Welcome to the Northern Peak Kennel.

Here at the kennel we raise both wolf cubs and sled dogs. So please look around the shop, just be warned trying to steal a pup or cub may result in you getting seriously hurt, seeing some of our animals were brought right out of the wild.

1. Thou shale not steal. If found out that you are doing this, then you’ll be band from this shop and reported.
2. No fighting. I will not tolerate this.
3. No Drama. Drama = Aya getting headache. Headache = Aya being ticked and grumpy.
4. Do not PM the staff. Aya has trouble keeping her inbox clean, so do not add to it. So unless its extremely important or is something you can’t ask in the thread, then you may PM the mule, post it in the thread.
5. Fallow all of Gaia’s rules.
6. This thread is rated PG-13, anyone found going over this will be either temp or full banned from the shop.
7. THESE PETS ARE NOT RP REQUIRED, BUT YOU MAYNOT BUY ONE AND JUST DISAPEAR! This is simple, if we don’t hear from you in three months your pet will be taken away.

- - - Not if you ask, every so often I’ll give out a free one to them, BUT ONLY if they deserve it.

A young man walked thought the dense forest with caution. As he looked ahead of him he called out for his dog that had run off. Just as he was about to turn and leave, he heard a dog braking in the distance.

As he approached the area in which he had heard the dog, he saw a large run down building through the trees. As he came out into a clearing he noticed a old rusty sign above a bordered up door that read “Northern Peak Kennel.”

As he approached the building he heard a bark for inside and then a dirt covered dog came running out of the building through a large hole in the wood covering the door. In its mouth was a small lump of black fur. The dog came running up to the man, its tail wagging excitedly.

“There you are boy,” the man cued, a smile came across his face as he bent down to see what the dog was carrying in his mouth. As he examined the lump of fur, it moved and its opened revealing bright gold eyes. Next he noticed the large paws hanging down. He smiled as he realized what it was in his dog‘s mouth. “Well well where did you get this little wolf cub, boy?” he asked.

As if understanding the dog turned and ran back to the building a through the hole. A moment latter the dog stuck his head out and barked at his owner impatiently..

Sighing the man fallowed. Once he had crawled through the opening he looked around the remains of what used to be a reception room. Before he could properly taken in the large room the dog barked at him from the a large entrance way. Shaking his head he fallowed the dog down the long corridor. As the went further down the hall he noticed the large pleading eyes of other dogs peering out from the rooms, from what he could tell many were extremely skinny from lack of food.

As they neared the end of the corridor, the dog slipped through a lightly opened door. The man stared at the door for a moment before prying it open enough so that he could fit through it. As he slid through the door he noticed the door way had led to the outside, and as he looked around he noticed a large fence cutting the area off from the rest of the forest. Then his eyes fell to his dog, whom was now sitting next to a large tree. Moving closer he noticed a dead wolf lying on the ground, and five cubs, including the one that his dog had brought to show him, where jumping and tugging on what seemed to him their mother trying to wake her up.

The man frowned and moved closer. He crouched down next to his dog and looked him in the eyes. “What should we do about this?” He asked him.

The dog gave a small whine, which made the man laugh.

“You think we should try to get this place back up and running?” he asked him. “So we can try to help the orphaned dogs inside this old kennel, and..” He looked down at the wolf cubs. “And maybe save them from their mothers fate?”

The dog barked excitedly, as if he approved of the idea.

“Well then I guess we have are worked cut out for ourselves then,” the man said standing up again. “A lot of work,” he corrected himself.

Wolves are wild creatures. They are extremely hard to tame and love the outdoors. These canines live in family groups called packs. In these groups wolves hunt, & gain and maintain territory.

Stages

Cub - At this stage of development wolf cubs are extremely curious and playful. It is at this stage that they must also learn how to survive out in the wild.

Adult - Adults are normally more calm than the pups, and are capable of living in the wilderness. Once your cub has grown to the adult stage he or she is able to find a pack, and a mate.

Stages you earn through RP.
These stages depend on how you RP your wolf.

Alpha - If you wolf becomes a Alpha that means your wolf is able to from his/her own pack.

Omega - Well the omega may not be the greatest member of the pack, but there is always one in every pack. He/she is the one that is always getting made fun of, picked on, est.

Dogs are more tamed than the wolves and love to be around humans. Dogs are loyal and playful, but have a short attention span.

Stages

Pup - puppies tent to be playful, curious. They often find learning to be a game.

Adult - Adults can be either calmer or just as playful as the pups. They can easily surprise you if you don’t pay attention to them. It is at this stage that your dog can find a mate and breed.

Stages you earn through RP.
These stages depend on how you RP your dog.

Lead Dog - Lead dogs are some what the leaders of a sled team. It is their job to be to watch out for the rest of the team.

Loner - If your dog becomes a loner that means it doesn’t get along well with the others and prefers to be alone.

This mysterious bears are an uncommon site, mainly due to how few in number they are.
These old bears are extreamly smart. No one is sure where they come from. They take it upon themselves to watch over the wilderness surrounding the Kennel. In size alone they are a little over twice the size of any of the wolves are dogs found in and around the kennel. It is beleved by many wolves and dogs that these old bears posese some sort of mystic powers.
Personalities of can range tramidously, so you know know what you are going to get.

NOTE: Bear Shaman are one stage only. Also there are only two ways in which to get one: RP contest or Through RPing regularly in the shop.

Here is where you will find all information on breedings.

Rules:
1. The two pets that are being bread MUST BE MATES AND HAVE BEEN RPED AS SO FOR 2 WEEKS before they are allowed to breed.
2. You may only breed the same pet once every 2 months.
