- the more contestants, the more and better prizes will be. :] The chance of receiving something small for just entering is also quite high. *Sets the coco army on the loose.* Now considering prizes for; most funniest weapon, the most clever mmorpg joke, more prizes for clothing/jewelry. <3

- Also, the more ideas you have, it increases the chance of new prizes. wink Example - if there's a lot of schweet shoes, i might do a section just for that. heart

- The first two prizes doesn't need any technical skills or awesome pretty works - it's all about design. Doesn't need to be colored or anything.

Must-be-headgear: Black valkyrie helm
Must-be-collar: black with a white x middle of it. (doesn't have to have anything hanging from the collar, though)

Valkyrie helm: Greyish or black; black feathers on the sides

Few other things preferred, not necessary:

- You may use the same design that's in the pics. :] Just adding accessories could make it look good.
- You may leave out the weapon or draw something random as a tentacle tail, if you want to concentrate more on the clothing/ accessories. 4laugh Likewise you can draw just the weapon.
- Very light, possibly somewhat showing clothes
- She's a warrior, so warrior clothes are fitting
- Armor is good, but usually she doesn't wear one.
- Big broad sword like berserk's Gattsu has: But more complex and something completely different isn't bad either~ as long as it suits her love for big weapons 3nodding

About the jewelry...
I'll be honest and say that I don't know much about jewelry. But it shouldn't be anything too glamorous shiny glitter thingies - silver would be pretty good or white gold. Though gold and other colors goes too, if it's not too shiny. :]
- necklases, ankle and wrist stuff are preferred. <3 Rings are ok, but I think they might be a bit on her way. I've always loved hip-jewelry as well. If you invent something else sweet, go ahead and try it. >:]

Please not these things:
- Earrings or other piercings


Her personality and other random info:

-Carefree, runs around finding things to fight with (she's a bit carefree with relationships too.. *cough*)
- Can be lady-like and sexy.
- More mature and lady than cute and naive.
- More silent than foul-mouthed
- More self-confident than shy and polite
- Thinks of herself as equal to others (doesn't have a big ego) and enjoys chatting and likewise other people's company.

F.A.G :

1. How many pictures can I make?
- As many as you wish. Each picture can win one prize. /ok

2. What method's can I use? (Do I have a better chance with colored pretty cg than pixels or pencil made?)
- All medias are welcome, including pixels, cg, natural media, anime, realism, etc. :] They all require different kinds of talent and I don't look down to any of them.

3. Entry form?
- You can write pretty much anything you want and text can be included [if you want to specify what metal/cloth they are, or include more details). If you're not sure what to write, just simply include your username and link to the picture.

4. Does the pictures have to be colored?
- Nope. :] Colors are of course nice since it's about designing, but black & white is good too.

5. I made many color designs and now I can't choose what to pick. neutral
- ah, that's okay, copy-paste them next to each other and let me have the picture. :]

6. So what are we supposed to draw exactly?
Creating the outfit, jewelry or sword is the main thing.

But it'd be nice if the character is wearing the clothes, so I can see how it matches overall. For the main prizes your skills doesn't matter or how pretty the picture is, the most important thing is that the design of the outfit.

(But in case someone feels like going all the way creating pretty art and some extra stuff, I have stored special prizes for them. heart )

7. So if I draw a lot of detailed stuff about her in the picture, will that increase my chance of winning the main prizes?
- Nope. Main prizes have nothing to do with technical skills, prettyness of the picture or the emotional side of it. The main prizes are all about designing skills.

8. I'm not sure about that item/detail/colors/form that's on her...
- I can sketch/color it better. :] Just let me know what you want to know more of.

9. I want to make an expection on this one rule...
- Ask away, I won't bite you. (even if you wish I would)

10. Can I pm you if I have a question?
- Sure, I don't mind. :]

The world she lives in is pretty dark, I usually compare it to the Berserk manga and Shadow of colossus game. In case you don't own neither, here's a clip from Warhammer: Mark of Chaos - The athmosphere of this clip and the desperation of the men is just perfect.

E3 2006 Trailer, the first on in the list.

I tend to play a Lot of mmorp's... (I'm quite an addict to them). The list is long, but it'd be fun to see her have a hp/sp progress bar or small mmorpg jokes. 4laugh

For the actual designs... her headgear is based on valkyrie's, she found it one day from a dead body in a battle ground; the black valkyrie helm that was covered in blood. So she's not a valkyrie, but their armor and overall design is very pretty, so it's a good inspiration.

For other fighter-styled clothing ff online has nice selection to offer and so does Lineage 2. 3nodding But I'm not really fan of the wow's cloth selection.

Well it looks good to me. 3nodding You can always add and change around the catagorys a bit as it goes along, if you think of something you want to put in. I think catagorys should be tailored to what the contest owner wants to see in the entries. ^^

I do think you should get yourself a banner though, so people can take it to link you up...you'll get more people seeing the contest that way and, hopefully, enter. smile

I hosted my first one this week...just a small one, it is finishing tomorrow. I was nervous too but it got easier as the week went along. xd I thought it was a lot of fun.

Ah, I'm afraid I'm no good at banners either, I don't have many good programs for them. ^^; I am trying to think who I can put you in touch with for good banners...my friend Winged Darkness does excellent ones but her shop is closed at the moment...
