What is StAFf ArtE~?---

StAFf ArtE~ is a project between Shimpachi (Zombie Jellyfish), Lupus_Lunatikus (Monster Abortion), Touda-chan (Patched up Circus Dog) and me, Gentsuru (Mutant Pig Mother), the F.R.E.A.K.S. 'r Us! team. We'll have separate posts for each one's commisions, so you'll have to look for the style you prefer ^^

March 2007---

Changed once again some of the pic samples for Gentsuru. Also, from now on Gentsuru will only do CG only when it's specifically requested, otherwise coloured works will be done with copic markers or watercolour pencils.

April 2007---

Changed pic samples and prices for Lupus_Lunatikus and updated her Work in Progress section! She's open to more comissions as long as time isn't an issue, she's busy at home, folks wink
Working slow in general 'cause Easter Holidays are no more and we didn't even have time to breathe during the break XD

July 2007---

We're on holidays once more! I'm not sure if Shimpachi's going to be able to be on the net as she's at home at this moment and I do now for a fact that Lupus_Lunatikus is going to be busy working at least for a week, but don't worry... I'm more or less free to work on pics! ^^

October 2007---

College is being a pain in the a** (more than usual) so excepting the commissions already accepted and special cases we won't be taking more work until the 5th of November, when we come back from the mangacom at Barcelona.

Rules

The list of rules we had posted has been shortened in hopes someone will read them sometime sweatdrop

1. Respect the gaia ToS.
2. Please, be patient with the artists if they don't deliver as soon as you hoped.
3. We'll have a limited amount of requests at a time. If the 'Open slots' section is not open that means that we're busy with projects and that we won't accept new jobs until we finish the commissions already accepted.
You're welcome to try later though 3nodding
4. No flaming or spamming the thread.
5. No begging for free art, this is a commission and request shop for a thing (we want money blaugh ).
6. No asking for donations, we are poor (at least for the time being).
7. No stealing our art. You're welcome to visit our dArt accounts to see more of our works, but if we see our art posted elsewhere without credit being given we'll report you.
8. Tips are very welcome whee
9. Already accepted drawing works can't be cancelled. If the work is in progress and you have received the fist sample you can't go back on our agreement.
10. We reserve the right to refuse to do commissions. It's up to us whether we accept or not.
11. We reserve the right to put the works in our dArt accounts. We'll give due credit, of course.

12. And a final one I forgot. DO.NOT.BARGAIN. The prices are fixed. Unless we state differently the money asked on our post will be what you'll have to pay. Not more, not less.

How to do the trading?

Rules have been slightly modified to avoid confussions and ensure that those of us that are seldom online get to receive their requests without having me hanging around all the time^^

1. Post here stating that you want art from one of us.
2. PM the selected artist with the details of the request ( _always_ state what kind of drawing you're looking after: full body, B/W, that kind of thing). Specify all you can of what you expect from the artwork. PM-ing will be required, we loose too much time otherwise.
3. We'll answer you via PM confirming that we accept the commission.
4. You start the trade.
5. We send you via PM-s the art samples that you'll approve or refuse.
6. Once you approve the finished sample we accept the trade.
7. After receiving the money we send you via PM the finished work without sample marks.
8. You send another PM in return to check it has arrived properly.
