The Badlands
The Bainbridge forest
A soft breeze caressed Aria's face, swirling around her and her little bundle. The grass swayed and rippled like water, the rich scents of the different flowers wafting up into the air. Aria took a deep breath of air, rolling onto her back, staring up at the clouds that drifted by. She giggled when one that had the distinct shape of a butterfly floated on past her, waving her hand in the air, pointing with a pudgy finger. She shivered as another gust of wind swept past her, recoiling into the safety of her bundle. Aria huddled inside it, hugging herself to warm up.
A gust of wind swept past Dylan as he layed on the grass. He rubbed his arms with his hands to try and keep warm. He would have just gone back inside the bundle for warmth, but he want to look at the pretty flowers that blossomed overnight. He saw a butterfly fly pass over head and watched with awe as it flew off to land on a flower not to far away.
Aria peeked through the small opening of her bundle, seeing another bundle some ways away. It was a dark sea color, which quite intrigued little Aria, who had not seen many colors in the short time she had emerged from her bundle. Aria struggled out from her bag, trying to stand on her four wobbling legs, which kept giving way for her to fall flat on her face. Which hurt, as Aria found out. But Aria was determined to stand and walk over to this other bundle, whether her legs wanted to or not.
Dylan looked around and spotted a pretty flower. It was a shiney yellow. He tried to rech out for it but it was just out of his reach. He rolled onto his stomach and crawled to the flower. It took him a while because he found out that the rest of his body was still heavy. Once he was with arms reach of the flower, he gently touched the petals and giggled at how soft it was.
Aria gave a last surge of energy, finally getting up on all fours. She was still very wobbly, but at least she wasn't falling. Aria gave a couple careful steps, walking slowly over to this other bundle. Her legs were tiring quickly, and by the fifth step, she was down again. Aria sighed loudly, curling up into a ball, swishing her tail. Walking was a lot harder than she had originally thought.
Dylan heard a little thump and a sigh behind him. He turned around and saw another one like him. He wasn't sure was he was, but there was another one like him not that far away. He turned around and began to slowly crawl over. He had to stop once in a while to take a break and rest his sore arms.
Aria massaged her aching hooves with her hands, wincing whenever she prodded a more painful spot. When she saw the other creature playing with a flower, she stopped. She crawled over, a small smile spreading across her face. "Hello..." she said softly.
Dylan jumped a little at the greeting that was directed at him. He turned around and spotted the white creature he spotted earlier. "Hello...." he said with a smile.
((Um...Aria isn't green....>.>Clickie

Aria flopped onto her belly in her exhaustion. "Very tiring..walking..." she mumbled, curling up inside her bundle.
Dylan looked at her as she went into her bundle. He placed his hand ontop of the bag and rubbed it back and forth gently.
Aria giggled, poking her head out of the bag, her eyes dancing with a sudden joy. She felt suddenly full of energy, as the urge to play surged through her body. Aria poked the creature in the arm, giggling loudly.
Dylan drew his arm back startled when she had poked it. He looked at his arm, but found nothing wrong with it. He looked back at her and poked her gentley.
