Gaia has been having some glitches, so the rare event system has been pretty much non-existant. But I came across this link on GCD. And this link will take you to the homepage and from there you check your inventory and you MIGHT have a magical giftbox or enchanted trunk.
This link just recovers the item you may have missed because of this glitch. I got some nitemare claws. But it didn't work for some of my friends. But it did for others. (one got some fox ears)
So the random event system isn't gone, it's just glitched and hopefully the admins will fix it soon.
The link is completly legal so be happy with selling, opening or whatever if you get something.
"MIGHT" people IT DOESN'T WORK WITH EVERYONE.
If you want futher proof, check the GCD where I got this.
Please stay and bump for a little, I want to keep this thread up so more people can use this link.

"OMG Event with no bubble and no link" It explains it better maybe if you still have doubts.
Tip: Dont try to use mass accounts to get more giftboxes, it remembers your ip..
