Got a quest? Need lots of items?

I'm on a large quest, and I needed a way to advertise it, so I decided to make a banner for my sig. I got to working and found that I didn't like how sloppy it looked to have all my items scattered around on the picture. I organized it, splitting the banner between my two outfits that I want, and it worked much better because I used an avatar base to display them all.

Do you want something neat and organized like mine? Don't want to spend all day making one? I'll do it. It'll cost you, certainly, but I won't charge as much as a lot of other places. After all, you have a quest to fund too. I know this and understand perfectly. That's why I've made this shop.

Once I finish my quest I'll probably start helping people out on their quests a bit... Not too much, but enough to make a small difference.

OMG! Expansion is fun!
Okay, so I think I'm going to start doing other custom banners too. Maybe some for single items, a link to your quest or something, just regular banners that you can customize... within reason, of course.

Oh, and I won't put any text that's racial or vulgar. Just wanted to clear that up...

Rules

Read them ALL!

1. PM your list once.

2. Only request a banner if you want four or more items on the list, I have a life outside gaia and it would take too long to make them for any less. I don't live here you know...

3. Don't advertise your quest. If you PM and ask me nicely I might consider adding a link, but that's my call and you can't complain if I don't. Sig ads are fine.

4. I shouldn't have to say it, but NO FLAMING, CYBERING, OR SPAMMING!!!

5. No begging. People here are questers, and most don't have a lot of money. Common sense please.

6. Don't flame me because I turned down your request for something.

7. You get one warning before I blacklist you. I shouldn't have to repeat myself.

8. Be patient. These take a while to make, and each one is different.

9. A thank you would be nice... you can just post one here while you wait.

10. Be social. It will get you friends, gold, and I'll have someone to talk to.

11. Post your application in indigo. I know in the code it says to use steelblue, but this will mean I can tell who read all the rules and who didn't.

12. Don't randomly friend me. I like people, but we aren't friends if I don't know you. Got it? I'll be very cross if you add me without reason... it might get you a blacklist warning if I'm in a bad mood.

13. PM me the application. If you have money issues, post them in the thread and use shout so I can identify them easily. Add a note at the end saying that you don't have enough. If you post it in the thread either incorrectly or without a note I'll decline your request. Repeat incidents may result in blacklisting.

14. You may inquire politely as to the progress of your banner in a post in the thread... If I miss it I'm sorry, I try to stay on top of things happening in the thread while I'm making banners, but I won't be talking much so I might miss a few...

15. I AM YOUR LORD AND MASTER. I reserve the right to decline any and all requests of any sort, so don't piss me off.

Easy. Post a form for your banner in the thread using Shout, and drop a note that you don't have enough. I'll see what I can do to give you a better price based on your requirements on the form.
(No background/price/border/whatever = less cash! Random colors lower the price too...)

My application wasn't accepted! Why?
Look, all the info you need to be accepted is right here on the front page. There's no secret to it. Just read all the rules and info on the order form and do it again in a week. Any sooner and it'll be another week on there. Say you fail on the first, you can post a new one on the 7th. Any sooner, even the 6th, and you have to wait until the 14th. Repeated incidents may result in blacklisting for being an idiot. Don't do it. Read everything.

Here are examples of my dream avatars using the different styles I have worked up. These took a lot of effort and I'm proud of them, so please don't be rude. If you don't like them you don't have to buy one, so please keep rude opinions to yourself. Nice suggestions for new ones might be considered.

No I won't give you a discount because you're my friend, don't bother asking.

If you diss one and then order something you'll be ignored. You don't like them then I don't need to spend my time on it for you, you ungreatful, disrespectful, lame-a** loser.

Ordering

I know it's long, but read everything because it's all very important.
Please, bear with us. It wasn't easy to type.

PM your order forms to me.

Title them something to the effect of "Quest Banner" or "Wishlist" or something like that. Otherwise I'll delete it. I don't like spam.

I'll send you a PM once I'm done; that's when you send a trade with the gold and confirm it. You can confirm it once if you're afraid of me stealing your gold... I'll PM you a picture of your list so you can be sure that you'll actually get it. Once you confirm the trade and I get the gold I'll send you the one without the text "QUEST BANNER UNPAID" strung across it. You can never be too careful... and art thieves suck. Okay? Okay.

Once I give you the banner it's up to you to check off the items. All you have to do is open it in paint, pick a color, cross it off, save it as a 24-bit bitmap (those work best), and load it to the 'net. I'm not going to provide hosting for everyone, that's your own problem. Get a free Photobucket account or use ImageShack or something else. Once you have the banner it's no longer my problem.

If you don't want a border around your dream avi, say None when it asks what color.

If you don't care what color something is, just type Random in the appropriate spot. I'll try to pick something that looks good with the items.

Don't want the total dream avatar price on there? Just say None in the space and I'll leave it out. If you forget anything on the list I'll fill it out as I feel like it. Don't like it? Tough. Next time pay more attention.

I might do something extra if I'm bored or in an especially creative mood, like adding an extra background for your avatar or making the font multicolored or someting. It'll be completely random, and if you don't like it I'll redo it so it's like you ordered it, but don't complain if you don't get one. They're completely random and I don't take bribes (Unless they're really big... then you'll have to send a trade with a title like "Quest Banner Bribe" wink .

All sales are final. No refunds unless it's my fault and I screwed up in a big way. Slightly off shades of blue don't count, and neither does something that you left out of the form. That's all you. I reserve the right to correct your spelling.

Also, please wait at least a week between requests. One person can only handle so much...

Donations!

This is only partly connected with the shop. See, I'm on a big quest. That's why I'm here... But I also like helping others with their quests. Once I get my quest done, I'll just be getting gold I don't really have a big use for.

The faster my quest ends the faster I can help others with theirs. If I decide to help someone with a big quest then I'll add some gold plus the banner cost to the trade. Then the quester gets the profit and a banner! I like giving things to people, but before I can do that I'll need to finish my own quest.

Note: I'll probably take a break from questing once my dark outfit is finished. I'll start giving out donations some time after that's done.
