Welcome to "My Avatar!" The little place where you can create your own little character from the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" world and make it take care of its pets!

I'm really sorry to say this guys... But my comp has crashed yet AGAIN. And I don't know if the computer saved my info to my ZIP disk correctly, so I don't know if I was able to save everything.

I don't want to keep trying to do new things and end up having the computer keep dieing on me. It's too stressfull. So I am going to be putting the shop on a semi-hiatus until I get a working computer again (I am at a friend's right now).

A semi-hiatus meaning I will try to do as many growings as I can with my limited resources, and you can all still hang around. However, there will be no more updating, no more flatsales or auction, no more add ons, not even furniture. I'm sorry, but my computer is just... dead...

And no, durring this time you do not need to buy more food. ^^

As of now, no more ordering of any sort is allowed. I am truely sorry about this. Please give me more time to work out my computer problems (hopefully I will be buying a new one soon if we get enough money).

My Avatar Mule
I'm putting up a new restriction on how many large rooms can be in a house. This does not affect the house size of current houses, or semi-customs/customs.

However, in all future houses owners will only be allowed to have 2 large rooms and one large outdoor area in their house (They can, however, have up to five medium/small rooms/areas). And they will be limited to 5 rooms/areas in total. This is to keep the sizes of your houses down.

Also, for those of you that already own houses (besides watchingmidnight and Legolas because I already promised them I'd add them later) you cannot add any more rooms. From here on out if you want more pets you need to just add them to your home or buy a new home o.o I'm sorry... but wow... those houses... You can, though, add furniture and items and more pets.

I'll also be upping the price of large rooms because they are waaaay too popular XDDD

Q: Can I have a free one?
A: Nopers. There will be events where you can get a free one, but you can't just ask for one and get one.

Q: When is the next flatsale/auction/raffle/event?
A: Go check the availability post 3nodding


Q: Will these be RP mandatory?
A: Hellz no! You can if you want, but I'm not doing all that work. If they get so popular that people want to RP, it will be done in the thread.

Q: Can I be put on a mailing list?
A: There's no mule yet, but once I get one I'll announce it and you can befriend it to be on a mailing list.

-Follow all Gaian TOS!
-Do NOT steal any of the art! You will be ripping off and making sad Knil chan, Reitheneko, and any of the other part time artists!

-Title all trades with the page number you posted your order on!
-Please don't order whimsically... We do have time out of our Gaian lives, so if you can only order once a month or so that'd be really cool of you. But if you decide to order often, understand that we might be buisy.
-DO NOT PM any of the staff's personal accounts! PM this account with any questions. Or, if they are personal or secret, ask in the thread if you can PM one of the staff. Once you get their permission, and only then, you can PM them.
-DO NOT ask for a free Avatar. You will be banned.
-Respect everyone and yourself, disrespect is not tollerated here.
-Type literate please. We won't be nazis about it, but too much of it is annoying.
-Not following the rules = YOUR NAME ON THE BAD LIST.

Flatsale Rules
-You can only claim one egg at a time.
-Only post your oders or bid when the mule posts GO in big red letters. All posts previous to that will be ignored, regardless of the circumstance. Also, whoever posted first before the GO post will be put on the grey list.
-You CANNOT go back and edit your post to change the egg number if you see someone took the egg you want. You MUST repost. If you are caught doing this (which you will) you will be BLACK listed.
-Pure gold or donation items only. Nothing else. All items must be priced at whatever price guide is linked in the first post.
-You can prepare your form ahead of time if you'd like.
-If you don't get one, don't whine - there will be more chances and Rei really hates whining.
-Your form must be filled out correctly (and with the given form) to count. Anything incomplete will not be counted.
-Only announced winners should send trades.

Auction Rules
-Do not start bidding until the big, bold, red GO letters are posted.
-Pure and Donation items are accepted. And any rare/uncommon OVER 10k. All should be priced at whatever price guide is linked in the first post.
-There is a minimum of 100g increase.
-If the AutoBuy is reached, the auction is over.
-If it is not autobought the auction goes till the end date/designation.
-The winner must fill out the flatsale form (or if a form is given specifically for the auction, that form), add any additional gold if he/she is buying more than the auction package offers, and send the trade. We will confirm it when we finish.

There are many parts to these little Avatars of your own. So, bellow there is a diagram followed by a nice list that explains each part of it. However, you can be sure that they are a lot like us. The little people have their own food, their own house, their own furniture, even their own pets. They can even live with eachother!

The Pet Names: There is a list of names on the info box part of your "My Avatar" home. It will list all of the names of your pets. You can own up to eight pets in one home.

The Owner/ The Avatar: This name is your username and the name of your "My Avatar" person. Or, if you want it to have a separate name, you can tell us that and we'll put your SN in parenthesis. You can have up to 4 people in one home.

The little person living in your "My Avatar" house is a one stage human being. It can have whatever bending power is unique to its nation (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) and will be dressed as their nation dresses!

The Pets: There are many different kinds of pets from the Avatar world available for your "My Avatar" shop. They are all three stages and need lots of love and care from your Avatar. Be sure to buy them food periodically and get them a couple toys to play with (or a bunch if you want to make them uber happy). Here's what we have available now:

From right to left, then down: Koala otter, turtle duck, flying lemur, hermit crab, cat-penguin,
flying byson, giant ant eater, Flopsie, polar bear.

The Home: This is your "My Avatar" home. It's where your little Avatar and its pets live! You will be able to pick room sizes, flooring designs, wall designs, furniture, outdoor areas, and everything else. You can only have 2 large rooms in one house, and 1 large outdoor area. And only 5 rooms or areas in total.

The Inventory: This area of boxes shows you what items your Avatar and its pets own. It does not show furniture or toys, only clothing items or special event items. For extra space (in case you are a big buyer) see one of the later posts.

The Happiness and Health Levels: This shows the health and happiness of your pets and Avatar. Red is bad, green is good. If you have all of the levels (from red to green) showing, then you are a good owner and don't need to change anything about how you run your "My Avatar" home. However, if there are only red colors showing you need to either: 1-buy food once a month or 2- show up in the shop more often. If there is only the last red color showing then you are about to loose your "My Avatar" home...

If you want to make your order form for getting that flatsale spot, or if you've won a "My Avatar" home from an event, follow these steps to get it all done!

Keep in mind that these are the steps for a flatsale. They are limited to make it harder to get palaces of extremeness. The only way to get houses bigger than these flatsale restrictions are to order more afterwards (which will tripple the cost of all housing parts) or wait for another flatsale, where you are allowed to add on one more room or outdoor area.

Step One: Pick your room size. There are small rooms and medium rooms. Larger rooms are reserved for special houses like auctions or events. You can order up to three rooms in one flatsale.

Step Two: Pick flooring for your room! Be sure to say what color you want it. (Persian rugs have only the shown colors). If you want mixed flooring you need to supply a pattern and pay an extra 200g.

Step Three: Pick a wall pattern! Be sure to say what color you want! (Elementals do not come in other colors) If you want mixed walls you need to supply an order for them and pay an extra 200g. (There are Air, Fire, Earth and Water. In that order.)

Step Four: Do you want to add another room? (Price depends on size.)
-----------------> If YES, repeat 1 - 4.
-----------------> If NO, continue to Step 5.

Step Five: Do you want an outdoor area? (+120g)
-----------------> If YES, continue to Step 6.
-----------------> If NO, go to Step 10.

Step Six: Pick an outdoor area size.
Outdoor area sizes are the same as regular room sizes. You can order only one in a flatsale.

Step Seven: Pick a ground type for your outdoor area. Be sure to state which one it is. If you want a pond in your yard it will cost 200g.

Step Eight: Pick the background for your outdoor area! (There are Mountains, flowery plains, dessert and ice plains. In that order.)

Step Nine: Add another outdoor area?
-----------------> If YES, repeat 6 - 9.
-----------------> If NO, continue to Step 10.

Step Ten: Do you want stairs? They will match the room that they are comming from and you can have up to three stories in a house. It will cost 20g. Be sure to specify which room is up and which is down!

Step Eleven: Furnishing the home. Items...
---> If you want to buy Furniture, make sure to note which room you want it all in (numbering the rooms is a good way to label them). See the furniture store post for examples and prices!

Step Twelve: Double check your form and calculate your total! You can make mini totals along the way to help yourself add easier if you want.

-Growth Pill - to speed your pet to the adult stage = 100g

Here's where you can buy a bunch of cool furniture for your "My Avatar" home! Be sure not to over-fill any of the rooms, you need to reserve some space for the Avatars or pets in that room!

Please write the name of the furniture, the color, and whether you want it to be a bright color or a dull color when ordering! ((If any of these are not stated they will be guessed upon)).

For this first set of furniture all of them come in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, and purple. Also, a duller/darker color of the previous. However, no whites or blacks.

How they get here:
Yes, some people might end up abandoning or loosing their "My Avatar" homes, avatars and pets. The following are ways that that can happen:
--------You can PM the mule stating that you don't want to have your "My Avatar" anymore. If you do this, you will be relieved of the pet. However, you will not be able to get it back (but you can buy another when you have more time). Also, if you don't do this, and you just stop showing up, you will be put on the black list and never be allowed to get a "My Avatar" again.
--------You stop feeding or caring for your "My Avatar" people or pet.
--------You break a major rule or break a minor rule multiple times with warning.

How to adopt:
To adopt a "My Avatar" Avatar or pet you must write a paragraph or two saying why you deserve to be chosen to adopt whoever is up for adoption. Then we will talk and decide on who gets what. All submissions for adoptions should be PMd to the mule.

If you are chosen as the adopter you will be notified in the thread and will have one week to send a trade of 200g.

You cannot adopt if you already own any "My Avatar" avatars, pets and homes.

Limited Edition Items
These special items will be holiday or special event based, and will be limited to a certain time period or number. In the case of time limites whoever posts durring that time and sends the correct amount of gold gets one. In the case of number limits the items will stop being sold after a certain amount have been claimed.
