Bonjour!
I welcome you to my humble banner shop.
Here I sell reasonably-priced banners for bumps, threads, guilds, quests, et cetera. I also sell imagemaps/sigmaps.
Please read through the posts on this first page, especially this one, the Rules & News, Samples, and Pricing.

What I can't make:
- Animated Banners (no blinking, moving, etc.)
- Other types of art [drawing, shading, etc] (See Mel for that whee )

Note: All credit for any photographs used in banners/images is given to www.imageafter.com unless otherwise specified. That site allows free use of its images, and says nothing about linking back or giving credit. Therefore, to be safe, it shall be done in this post. 3nodding

1. No stealing anything from the shop or anyone here. This includes samples, rough drafts (with the water mark), art (from Mel or anyone else), etc.
2. Follow the Gaia Terms of Service. (No flaming, cybering, etc.)
3. Be respectful of everyone here, including yourself.
4. No advertising without my permission.
5. Please refrain from cursing here.
6. Don't believe every little rumor you hear. Respect the effort I put into the banner and the effort Mel puts into her art.
7. Don't ask me about how to make banners. I'll just tell you it's a trade secret.
8. Don't ask me how to make image maps. I'll just tell you it's a trade secret. xp
9. Don't bicker about time and don't be impatient. If you ask a question, don't repeat it a million times in three minutes just because I have't gotten to it yet.
10. No quoting my or Mel's first posts (pgs. 1 & 6)
11. Use the order forms if buying a banner of IMG Map.

To order a banner from my thread:
1. Fill out an order form (if it's a banner or Image Map) and PM me or post it in the shop. See "Pricing" for the forms.
2. I may ask any questions about it if you left anything out.
3. I will give you an approximate price, though you should have an idea from the Pricing post.
4. I'll work on it, you'll be patient. If I take a really long time, you may politely ask me about the banner.map.
5. I'll send a watermarked version. You tell me if it's what you want.
6. I'll edit it if you want, then send another watermark.
7. After you confirm it, we decide on a final price and you send me a trade.
8. The trade will be completed first, then I'll send the final banner.

I have very limited time, so I won't be able to make many banners. xp

Notes about my banners:

*PLEASE be specific in what you want. If you don't tell me what you want, I can't give you what you're looking for.

*I (no one, for that matter) is allowed to sell a banner with art that is not one's own on it without permission of the artist. This includes copyrighted images. So, don't ask for a warrior pic on your banner unless you supply the picture or you expect it to be drawn (hopefully not by me).

*The final price of the banner reflects the effort I put into it, the time it took, and the skill I use.

Banners/Headers/ Etc:
Basic Banner: 150 gold
*Simple background (see samples- plus 50-200 more for more complex ones)
*No border (plus 50 for a simple border, 25-150 for a more complex one)
*I don't host the image (+ 150 if I host it)
* One simple text item (+ 30 for each extra one)
+ 50 for adding images that don't have to be edited much (see first part of post)
+ Other customization (price varies)

About Image Maps (Banner coming soon whee )

Image Maps are images that link to multiple places, depending on where one clicks.
They cost more than normal banners because, in general, they are larger and more complex, but also always require coding to make them link to where they are supposed to go.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!

Unless you have deactivated it, a message will come up when you click on an image map saying that you are leaving Gaia, and that the web page you are going to is not Gaia, even if it looks like it. Well, it may actually be Gaia, but the coding makes Gaia not realize this. So, don't be alarmed when the message appears. HOWEVER, always check the address bar at the top of your browser to make sure the website includes "http://www.gaiaonline.com" at the beginning. If it doesn't, the site is probably a "phishing" site. None of my maps will link to these, but always be wary.
