Hello, and welcome to Gaians in need.
This charity used to be known as The Forgotten Butterfly Charity but due to my random desires to change things totaly, i changed the whole charity.
The name was inspired by the Charity event called "Children in need" that i was watching when i wanted to change.

All of the information from the previous charity can be found in the journal.

Please read the donation post properly, as you will only get one chance, if you go wrong, then you have to wait a week to try again. If you fail to follow the requirements, you will not get a third chance.

Due to the different time zones and me getting so much work from college, i am afraid to say that the charity shall be closing for a while. This way i don't feel bad when i miss somebody out that asked for donations. I shall reopen the charity when i have more time for myself and not have to worry about as much work.
Although i do not wish to lose contact with people who often come here to talk, as you all make me laugh. So you are all welcome to come talk with me in my quest thread.
I will still be keeping this account as a donating account so it would be most likely that i will still be giving out donation but not to those who ask this time. Due to it being in my quest thread xD

I can not be certain when i shall reopen the charity again. But it will be opened again at some point

A: If you fill out the donation form and meet the requirements, then yes.

Q: How often do you donate to people?
A: As often as i see a worthy person to donate to.

Q: Do i have to stay around to get a donation?
A: Yes. This is a simple enough request. We want to get to know the people we are giving our gold to. So if you do not post again for a week after your application then you will get taken off the waiting list.

Q: Do i have to give gold back to the chairty when i have finished?
A: No, you don't HAVE to. Donations to the chairty are loved but not a requirement.

How to recieve a donation?

So, you want a donation huh? Well you have to do something for me before i do something for you. Its only fair.

Okay, to even be qualified to actually ask for a donation you should post at least 10 times before you ask. Then after you have submitted your form, you have to stick around for a while.

This is so that i know that you really do want the donation and will put effort into trying to get the gold that has been raised by someone else and dont just want gold without doing something for it first. It could take a day or maybe two to receive your donation, depending on how busy i am in real life and how much effort you are really putting into getting your gold.

Regulations for the contests:
You must not have done something for the crew to be cross with you.
You must have at least 10 posts
You must be nice
You must take part in conversations and not just bump if others are around
The crew members can enter the contests if they wish to ( Apart from me obviously)

These will be the main regulations through out the contests. Others may be added depending on the contest.

Page contests:
These shall happen whenever i feel like it, but shall not be announced as i dont want people bumping to the page.

Christmas Contests:

1] Avatar Contest - So, Christmas is here. Time for an avatar contest. Tektek your best christmas/winter avatar.
So, easy you say? Well, you have an amount limit. It isnt allowed to cost over 20k. There shall only be one winner. Judging will be done by polls. Please don't get all your friends to come and vote for you as that is not fair on those who enter that don't have alot of Gaian Friends. Prize - 2k (If there is more then one poll needed for it, then the winner from each round will get 200g. I know its not much but if i do alot then i wont have enough for other prizes will i silly)

2] Re-write a christmas carol. Pick one of your favorite carols and re-write it so that it is related to the charity and Gaia. You don't have to do that whole carol. You can just take a verse, but don't pick one that only has like 2 lines per verse or something like that.

3] Art contest - So, it was suggested a while ago to have an avatar art contest. So i thought what better time then christmas, where i can give out lots of special things. So, your task is to draw either MissPurple, G.I.N on their own or all the crew or MissPurple/G.I.N and one of the other crew members (Has to have at least MissPurple or G.I.N in it). The winner will be picked by polls also (Obviously not same time as avatar contest)
