Welcome to the First Kyn Festival to celebrate the ending of summer! Unlike traditional species of dragons, kyns love every season and love even more to celebrate the changing of the seasons. So, whether you be a new friend or an old one, please come in and make yourself at home. During the expanse of this festival, there will be many events and opportunities to take home kyns of your very own!

- All the kyn thread rules apply here
- Remember, Kahyou and Waarufu (as well as this account) have final say in everything
- Most especially, be kind to everyone and be a good sport
- Remember to clarify what you are bidding on/buying
- Send trades straight away, and make sure there is a title that includes some kind of reference to what you're doing and the page number you posted it
- Pure gold only
- Do not discourage someone from bidding/buying/etc - that is being a poor sport

Flatsale Rules
-Eggs are 3,000g each.
-Do not post until I say go.
-Post the number of the egg that you want.
-Each person is allowed to purchase 1 egg per flatsale.
-Payment must be received soon after posting.

Auction Rules
- Do not bid if you cannot pay at that point in time
- Payment for a win must be received within 24 hours of the auction closing
- If, for some reason, an auction goes unpaid for more than 24 hours, the person with the second highest bid will win and be required to pay, and so on if need be (please don't do this people)

Raffle Rules
- Gaia's randomizer will be used and it has the final say
- Payment must be sent right away for raffle tickets; you will not get your tickets until you have confirmed your trade
- First person drawn will get first choice, second will get second, and so on if applicable
- In the case of multiple prizes, the same person cannot win multiple kyn in the same raffle. They can, however, enter and win more than one raffle.

Writing Competition Rules
- Payment (if applicable) must be received within 24 hours of the winner being announced; failure to do so will constitute a forfeit and the second place will get the 24 hours window
- Formal writing only, please - watch your grammar and spelling
- Once you've posted, you may edit small things (spelling, grammar, etc.); if you choose to PM the form, then you may not change anything once submitted. Realize that once judging commences, you cannot edit your posts

Bump Competition Rules
- Number each of your bumps
- You may chat, order raffle tickets, or bid in auctions in a bump post. You may not post an entry for the writing competition with a bump.
- Skipping a number will get you blacklisted as it is cheating; if you do so by mistake, please correct yourself as soon as possible.

No competitions open until their start dates. Please take note of start and end dates.

This is simple: the person with the most bumps at the time of the end date will win the prize. We encourage chatting in bumps, but understand that sometimes you can't always do that (7 out of 10 bumps, if there is someone else in the thread at that time, should include chatting/RPing/order/etc please).

Why are we having a bump competition? Mainly to stir more people to come into the thread. We really encourage you to not bump more than a few hours each day - everyone has lives outside of Gaia and we respect that.

What's a great way to bump and have fun? Roleplay of course! Whether it be a human and a kyn, or a few kyns together, RPing is a great way to get people interested.

Why can't you just simply bump? Becuase I don't want 500 pages of just numbers. I find that really annoying, and it also discourages other people from stopping in the thread. I don't want to feel like I get lost in a sea of silliness either. ^.^ We're trying to expand our horizons and give more people the opportunity of owning a kyn - so let's not show them just how insane we are just yet, okay? XP
