Due to protective reasons I cannot give out me or my twin's name.

In loving memory to my twin brother, who had saved my life a year ago, and died a hero.
He was born on September 15th of 1988 on Honolulu, I followed four minuets after. We grew up together in Colorado and didn't get along well but were still close brothers.
He was my fraternal brother, we looked and acted nothing alike, but when I needed him he was there to help me. One day when we were walking home from our sister's house after visiting our dad a pair of gang members came walking towards us from in the park we were in. One of them was homophobic and started picking on me because I was gay. My twin started defending me and we had all gotten into a fight.
Then the Homophobic gang member pulled out a gun and pointed it at me, my twin tried to take the gun from him. He yelled at me to run. The gun fired and he was shot in the side of his neck. The pair ran off and I called for an ambulance. I waited, watching my brother dieing in my arms, and two minuets before the ambulance could arrive my twin had died from blood loss, holding on to me. He had saved my life by trading his on January 7th of 2006 and he had died at the age of 17 as a hero.
The two members who were involved were caught, one is serving life without parole while the other is still on trail.

My twin was an artist, and writer. He wanted to become an architect to build great buildings with stories etched in stone walls. He wanted to bring a spark if inspiration to people, just like how he was inspired with some of my drawings. He loved playing foot ball and doge ball, and was good at them too. He was the self proclaimed ‘Mr. Superior’ just because I was four minuets younger than him. He had in ways a more creative imagination than I did, and wrote only three awesome chapters to a book he was working on. He was both my guardian, and my bully, but he was my brother before anything else.

Here are some pieces of work that he made from his sketchbook, others are his finnished pices. I am sorry, some of them can't be seen well. I'm working on getting a better picture of them. So please, with what you can see.

When my brother was on Gaia he had lots friends. I ask that all who knew him both on and off Gaia help me give his avatar a Golden Halo to show that he was a real hero. And if no one can help with my quest, at least bump once in respect for my twin.

I would mean alot to me if you went and read the memorial poems I wrote.

January 7thIt’s been one year since my twin has died, were holding his memorial service later on this morning.
I’ve looked at everything that I’ve posted about him and I’ve realized, I’ve told people only about how he died or how I felt about it, but I never told people here about who he was and I’m going to add that. I’ll even display some things he drew to try and show what he was about.

I hope that people will start to understand who he was now.

January 3rdI’ve made another poem for my twin’s second memorial. And I’ve decided to convert the Custom Banners post into a Memorial Poems post, made for every memorial poem I write, and for others as well if they wish.

January 2ndIt’ll be a full year after my twin’s death soon. Five days in fact, last Christmas I wasn’t paying much attention to the date but I couldn’t help it during the new years. It’s now like a count down to when he died…do you understand? Maybe. But I keep tying to cheer myself up falsely, and it’s not working much. My mom is starting to lock herself in her room and cry alone. I think she’s trying to spare me her pain.
I think this is happening to all of my family. I hope my sister Lealani is okay, I worry about her most since she lives away from family.
I think this is enough for today, I’ll post more later…

December 30thI've taken about two months off of this quest and now that it's almost been a full year since my twin's death, I'd like to get started on it again. It's been a strange year, nothing will really be the same again.
Monday I’ll be going back to therapy, or what ever you call it. Again I thank you for all your support.

November 22ndI've decided that I’ll be taking a longer brake than normal, it’s been about half a year since I’ve been working on this quest. So I’m going to start on a quest for myself this time. I’ve always wanted a kitsune mask so I’ll try and achieve that. I don’t know when I’ll get back started up again but I will eventually. Thank you for all your help and kindness!
Just to let you know, I have all the quested gold stored in one of my mule accounts so it’s not going anywhere.

November 6th I'll be taking time off my quest again for a Christmas givaway using gold I earn myself. I will still be taking donations though but please title them 'For a Hero' so I don't confuse any donations please.

October 22ndI had a dream about him last night. It was a good, dream we were out eating pizza at a strange amusement park but it was still nice. We went swimming then talked a lot. We had all sorts of strange fun at the park like ridding a ride that would let you fly, running from fish across water and we had one of those rare hugs that we would do when he was alive. Then we went on to this steep water slide and I woke up in the middle of it. Like I always do when I start to fall in my dreams, then I feel like I shoved back into my body sideways for a moment. When I realized he died almost a year now I just couldn't stop crying for hours.

I miss him, so much!

October 2nd I didn't win in the arena but I do say at least I did good for my first time there. I got within the first hundred! Thank you for your support heart

September 26th I've been asked constantly about the two gang members, I've updated the stroy and yes they have been caught
