Welcome to Shades of Gray! This free, walk-in studio is for those who don't have the gold to purchase a really pretty piece of CGed art and have to settle for my graphite pieces of s**t works. I do avatar art mostly, but I can do an OC (or several OCs), any fan art that you'd like or ... well ... I guess anything, really.

Here are the different types of art. right now this part is in a bit of a jumble. Sorry bout that. ^___^;;; There are samples in the next post if you look at my albums. Those are ones I've actually given out. ^__^

The Form

Username:
Category: Avvie art/Fan art/OC art/Random
Image/Description: (If'n being an avvie request, please put a picture of the avatar in question.)
Type: (Headshot/Full body (this is actually a mis-nomer, a full-body sometimes only goes down to the knees XD)/Half body/etc.)
Suggestions:

Avatar Art
I'm pretty good at this, although I tend to leave off/tweak items when they don't look quite right. Please tell me which items you want me to leave alone, mmkay?

Will:
- Do whatever image you provide me with
- Do couples
- Do shounen-ai and shoujo-ai
- Do backgrounds/text (if you want to see a sample of my hand-writing I can pull something out, I think)*

Won't:
- Redraw the final product, you'll have to reorder for that
- Do nudity
- Do more than FIVE avatars in one picture

Not a lot to worry about, really.

Fan Art
If I'm unfamiliar with a series the art may not look as good, but if you happen to choose a series/artist I fangirl over then you're in luck! biggrin DD

Will:
- Do any series
- Do any pairing/threesome/whatever
- Do a simple background*
- Do animals (I need practice.)*

Won't:
- Do nudity
- Do more than three characters in one picture

Additional Notes: I would LOVE to do something Angel Sanctuary, Bleach, Fruits Basket and/or CLAMP related.

Original Characters
I think I draw OCs well. I love drawing these the best, actually, if I can be a little free with the outfit. ^ww^

Will:
- Do damn near anything resembling a human being
- Do animals*
- Do machines* (Needs TONS of practice)
- Do as complicated a background as you need me to.*

Won't:
- Do Nudity. At least, not from the front. :3

* = You must ask me to do one of these specifically or I may not draw them for you.

General Feel: Pissed off/ Mad ect.
Suggestion(s): I don't know, for some reason I could picture Envy cosplaying as a palm tree and Edward being forced to wear a shrimp costume. Or if I had to pick a word for the over-all theme of the picture it would be --> Sacrifice. Other than that, no other suggestions. sweatdrop
