*...My Current Quests...*

I'm not completely shutting it down right now, but I'm in the process of making a new home for my thread. This time I have a tablet and I'll be able to make prettyful banners! On the note of my tablet, I'm also going to open up a chibi shop very soon. If you're a passerby and you'd like to donate, my second to last journal entry has updated dream avatars.

Bear with me, its a long front page and introduction, but I worked hard on it. (Over 3 hours for all of it including updates ^^; )

My name is flute.soloist, but my friends call me flute, and my closest friends call me by my real name or Belle. Before I tell you what I'm after, I think its only fair you get some background information on me:

I've been on Gaia for a few months now, and in my time here I've both donated and have been donated to. I don't like the feeling of having someone donate to me and then not being able to pay them back but it has to be done sometimes nonetheless. (Usually I'll give you all of my gold and then my signature blue daisies. Then I'll pay you back once I'm done, or I'll bump in your thread or make you free avi art in return.) In my duration time on Gaia, I've done many things that people that have been on longer than I have haven't been able to do. I've learned that gold is hard to obtain, and gift credits aren't very helpful. I've learned that donating and getting items is much more effective when it comes down to selling items and getting gold, and thats how I was able to get my bani clips (thanks to a good friend of mine ^^) I've been able to complete 2 dream avatars in just over a month (which is quite an achievement in my book!) Even though I'm not as naive as I once was when I was a new comer, I still donate to others willingly in hopes that it helps them, even in the slightest. (Always get a trading pass first when you're new! That way others can donate almost right away!)

Now on to the main reason for this thread:
I'm making a thread for items that have been on my wish list for some time in hopes I may one day own most or all of these items. Its a stretch, and it'll take at least a year to earn half of these items. BUT! Luckily most of the items are commons. Below is a list of items that I've been after for some time now. I will list the commons first then the rares and uncommons, and then divide those up into quest items or just wanted items. Then under the item I've listed the general price and where to buy it (if its a common item) to make it easier on me and in case you have an inkling to go and buy something for me ^^; I'm not rich in the slightest, and usually I'll take care of the smaller, less expensive items first

3. Please don't beg me for gold or items, read the advertising section below and hopefully I can help you through that. I'm not very rich myself, thats why I made this thread ^^;
4. This is a pet peeve of mine (sorry), but please don't call be Belle unless I know you well or if I introduce myself to you as Belle. If we kinda know each other then "flute" is ok. I will also have the same upheld respect towards you if you have a nick-name.
5. On that note, please don't send blind friend requests so you can call me Belle (people have attemted at this before!)
6. If you want to advertise your thread besides through your signature, check the advertising post right below
7. I don't get mad easily, but please don't attempt. I may be a girl but I can have my moments and I'm not afraid to send a rude message as long as its within the ToS boundaries
8. This is a quest for items, not to find a soul mate, boyfriend/girlfriend, friendwith benefits, etc. This will absolutely NOT be tolerated.

If you'd like, I'll host your quest links and banners here for free, but you have to give me an explanation as to why you should be put up here. It must be at least 2 complete, literate sentences (ie: don't say "u" instead of "you". Emotes are allowed, but not in excess.) Also list a few of your items and depending on how expensive the items may be I'll put a link to your profile or thread here. (ie: If you're questing a sceptor from Prize and Joy which is 110k worth of tickets and fewer sentences, you'll have a better chance than someone who wants to buy a wulf tail at Barton Botique who has more sentences but isn't as literate and isn't questing)

Please send me a PM instead of posting on here, I'm known to sometimes skip over requests when I'm on a bumping spree.

Right now I'm having an opening sale; if you order 4 banners I'll make you a 5th for half off (but the 5th is optional. Seriously, who needs that many banners?) *If you were directed here from Jessk's quest page then the prices will be different. They are a bit higher but only because she's questing for an almost impossible item and she needs all the help she can get.*
This is where I make most of my gold, from drawing avatar art for other users and/or editing their avatars to give them interesting effects. A simple black and white hand drawn sketch is 500g (it'll be shaded for no extra cost). If you'd like it colored that'll be 250g more (which is still pretty cheap!). I will have samples of both colored and black and white up soon enough. I can/will also resize it to what ever porportions you'd like, but I'll tell you if theres a problem resizing it. Sometimes if I shrink it too much details are lost along with my signature and commentary (sometimes even unattached items such as a Mochi puppy). A caption or some commentary on the picture is optional and won't cost you anything extra. I will sign my pictures with my first name and then with flute.soloist (I take pride in my work and I don't want anyone to steal it!) If you're a good friend who calls me Belle I'll replace flute.soloist with Belle when signing. I can also do some interesting things with avatars on my computer using a few different programs to give some interesting effects. *Note:* I don't draw avatars on the computer, I'll ask for a picture of your avatar and I'll play around with it until I believe its presentable. If you don't like it then you don't have to pay me, but you have to tell me whats wrong with it (unless its really obvious). My hand drawn avatars are most accurate and are most satisfying to previous customers. I can also tint the picture gray or blue if its hand drawn. PM me with questions and I'll go into more details then.

This is a new idea that has been fairly profitable lately. I believe that since many people have claimed to have started these that I shouldn't worry about asking others permission. I used to do these when I got bored before I knew about Gaia, and I would post them as photos on Myspace.com ^^; Its basically a Pokemon Card but with a picture of either you or your avatar. (If its not a picture of you but someone else, not an avatar, tell me who it is just in case they don't want someone else to see their picture. I'm all for protecting privacy) There will be a description, a number, your name/username, attacks/weaknesses etc all on the card. My name will be in small print in the bottom right hand corner to prevent stealing and the reproduction of the cards I made for someone elses profit. I have one link to my first pokemon card below, and I covered my face because I'd prefer that very few people on Gaia know what I look like
