Note: For their COLOR REFERENCES, most of the original colors are like in the middle.
Colors before that are probably the highlights, meaning to say lighter colors. Colors after it are the darker ones.
If there are four bars, the second one is the original color.
If there are three bars, it is the middle one.
If you do not like to follow all of the colors, you can use then only the base colors.
And you can pick the darker/lighter colors. I dont mind at all.
The eyes are the ones who are having four color bars
and that the hair has usually only three. (just not to confuse you)
ABOUT OUTFIT: You do not have to follow the doll references, it
is only to help you think of an idea that kinda looks like the doll's outfit.

Family: ???
Background: Works in a one of the most popular, well trained, highly paid Police Department in Japan (dunno where exactly XP). It was a mystery that she was able to join and not get fired XD. Making things more mysterious, she is from a model company, as a model herself, with her frickinly small height Dx. Reporters all over Japan would want to interview her but as she works in a PD, well, they cant get anywhere close ;P. As years pass, there is this moment that she had to transfer to another PD, namely Chujitsu PD. It was kinda weird that she was like "demoted" to another PD which is a lower rank, but she didnt really care x3. As soon as she enters her new working place, everything changed and thus started a new journey for this short, cute model police officer XDDD.

Personality: A very cheerful and naive kind of girl. Sweet and optimistic. Even so she has that kind of personality, she has her own history. No one really knows her past, well, except one person who is really dear to her.

Physical Description: Has a small, slim figure, just fit. Short for her age but seemingly healthy. She would even be considered as a little girl of the age of 14 or something XD.

Earrings: wears a red tear shaped dangling earrings XD;;

Favorites/Love: Smoking <-- such a bad habit ~_~, tea XD, drinking a lot of fluids, guns.
Family: Lives with his parents XD;; even though he does, his parents rarely stays there.
Background: Works in the Chujitsu PD along with Chief. Ariyuki is considered as one of the top official in the department. He loves handling guns which his accuracy is basically high, considering the fact that he practises a lot everytime he has the chance to. There was this incident before Kisu joined the Chujitsu PD, it was Ariyuki's past. A lot knew about it but were being kept secret by Chief and not let out to the public. From today on Ariyuki blames himself for having that incident occur and still rests in their momories.

Personality: A very serious person with a 'V' mark on his forehead ~_~ lol joke. He is very serious, most of the time, he's an aloof person as they say ~_~. When Kisu arrived at the PD, he was furious to see that Kisu was his partner! He hated it! A lot! Even though he did, he could not reject Chief's orders, so he had to do that. Later in the story, they both had some experiences with being so different with each other. This was good so that Ariyuki may be able to learn some things about Kisu.

Physical Description: Well built, fit and tall. Ariyuki is one of the most popular guy in the Chujitsu PD, he is also well known at the Mangetsu PD for his looks and skills XD. He is a really good-looking person, so good-looking that a lot of people recruit him to be their model or something but he always turns them down, he's still loyal the Chief and stays at the Chujitsu PD.
Hair: Very Dark brown going black
Eyes: bluish dark purple
Earring: a purple stud earring oh his left ear
-he wears sunglasses
-doesnt wear the outer coat of the tux
-has a messy tie
-always smokes ~_~;;

Background: Chief himself is a mysterious person. He does not talk about anything regarding with himself or his past. He always says it is not important, but others are really worried about him. He is serious in most times especially when it has to do with missions. Chief hangs out a lot with his so called "group"; which is Kisu, Ariyuki and Hatsue. They are mostly called the "crazy group" XD coz all of them are like have totally different personalities and that they still go along well. Chief has a weakness with cute uh ness XD;; especially having a not-so-secret crush for Kisu xD rabu rabu~ <3 Well, Kisu is a naive kind of person, so Chief doesnt have to be really worried about that ~_~. Chief acts as like a guardian of Kisu, Ariyuki and Hatsue, well he IS the oldest XD;;

Personality: He has different kinds of personalities, the serious type and the fun type. Chief is a kind of person you can easily make friends with, a good sociable person. He is also optimistic like Kisu, but has this serious aura that usually surrounds him when something wrong happens. He really cares about all of the officials in the PD, as well he is the head of the department.

Physical Description: Just a normal built, shorter than Ariyuki but still kind of tall XD;;
Hair: white, has black tip on the back of his head
Eyes: Brown/ Hazel
-also neat like Kisu with his tux and all XD
-usually wears the formal type clothes, but when he wears the casual ones, there is always a weird aura around him, =w= lol

Outfit Guide:
- mostly wears formal clothes. like blazers, polo shirts, etc.
- simple clothes
- you can choose what color for outfit as long as he looks good in it.

Family: Younger Sister
Background: Hatsue is also from the Chujitsu PD. He takes care of wearponries, and decides which is best for this specific person. He also love games, he doesnt look like it, but he's a whiz. Hatsue is like an older brother of Kisu, he takes care of her like his own. Hatsue also does not like talking about his life. He has his own problems to face, facing it alone. He might look like the silent type, but he is the friendly type, not the best of being sociable, but easy to get along with.

Personality: Sweet and brother-like to Kisu. A loyal official to Chief. He is considered as the "brains" of the department that has anything to do with wires and electricity, he also specializes with bombs and guns. He is strong-willed but sometimes waver to the other direction.

Physical Description: A small built like Kisu but is the ordinary type for guys. Not too short, not too tall, considered just normal.
Hair: Black or really dark gray
Eyes: Bright blue/somewhat like aquamarine
-also neat like Kisu and Chief, wears a black tux
-wears casual clothes most of the time, just like a teenager
-stylish like kids today

Outfit Guide:
- still kid at heart, wears most likely hip-hoppy clothes like what teenagers wear today.

Background: Yukino works at the Chujitsu PD alongside Chief, as his secretary. Without her in the PD, no one else can tease Chief as he himself teases other officers XD. As before Kisu joined the PD, like a long time ago, she had a special bond with Ariyuki, which, not a lot knows. She was close with Ariyuki, really close. When the day came when Ariyuki changed, she felt that her heart had sunk to the bottom of her guts, blaming herself for not being able to help him especially from the time he helped her. As of today, she still feels responsible for his downfall and miseries. The only thing she can do for now is to stick by his side and wish him the best, but if anything goes really wrong, then she has to act.

Personality: Yukino is funny and sociable. She is one of the most responsible official that is why she is appointed to be the secretary. She is not only responsible, she is trustworthy and kind.

Physical Description: A body of a model unlike Kisu XD;; She is taller than Hatsue but shorter than Ariyuki. She is rather like the "nerd" looking type, but without those accessories, she would be regarded as a "hot", young, chick model XD;; lawl
Hair: Pink, not too light, not too dark, loose braided hair laid on the left side of her shoulder, a curl on the tip of her hair
Eyes: Purple
Accessories:

- She wears thin framed glasses
- has a red ribbon tied on the of her braid
-neat, similar to Kisu as she wears a tux and skirt
- has only one kind of hairstyle, but can be modified
- she is considered pretty, as Kisu is to cute

Background: Something happened when he was younger that made him like this, a bully. Being a bully made him forget what happened before, just to ease the pain. He really cared for this special person but anything he does just makes everything worse making this special person gets mad at him. Bullying students at school may not be a fun thing for him, but it only makes everything worse that almost everyone at school hate him. Everyone has their own issues.

Personality: A sadist, he really is a mean person to other students (mostly guys who are either new or just plain girly looking.)

Physical Description: Physically fit even with his height. Does a lot of sports.

Background: Before, Oujirou lived a happy life as a teacher (home teacher). Teaching students was his life, but something happened at the stay of that similar school. He began to be different and sometimes hardly smiles. The students were worried about him, they tried to help but thought that maybe it will just make everything worse so did not. So they thoughtt that maybe if they just act like that event never happened maybe that everything will go back to when he was the cheerful teacher they loved.

Personality: He's weird xD Well... he scolds the students a lot like he acts as their mother XD haha typical.

Physical Description:
- Almost like Ariyuki's build but a little less buff.
- even with his age, his physical appearance is like that (looks older)

But he cares for a really special someone that i cannot say yet coz it has not come out from my manga yet xD;; lawl No one really knows about him like if he is single or married, or who is his special person or does he even have relatives? He is the most mysterious person in the manga, but only 2 people know a little about his past/about him.

Physical Description: Similar to Ariyuki; tall, fit and a little more buffed XD A really good-looking guy like Ariyuki but has a different category of good-looking.

Hair: Jet-black, has a long ponytail; shorter than Kisu's and longer than Kanji's.

Accessories: Has 3 tear-shaped dangling earrings on each ear. Like, woah. xD
