No, that wasnt it. Its a looooooooooooong story, but the only other person who saw him that night was his driver and they both said he wasn't drinking, so they couldnt charge him with that. He was charged with conspiracy against the police.

Those pics I posted before were from his new album party. He was dumping everyone in the pool and he eventually fell in too. rolleyes

I have a .wma of it. ^^;; I have several of his videos (including Viva *drool*) and I loved him in 2002. Nic Tse is so spectacularly hot...
