Storyline:

The government was, as always, working on a cure for cancer. They developed a new way of thinking. They began creating a cure that is actually a virus. It would attack and kill only cancer cells, then die away. But, while attempting the final step in the process, they accidentally miscalculated. The computer data told them to do something that would really create not a cancer-eating virus, but a whole new kind of virus that would sweep through the world, making the first-ever world-wide epidemic. The odd disease would infiltrate the body, causing unbearable sickness, that seemed to kill more males than females. A few animals got sick too, but not many. The horrible sickness to the uncurable virus wasn't the oddest part, though. What happenned when the sickness was over is an entirely different story. Those infected were stored up in a quarrantine. If they survived, a wierd thing happened. They would recieve amazing abilities and powers beyond anyone's wildest dreams. What they do with these powers is entirely up to them. If they learn to control these powers, no one can know until the end. This is the Oddest Epidemic.

Kitsune and Mini huddled together in a cold room, awaiting a truck that would take the twins to quarrantine. They had caught the deadly epidemic and were having flu-like symptoms. Kit sneezed, followed by Mini. They shivered simultaniously. The two jumped, startled by a knock on the door. It was time.

The two blonde-haired, blue-eyed girls stepped into the truck, Mini ahead of Kit. They sat across from the black-haired girl. Mini hugged Kit, and Kit hugged back. They were lucky to have gotten sick together. The truck left for the quarrantine site.

"I'm Mini." Mini said, messing with her hot-pink tight-fit t-shirt. "I'm Kit." The other said, doing the same to her lavender shirt with a similar fit. Mini shivered and coughed lightly. "We are sisters. Twins, really." They both wore blue-jeans, boot cut, over sneakers the same color as their shirts.

Mini and Kit smiled. "Nice to meet you, Cat." They said quietly in unison. The truck arrived at the quarrantine area. Mini sighed. "Home sweet home, I guess." She stepped out of the truck, followed by Kit.

Kit noticed five guards standing in front of the entrance. They directed the trio into a room where they were given a room number. A guy in a lab coat came out to escort Kit and Mini to room 419.
