Pocky Puppies

Hello, and welcome to Pocky Puppies!

Rules:
-Don`t steal my images or alter them without my permission.
-Spam is only good in a can.(In other words, don't bump excessively!)
-No begging.
-No Advertising!
-You must come by the shop at least once every two weeks. Failure to do so will result in you losing your puppy.
-If you don't come by the shop once and a while, your puppy won't grow.
-No Flaming.
-Be as literate as you can. (This means no typing "|1k3 tis" wink

Oh, and just so you know, I sometimes call it "Pocky Pups". It's just my abreviation for puppies.

2-26-07:Finally, after who knows how long...
Pocky Pets(Pups, whatever)will be re-opening! No more hiatus!
There will be a grand opening flatsale with 3 eggs of each type of pet. That's 12 eggs in total!
Also, the first 5 people to post in the new thread win a free custom!
1-10-07:Whooo!
Cloudy can see again! Her moniter has been replaced!
See, for those of you who don't know this(and most of you probably dpn't know this) there are two computers at Cloudy's house(well, actually there's four, but two of them are being used as a makeshift table thingy right now even though my mom wants to donate them or something like that). One of them was my computer(even though it wasn't in my room and my dad bugged me a bunch when I went into the computer room to try and use it), but there's been no internet on it for about forever and a day now(my dad was too lazy to fix it, and he still is), so there's been only one computer with internet for quite some time now(and my dad hogs it a bunch). Well, since the moniter for the second computer was working fine, my dad hooked it up to the comp w/internet. So, no more computer problems(for now anyway. My computer sucks).
1-8-07:My computer is still messed up...
I'm thinking I might go ahead and open the shop anyways. I mean, it's not like the computer screen is freaking out all the time. Still, I can't work with the screen all blue, so my messed up computer would probably make things go slower if I opened. If I got an order and my screen was messed up, I'd have to wait for it to be normal again.

1-6-07:My crappy computer is being retarded again(well, more retarded than usual, cause my computer's always retarded).
The screen is giving everything a blue tint. My dad says the moniter is going out.
I'm gonna finish up testing the layout, but opening the shop will have to wait until my computer's fixed. I can't do anything with my screen like this.
Hopefully it'll get fixed soon.

12-20-o6:Another Hiatus Update!
Cloudy hasn't been able to work on stuff for the last few days due to some issues(Such as her dad hogging the computer), so the shop won't open on the planned date. Rather than rushing and doing a bad job, Cloudy is gonna take her time working on shop stuff, and hopefully finish during her holiday break.

12-5-o6: Hiatus Update!!
Gasp! Cloudy has decided to redo all existing furniture, wallpaper, flooring, and the rooms!
Cloudy's getting a bit nervous about the end of the hiatus.....she may not be able to finish all the new stuff before than, and the hiatus might have to be extended!

But, no need to worry. Cloudy'll keep working on stuffs.

10-27-o6:Fuzzy's order has been finished, and the growings done. Now it's time for a hiatus.
The hiatus will start today, 10/27/o6, and last until 12/21/o6.
During that time, I will be working on stuff for the shop, so when I re-open it, there will be oddles of new stuff.

10-13-o6:After finishing some orders and such, the shop will go on hiatus.
It will then re-open in a new thread, and there will be a bunch of new stuff. I'm making several types of new pets; there will be cats, bunnies, horses, and one or two other types of pets available when the shop re-opens.

7-3-o6-I'm back, and everything is open again. Feel free to order stuff now.
Oh yeah, and I probably won't be here on the 6th, since that's my birthday.
6-29-o6- I won't be able to get on tommorow and over the weekend, therefore, the flatsale(and everything else) will be closed during that time and will continue on monday.
6-28-o6-Due to some unexpected events yesterday, the flatsale was canceled and is being held today.
6-27-o6-Today we are having our first flatsale!
6-26-o6(Later in the day)- The shop is finally open!
6/26/o6-The shop is almost ready to open. I just need to make a few more finishing touches.
6/22/o6- A lot of stuff got done today. The shop will be opening soon, and after that we'll have our first flatsale!
6/21/o6-The shop was created today!

F.A.Q.

Are we ever supposed to stop direct linking our puppies?
No.

Can I get a refund?
No. I work hard on these puppies, and I shouldn't have to give a refund.

My puppy hasn't been growing. Why?
Well, it could be
a). You haven't been by the shop lately,
b). I'm busy and I haven't gotten to it yet,
or c).It has grown and you need to refresh to see it.

Why does the shop title say Pocky Puppies and the cert say Pocky Pups?
I sometimes call it Pocky Pups because it's my abreveation for Pocky Puppies.

History

Once, a wandering traveler dropped an entire box of pocky in a forest. Later, when they went to retrive it, they found several pups trying to open it. The traveler was kind, and decided to share the pocky with the pups.
The pups followed the traveler on her journeys. When they returned to the forest with the traveler several years later, they found that the forest was on fire. They then helped the remaining puppies rescue the eggs and pups.Many of the adults and teens died in the fire trying to rescue the younger puppies. Only one or two adults remained, and they couldn't take care of all the rescued pups. The traveler and her only remaining puppy decided to take them to a nearby town, where they could be adopted.

Stages

Stage#1-Egg
All Puppies start as eggs. They only take about 4 days to hatch, but it may take more time.
Stage#2-Pup
After a Puppy has hatched, it's a pup. Pups like to sleep a lot, and don't move around much.
Stage#3-Teen
The next stage is the teen stage.Puppies are now more entergetic, and will begin exploring their home.
Stage#4- Adult
The fourth and final stage is the adult stage. Puppies are fully grown at this stage, and can wear clothing, breed, and much more.

About Pocky Puppies

1).Cert.
This is where your puppy(s)'s info goes.
2).Main Room.
This is your puppy's first room. They stay here unless you have extensions.
3).Extension.
This is an extra room you can add to your puppy's home.
4). Outdoor areas.
These are peaceful, outdoor areas. If yours has water in it, your puppy might decide to go for a swim.

Adopting a Puppy

Want to adopt a puppy? Well, you can only get them through Flatsales, Auctions, Customs, Raffles, the Shelter, and Pet trades.
Flatsales are run about once every two weeks. Auctions and Raffles usually happen once each month, and Customs are open whenever I'm not too busy.
Cosplays can only be earned through auctions, so you can't get a cosplay through customs. Cosplays can't breed unless I state otherwise.

The Shelter

This is where puppies go when their owner abandons them.
If you haven't been by the shop in two weeks, your puppy will end up here.
Adopting a puppy from here costs nothing, but you must send in an application of sorts to try and get the puppy. If we find you're unfit to take the puppy(or if we find someone better) then you won't get it.

Building your Puppy's Home

Want a pocky puppy? Well, you'll need to build it a home. Home building is easy, just follow the following steps:

Step 1:First, you'll need to pick your room.
Rooms come in two sizes:Small and Medium.

Small: 100 gold
Medium: 200 gold

Step 2: Choose your wallpaper.
There is currently three patterns of wallpaper to chose from, but more will be added later.
(The color guide is needed for this part of the house building.)

Cost:
1-3: 20 gold

Step 3: Choose your flooring.
Currently, we have three types of flooring, but more will be added later.
(The color guide is needed for this part of the house building.)

Cost:
1-3: 20 gold

Step 4:
If you want another room, repeat steps 1-3.

Step 5(Optional):
Pick the size of room you want for your outdoor area.
Step 6(Optional) razz ick your Backround.

Breeding

exclaim Puppies can only breed if they're adults. exclaim
Breeding costs 400g from each owner. If there's only one owner, they'll need to pay 800g.
If there is two owners, each of them will get one egg. If there's only one owner, they get both eggs. The egg will be random, but it will look similiar to it's parents. Breeding takes about a week.
