___..|| A Few Guidelines ||..___


This is a list of shopping guidelines for using our store. They are designed to help you have a pleasant shopping experience at the Gaian 7-11.


General
......[ 1 ] First and foremost, use common sense. wink
......[ 2 ] Have a question? Ask! The people who run the shop mule are more than used to questions, and the customers of the RBG are also very nice people.
......[ 3 ] Affiliations are availiable to other shops and banks. To apply for an affiliation, just PM me. Be sure to include a link to your thread!

Navigation
......[ 1 ] Use the index in the first post to find the item you're looking for! It shows all the categories the posts are ordered by.
......[ 2 ] All items are availiable for individual purchase. As such, if an item in a set is purchased individually and there are no other items of its kind, the set will be removed.

Buying
......[ 1 ] Haggling IS allowed, however I am pretty strict on my prices. They are fair when I set them, and I try to update them when they drop in value. Donation items are the one type of item I will always be willing to haggle with, because they are slightly overpriced to account for market fluctuation.
......[ 2 ] I strongly prefer pure over everything else. Donation items are my preference in items. Please do not offer other items if you can. However, as with all of these guidelines, there are exceptions, so feel free to offer if you are unsure.
......[ 3 ] I will try to respond to all offers, but please refrain from offering less than half of the market value of an item. This only wastes my time and slows down my response to other Gaians who are offering seriously. Joking in conversation is fine, of course, but please make sure to treat it like a joke.
......[ 4 ] PMing is allowed, and in fact encouraged for questions and haggling.
......[ 5 ] Sending a trade to the mule to buy an item directly is allowed as long as the payment matches that of the asking price.
......[ 6 ]Most prices are updated at least every Sunday morning (EST) before ANY trades are looked at. This may cause the cancellation of some trades due to price changes. Sorry about this!

Selling
We are currently not pawning (buying) items. This service will be back in time.

......[ 1 ] As an extension of RBG, we will buy absolutely anything! Our prices are exactly the same as RBG's would be, since it's the same person doing the calculations. If you want to sell something, just PM the mule with a picture of your inventory or, more preferably, a list of your items. smile

___..|| Refunds and Returns ||..___


Bought something but then realized it didn't quite go with your decor or outfit as well as you thought it would? Now you can return recently bought items! Below are instructions for returning an item you bought at this store.


Returning Restrictions
......[ 1 ] All returns, regardless of the type of item purchased, must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Don't worry if I don't get to it right away; as long as you PM me within the 7 day period, you will be okay.
......[ 2 ] Items MUST be in their original condition to receive a full refund. That means donation letters, christmas gifts, easter baskets, and all other openable items must be returned unopened. If you opened one of these items, please use RBG's pawning service.

What Do To
......[ 1 ] First, get your receipt ready! Unlike real life, this receipt is not a flimsy piece of paper that is easy to lose. It is actually the url of the trade(s) we completed. You can also take a screenshot of the trade if you wish. We will most likely have your "receipt" on hand, but that is not a guaruntee!
......[ 2 ] Second, send us a PM with your "receipt" and what items you wish to return. I will then send you a trade with the refund. Put the original item in the trade, and you're all done!

Bought something from the shop just before the item crashed in value? Fear not! We here at the Gaian 7-11 believe in fair pricing, so if we accidently sell you an item with an inflated price, we will refund you the difference between the price you bought your item and the new price. Below are instructions for getting this refund!


Refunding Restrictions
......[ 1 ] Refunds do not apply to common items.

The paper is first sold in the entire amount we have, then broken up into sets which can get you the items from Peyo in the Gambino Hat Rack.

The bugs are sold in sets of fifty (with a few exceptions), and in the total amount we have, so that you can easily get enough bugs to exchange for inks at the Durem Depot with Moira.

The flowers are sold in sets of one, ten, and twenty-five (with a few exceptions), as well as the total amount available so that it is easy to get enough flowers for a bouquet at the Barton Flower Shoppe with Rina.

The fish are sold in sets according to items you can obtain from them, as well as the total amount that we have, so that you can easily exchange the for items at the Fishing Store with Old Man Logan.
