Here you can buy, schedules for how you would like to exercise and loss weight. Each schedule is based on a day, by day, on a week agenda.

Types of Programs: The timed schedule is when I give you a Schedule with the times of the day when you are going to train your self. The regular Schedule is just the days of the week and what day that you do certain exercises. For the Health Packet I give you a bunch of good tips on how to louse weight, have good self-esteem, stay in shape, look great and be healthy!

The price for a timed packet schedule is 610 gold
The price for a non timed packet is 505 gold
The price for health tips only is 300 gold

With every order you must send me an email on Gaia with the following! But if you would like to order two or more things please use comas to separate each code EX: *1, @#3

If you would like to have a timed exercise packet please type (*1)

If you would like a non-timed exercise packet please type (&^2)

If you would like to just have the Health Packet then type (@#3)

For both exercise packets you must tell me what you’re going to be doing. I recommend that each person has three or more different activities to do, but it is mandatory to have at least two different kinds!

To have Volleyball in you schedule type (90)
To have Basketball type (6^0)
To have running type (%54)
To have walking type (*8”)
To have swimming type (!@)
To have dancing type (00-)
To have Dance, Dance, Revolution type (+=+)
To have Biking type (bik)
To have stairs, stairs are when you go up and down steep stairs, a lot of times. Type (star)
To have roller balding type (*8*)
To have surfing type (tenha)
To have soccer type ($4)
To have foot ball type (foot)
To have lacrosse type (poll)
To have hockey type (puck)
To have Ice skating type (kat)

To have other type (other) when you give me your final order and you choose other please tell me what it is that you want in stead of the choices above!

This one is optional for all, but it does make your schedule a lot nicer. To order a picture just type in the options that I give you. PS all the optional stuff is totally free!

Each one of these is just a topic, so it will be a random pic of what ever you chose; unless you chose favorite anime then tell me what your favorite anime actually is, and the character too! Same concept with other.
You’re only allowed to choose one topic picture thingy!

This is also optional but if you don't tell me what color scheme you want I'll do it randomly and you may not like the colors so I suggest that choose from that options below!

Here is an example of an order: I would like my schedule to look like this please (1*), ($4), (00-), (90), ( 3nodding ), (Pink).

Now that is what it should look like on my shop page, but when you email me that is when we discuses when we can put all this together and what days and times work best for you!
