4. If any contestant is accused of cheating by another contestant without proof and is also suspicious to me, we may have a re-vote again here or elsewhere and if it still appears to be cheating then the gold will be granted to the innocent user with the cheater disqualified

If you want your own hosted picture then please have the link provided by yourself as I wont to do it so dont complain to me if it was the wrong avi as you provide your own, otherwise I normally direct link them (direct link is when the picture changes with your gaia avatar, as in the right click, properties of your avatar)
