complicated. Hopefully we won't have any problems with this anyway, but yeah. ^_^ Might as well put it.

=>Don't use my work without permission, that's stealing. (Should be obvious, right? ^^)
=> And don't use anyone else's work you might see here, either. That's stealing too, even if they're not here to guard it. (Should be obvious too, though. ^^)
=> Don't complain about my prices. I set them this way for a reason and I do feel I can produce work that's worth it. heart
=> Do use proper manners. <3 I love people who do.
=> Don't advertise for your own thread, except for in your signature. Simply mentioning it in a regular conversation is fine too, but not posts that is ONLY a shop banner. =_= I really don't like that.
=> NO BEGGING. Ask politely.
=> POST YOUR ORDERS. Pm only if I don't reply within a week or two. I'm a busy girl.
=> No flaming, trolling, quarreling or anything of the like is allowed in here. ^_^
=> I prefer drawing mostly-human characters (or elves/fairies/whathaveyou, as long as they look mostly human), so no heavy anthro, animals or the like please. ^^; Just a pair of cat ears may be fine, though, so if you feel it's very very borderline you can always ask. This rule is basically here becase I don't feel I can do those things well enough, and thus it wouldn't be worth selling.
Okay, that should be it in the rules department, for now. Now, on to the Rights! biggrin They are much more fun!
YOUR Rights:
=> You may use and display the picture I make for you wherever you see fit, as long as you credit me (preferrably in connection to a link which can somehow be used to trace me, such as one to my website or my gaia/devArt/Elfwood profile). Credits should preferrably be made to Vilhelmina, not to tealove. ^_^
=> You can edit your purchased picture however you want for use in banners, wallpapers, profile layouts, whatever. smile Just remember to credit. <3
MY Rights:
=> I am allowed to use the picture I made for you as means to promote myself and/or this art shop. I shall however not claim ownership of your character, just authorship of the artwork. ^_^
=> If you want to use the picture or a purpose which includes real-life monetary profit, I have the right to receive some kind of RL-valid-compensation for this (ie: real money! biggrin ).
=> I have the right to decline your request for whatever reason I see fit. You will, however, be provided a full refund of your gold if you have sent a trade already.
