THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ART FROM THIS THREAD PLEASE READ. THANK YOU.

I WOULD FIRST AND FOREMOST LIKE TO EXTEND AN APOLOGY TO YOU ALL. IT IS TRUE THAT I HAD A COMPUTER VIRUS QUITE SOME TIME AGO WHICH STOPPED ME FROM MAKING POSTS HERE. I HAD IT TAKEN CARE OF, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN THEY FIXED IT ALL OF THE COOKIES I HAD FROM MY SITES WERE DELETED. THAT MEANS THAT MY 'REMEMBER PASSWORDS' FEATURE WAS DISABLED. AND SO I LOST THE PASSWORDS TO MY ACCOUNTS HERE AND ALSO THE USERNAMES, SO I COULD NOT REMEMBER WHAT MY NAME/PASSWORD WAS. WITHOUT EITHER I WAS KINDA SCREWED ;_; HAHA. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT I DO ADMIT THAT THE ARTWORK WAS STRESSING ME MAJORLY. I'VE RECENTLY WENT THROUGH ALOT OF TROUBLE AT HOME THESE PAST FEW MONTHS, BEING KICKED OUT OF MY HOUSE AND ALSO GETTING INTO ALOT OF FIGHTS WITH PEOPLE... BUT I THINK THAT'S BEHIND ME FOR NOW.

OF COURSE I INTEND ON GIVING ALL OF YOU YOUR DUE ARTWORK BY THE END OF THIS YEAR. BUT, I DON'T REMEMBER WHO ORDERED WHAT! PLEASE RE-SUBMIT YOUR ART REQUEST [SHOOT, YOU CAN EVEN MAKE A WHOLE NEW REQUEST IF YOU WANT!] AND I WILL HAVE IT READY FOR YOU.

FOR CONTEST WINNERS; I APOLIGIZE, BUT YOUR PRIZE IS ON HOLD. I WILL FOR SURE MAKE THIS UP TO YOU, BY DOING A FREE AVI-ART FOR YOU WHEN I HAVE YOUR PRIZE FINISHED, OF YOU AND THE CHARACTERS THAT YOU CHOSE FOR YOUR MANGA-STRIP.

10/03/06 - OMG I am so sooo sorry everyone! Sheesh... due to a lovely virus on my computer, I haven't been able to upload your artworks... *don'tkillme!* Anywho, it's being taken care of so count on your artworks soon ^^ Sadly though, until I get my computer back, the shop is remaining closed... sorrys! sad

10/03/06 - IF YOU WANT A REFUND, which although it would really hurt, if you are pissed off at me and want your money back I understand, just send a PM to KOS-MOS and we'll get your refund for you... emo

09/18/06 - Because we are drowning without lifejackets in our orders, we have closed the shop. NO MORE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 09/25/06. Of course you can still bump/chat whatev. We apoligize, but we need to take at least a week to get these orders and contest winners out of the way. cry

Here are the rules of this establishment. Please follow them and we'll all enjoy are time here at the shop.

What you CAN do:

1. Request art 3nodding
2. Chat w/ us and others blaugh

What you CAN'T do:

1. Steal our art evil
2. Beg/plead/annoy talk2hand
3. Flame our thread mad
4. Harass others scream domokun
5. Cyber/blatantly curse xp
6. PM US DUMB QUESTIONS!

We refuse to tolerate anyone stealing our art. If you know someone who has, please report them to us. We will do everything, and we mean everything, in our power to make sure thiefs are dealt with accordingly.

Any others who violate the rules will first be warned and then will be put on our Least Favorite Peoples list. Believe me, you don't want on that list!

As long as we follow the rules we have a good time. So please enjoy your stay.

Q1: How do I get my avi-art?
Avi-art is given to those who donate. There is no specific amount, but the quality of your avi-art will be determined on your donation. You may donate gold or in some instances we accept items. All you need to do is fill out the reuest form below and pm it to myself or Mia:

NAME: (your name and if you have a couple, theirs too)
DONATION: (how much or what item you are donating)
MOOD: (what kind of personality your character is conveying)
SPECIAL: (if it's a special request, like couples art)

Q2: So we can give you items instead of gold?
Of course, so long as it is an item we are willing to accept. If it's something we don't want or need, we apoligize but we will not accept it.

Q3: WTF? Lower donations recieve less quality??
We mean that the quality of art will be based on increments of 1000G. Keep in mind that the policy is like this because it is unfair for someone who donates 3000G to recieve the same quality as those who donate 500G. PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT IF YOU DONATE A LOW AMOUNT OF GOLD THAT YOUR ART WILL SUCK. All of our art is high quality.

Q4: Do you do couples art or other special requests?
Yes, so long as the donation is reasonable. Sorry, but we will not do couples art or special requests for amounts less than 1000G, only because it takes twice as much effort.

Q5: Which one of you do I donate to?
Donations go to myself, KOS-MOS

Q6: How do I credit the image?
Image credit will be as follows: Credit for my avi-art goes to KOS-MOS and Mia Starr @ KosmicKisses Avi-Art Shop!

Q7: When do we get our art?!?!
Because of the surprisingly high demand of our art, and the time it takes to make it, we have decided that 2-4 days is fair enough, and if we get it to you sooner, thats even better.

Q8: I STILL DON'T GET IT!
Come to the thread. Look at our art. Post a reply on what kind of art you want and how much you are donating. Wait for a reply from one of us. Proceed to donate your gold. You will recieve your art within 2-4 days.

Q9: What about KosmicKisses Contests?
Future contests will be announced in the Updates section. Winners will recieve chibi-manga art. Chibi-manga art is only offered as special prizes and are rare coming from us. It involves a number of frames and is much like any normal page in a manga. Different contests will have different amounts of frames and characters. If you have won the prize, you will recieve a special pm from us. It will then give you further details regarding your free art.

Any other questions? Post them in this thread and they will be answered by myself or Mia.
